Maggie Becker and the Your Perfect Bridesmaid team are worth every single penny and then some.
She was with us for the whole journey, not just the final month. She helped us think through design early on and translated a few Pinterest images and a color palette into something cohesive and genuinely beautiful. She kept our vendor communication organized, flagged the logistics we never would have thought of, and answered every anxious question we sent her with patience and real expertise. Every time we brought her a "is this going to work?" concern, she came back with a clear, calm answer.
On the wedding day itself, Maggie ran the entire thing so seamlessly that we never once had to think about a timeline, a transition, or a vendor. We got to actually be present at our own wedding, which is the whole point and something I hear a lot of couples don't get.
If you're planning a wedding, especially one at a non-traditional venue, hire Your Perfect Bridesmaid. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Day-of, Eliza was the heart and soul of our vendor team. She executed our timeline with patience and an even keeled demeanor. She gave us the peace of mind to relax and be present in the moment because we knew there was nothing she couldn't handle. Once it was all over, we felt we'd gained a true friend in Eliza. She is a wonderful human being and we were so lucky to work with her. Thank you so much for making it the best day of our lives!

What impressed me the most was how thoughtful and experienced she was. She brought up so many little details and things I didn’t even realize we needed to think about, and because of her, everything came together so beautifully. She was always one step ahead and made sure nothing was forgotten.

From our first conversation, Lisa was incredibly kind, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of. She made us feel supported every step of the way, and when the wedding day arrived, she and her assistant, Jordan, absolutely exceeded every expectation.
We truly could not have done it without them. Knowing Lisa and Jordan were handling every detail allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. They kept everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring every detail came together perfectly so we could simply soak in every second of our wedding day.
Beyond being amazing at what they do, Lisa is simply one of the kindest humans you'll ever meet. She cares so deeply about her couples, and it shows in everything she does. Jordan was equally wonderful, and together they made such an incredible team.

Once the vendor team was built and the wedding date approached, Guillermo essentially took over, building event timelines, sending emails, and coordinating all of the vendor needs. He became the main point of contact and helped alleviate a lot of the stress in the days leading up to the wedding. This allowed for me and my husband to focus on ourselves and families. On the day of, Guillermo went above and beyond, working on last minute projects (seating chart, photo backdrop, table setup) and coffee runs. His coworker Hope arrived bright and early, eager to help. My family was impressed by how friendly and approachable they both were and how they kept the show running.
I know my husband and I got caught up in the moment and our timeline got a little iffy. But at the end of the day, I have the fondest, happiest memories of my wedding day and I wouldn’t change a thing. I was able to talk to everyone, drink, party, dance, laugh, cry. And somehow in between all that, Guillermo and the rest of my vendor team somehow got everything else done too! The toasts, cake cutting, first dance, etc. The set-up and tear-down was seamless and efficient, and when I left, I realized I didn’t have to do a single thing because they had thought of everything! Thanks to Guillermo, Hope & everyone else working behind the scenes, we are grateful for the lifetime of memories and love from our wedding day! ♡

We've worked with Kim and Melanie many of times over our years in the Wedding Industry. Each and every time we've worked together, they've kept things running smoothly and have done an exceptional job at keeping the communication open and the overall event organized. These two ladies are a dynamic duo and will do anything in their power to make sure your event is a success. (An example: At one particular wedding we DJ'd, the cake company that was hired, dropped off the cake as scheduled. But when it was set up, it was carelessly slanted to one side. While numerous guest walked by whispering and pointing out that the cake was slanted or uneven, Melanie from YPB came over to the cake moments before the ceremony was to start and fixed the cake so it looked absolutely perfect for photographs, etc. ) With attention to detail and swift work like that, we highly recommend Your Perfect Bridesmaid as your wedding planner and day of coordinator.
what can i say about Your Perfect Bridesmaid? i probably have a limit to how much i can write in my endorsements here on wedding wire :) so i'll summarize everything i have to say this way: my bride was so so so happy with the smoothness and flawlessness and organization of her wedding, all thanks to YPB! in the absence of a coordinator, we as wedding photographers always end up being the guides for the scheduling of the day. while we love to help out and to make sure that the bride is stress-free, there is nothing quite like having a go-to, organized, dedicated person making sure that everything the bride has dreamed of, is done. thank you so much for making my life and my couple's life a breeze on her wedding day! we can't wait to work with you again and highly recommend you to future brides! ~Alice
