At Your Perfect Bridesmaid, we believe beautiful weddings are wonderful, but how your wedding feels matters even more.
For more than 18 years, our team has helped couples plan celebrations that feel personal, thoughtful, and entirely their own. From day-of coordination to full-service planning and design, we bring experience, organization, creativity, and a whole lot of care to every wedding we are trusted with.
What makes YPB different? We lead with hospitality. We believe great planning is about more than timelines, floor plans, and pretty details. It is about anticipating needs, solving problems before they become problems, protecting your time and investment, and making sure you and the people you love are genuinely cared for throughout the process.
Our planners are experienced, extensively trained, and backed by an entire team. We don't believe your wedding should hinge on one person, which is why our coordination packages include two YPB team members on wedding day and the support of a company that has successfully navigated thousands of celebrations.
We also believe your wedding isn't a portfolio builder. It doesn't need to follow every trend or look like anyone else's. Our job is to listen, understand what matters to you, offer expert guidance, and help you create a celebration that feels like you.

From the very beginning, Mallory brought such a positive, calming energy to the process. Wedding planning comes with countless moving pieces and decisions, but she had a wonderful ability to keep things grounded, help us prioritize, and remind us what actually needed our attention in the moment versus what could wait until later. That kind of perspective was invaluable.
She was incredibly adaptable, supportive, and attentive to our needs. She consistently checked in with us, made sure our questions were addressed, and approached every situation with a calm, can-do attitude. We always felt supported and confident knowing she was in our corner.
Her recommendations for vendors were also fantastic. We ended up working with vendors we absolutely loved, and we are so grateful for the connections and guidance she provided throughout the process.
On the wedding day, Mallory did an excellent job coordinating logistics and making sure everything came together smoothly. With so many details happening behind the scenes, having someone who could manage the moving pieces while maintaining such a positive presence made a huge difference.

We chose the Signature Package (day-of coordination) given our more modest budget, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the offerings it came with, even as the lowest tier package! Katie's expertise along with YPB's top tier vendors and tools made the year of planning go so smooth, which was extremely important to us as we, like so many others, had to work full time during the planning and really needed a team we could trust to help us navigate everything. When the day finally came, Katie and the rest of her team from YPB executed everything so seamlessly and I just knew that whatever happened, they had our back. Katie even sewed my dress back together when it ripped!!
Katie made us feel like no dream or idea was too big or not achievable, and we truly had the most amazing day of our lives. We are still so sad it's over!! If we could do it all over again, we would choose Katie and YPB every single time.

Maggie Becker and the Your Perfect Bridesmaid team are worth every single penny and then some.
She was with us for the whole journey, not just the final month. She helped us think through design early on and translated a few Pinterest images and a color palette into something cohesive and genuinely beautiful. She kept our vendor communication organized, flagged the logistics we never would have thought of, and answered every anxious question we sent her with patience and real expertise. Every time we brought her a "is this going to work?" concern, she came back with a clear, calm answer.
On the wedding day itself, Maggie ran the entire thing so seamlessly that we never once had to think about a timeline, a transition, or a vendor. We got to actually be present at our own wedding, which is the whole point and something I hear a lot of couples don't get.

Day-of, Eliza was the heart and soul of our vendor team. She executed our timeline with patience and an even keeled demeanor. She gave us the peace of mind to relax and be present in the moment because we knew there was nothing she couldn't handle. Once it was all over, we felt we'd gained a true friend in Eliza. What impressed me the most was how thoughtful and experienced she was. She brought up so many little details and things I didn’t even realize we needed to think about, and because of her, everything came together so beautifully. She was always one step ahead and made sure nothing was forgotten.

Your Perfect Bridesmaid Seattle
Once the vendor team was built and the wedding date approached, Guillermo essentially took over, building event timelines, sending emails, and coordinating all of the vendor needs. He became the main point of contact and helped alleviate a lot of the stress in the days leading up to the wedding. This allowed for me and my husband to focus on ourselves and families. On the day of, Guillermo went above and beyond, working on last minute projects (seating chart, photo backdrop, table setup) and coffee runs. His coworker Hope arrived bright and early, eager to help. My family was impressed by how friendly and approachable they both were and how they kept the show running.
I know my husband and I got caught up in the moment and our timeline got a little iffy. But at the end of the day, I have the fondest, happiest memories of my wedding day and I wouldn’t change a thing. I was able to talk to everyone, drink, party, dance, laugh, cry. And somehow in between all that, Guillermo and the rest of my vendor team somehow got everything else done too! The toasts, cake cutting, first dance, etc. The set-up and tear-down was seamless and efficient, and when I left, I realized I didn’t have to do a single thing because they had thought of everything! Thanks to Guillermo, Hope & everyone else working behind the scenes, we are grateful for the lifetime of memories and love from our wedding day! ♡

We've worked with Kim and Melanie many of times over our years in the Wedding Industry. Each and every time we've worked together, they've kept things running smoothly and have done an exceptional job at keeping the communication open and the overall event organized. These two ladies are a dynamic duo and will do anything in their power to make sure your event is a success. (An example: At one particular wedding we DJ'd, the cake company that was hired, dropped off the cake as scheduled. But when it was set up, it was carelessly slanted to one side. While numerous guest walked by whispering and pointing out that the cake was slanted or uneven, Melanie from YPB came over to the cake moments before the ceremony was to start and fixed the cake so it looked absolutely perfect for photographs, etc. ) With attention to detail and swift work like that, we highly recommend Your Perfect Bridesmaid as your wedding planner and day of coordinator.
