I found my dress at charlotte's a couple of weeks ago and It was a magical. My stylist Stephanie found exactly what I was looking for. I'm obsessed with my dress I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!!!

The boutique and the private rooms are stunning. It was also a huge plus that they have onsite parking.

I'm normally a size 16 and as a plus size bride I was very nervous to go dress shopping. Stephanie made me feel so comfortable and beautiful even before I found the one. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!!

Hanna at Charlots Bridal was Amazing. I would never have picked that dress off the rack myself. She knew exactly what would look good on me. The dress was perfect.

Charlotte’s Weddings in Portland, Oregon provided my daughter a wonderful experience. Hannah was her stylist and she was pleasant and professional and took the time to get a sense of who my daughter was and what her dream was. When my daughter became anxious she gave her some time alone and it was this time that helped my daughter come to a decision. What a wonderful experience for the bride tribe and my daughter who gave me a glimpse of that little girl and said “thank you for the wonderful shopping day, momma.”

Charlotte's was such a welcoming place for me, a plus-size bride who was very nervous that I'd need to be "trying on" size 6 dresses that would never give me a real idea of how a dress would look on me. Charlotte's made all my dreams come true, having a wonderful selection of dresses in plus size samples. I found my dress on my first appointment, and received so many compliments at my wedding.

I have also used Charlotte's for other services: steam/press and dress preservation. They also recommended an alteration company that was fabulous.

I could tell they also have a wonderful selection of straight-size dresses, so I will be telling any future brides I know to go to Charlotte's!

I researched to find the best store for a plus-sized bride. There were very few options, and I searched from Seattle to Salem. I knew I would have the best experience at a store like Charlotte’s, where I would not only be able to order a dress in my size but also have dresses I could try on in-store. I was nervous about going wedding dress shopping because I’d heard horror stories from other plus-sized brides on the internet. But Charlotte’s was a dream come true. Melanie was so sweet and encouraging. We sat and talked about what I might want, and she let me try many styles, even some I would never pick but just wanted to see. She listened to what I wanted and curated her picks so well. She respected my budget, and I left the first time thinking I had found the dress. Then I brought my uncle the second time, and Melanie was so accommodating, and we found the dress! It was lovely on the hanger, as most dresses are, but once I tried it on, it was the one. I even tried on another dress, and nothing could change my feelings. I knew when I found Sean; he was the one. I knew when I found my engagement ring; it still gives me butterflies when I wear and see it. And I knew when I found my wedding dress.

Charlotte's Weddings was my third stop on my first day of dress shopping. Earlier that day I hadn't found anything I was really in love with and was kind of underwhelmed with the experience. My stylist Ruby listened so well to what my experience had been earlier that day and I feel like she really understood what I liked and didn't like. I am not the most enthusiastic shopper but I feel like Ruby made it as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Every dress I tried on at Charlotte's was such high quality (way nicer than any of the other places I had been) and I literally could have picked any of the dresses and been happy! My mom and sister were also super impressed with the experience and felt like Ruby really cared and was thoughtful about what dresses she had me try on. It really was the best experience and I would highly recommend if you're in the Portland area!

I recently bought my dress from Charlotte’s and working with Stephanie made the experience so special. She was attentive, kind, funny, supportive, and so patient! I got stuck deciding between two dresses and she let me take my time and work through my vision for the day. It felt like shopping with a good friend rather than a stylist I just met. The store itself is amazing and the private rooms were beautiful. Can’t recommend enough!

Stephanie is amazing! She made our appointment special and fun! She helped find my dress that is a mix of what I thought I wanted and what I wouldn’t have picked out if she didn’t suggest it. She was so sweet to my bridesmaids and mother. She cried with us when I said YES to the dress! Thank you for a special day!!

I’m so lucky to have found Charlotte’s. I wanted a small, family owned shop that would be personal and intimidate and they really hit that mark! They were very professional, supportive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Briana was so sweet and made me feel comfortable.
