Ellie was an absolute dream to work with! She kept us organized and excited through every step of planning. She truly blew us away was in the final days leading up to the wedding because when we saw rain in the forecast, we were stressed. Ellie immediately stepped in and made miracles happen within just a few days pivoting our entire ceremony indoors. She redesigned our layout, coordinated with all the vendors within a few hours a new plan, and handled every detail so seamlessly that our wedding day turned out even more beautiful than we imagined.

Ellie made it so that we were able to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care made all the difference. We can’t recommend her enough. If you want someone who will go above and beyond for you, Ellie is ABSOLUTELY the planner to hire!!

It's been almost a year since our April 2024 wedding and we can still say hiring Ellie was the best decision we made.

Her passion and expertise for the wedding industry showed throughout the entire planning process. If my fiancé and I were ever unsure about a decision we knew we could go to Ellie for anything. She always provided us with a range of options when it came to vendors and ways to do things. She would tell you her honest opinion which was much appreciated but never pressure you into something.

Every vendor she recommended blew our expectations out of the water. Our wedding was the best day ever and we truly owe that all to her.

We had the extreme privilege of working with Ellie for 18 months (!!) to bring our Indian & Persian fusion wedding to life. I knew from our first call that Ellie would be a great person to work with — she is so warm, genuinely kind, and knows how to get to the point and get shit done. From the start, we turned to Ellie for everything - how to book our venue and find the right date, find and book all of our vendors, our planning timeline and shopping lists, and so many more things, big and small, along the way. I am an Operations Manager, and used to work in project management and events, and am quite particular about logistics and organization - I was continually impressed by Ellie and how she kept every detail meticulously tracked. It was daunting to be planning a 3 day wedding and inviting over 400 guests, but Ellie paced everything out so well throughout the 18 months of working together so as to avoid any overwhelm or bottlenecks. I had so many people ask me if I was stressed out throughout the process, and I truly was not because Ellie had a handle of everything, she only surfaced things when they mattered, and she did so much behind the scenes lifting that I didn’t even know about.

On top of her usual expertise, Ellie was willing to stretch her usual scope and experience to learn the customs of a Sikh wedding and she handled it with so much grace. It was important to me to work with someone who would take the time to learn and respect our traditions, and Ellie exceeded our expectations. She brought her experience of Persian weddings as well, helping us plan elements that were important to my husband’s family.

In this process, I learned that having such a strong lead at the helm and trusting in them and their partners is the best thing you can do. Ellie’s network of vendors is truly exceptional - everyone we met was so sincere and kind, and had a shared investment in making our wedding a success. It was truly exemplified during the wedding weekend when, and I am not exaggerating, every single person I talked to told me how seamlessly everything went. Everything was buttoned up, on time, and perfectly done. We had people asking me who my planner was so they could thank her because of how great the guest experience was. And this wasn’t a regular wedding day - we had 2 ceremonies in one day, on top of a big welcome party the night before. Across all of these moving parts and ceremonies, Ellie and her team executed everything flawlessly and truly went above and beyond their scope.

I could truly go on to write pages and pages more about how special it was to work with Ellie for our wedding. I already miss working with her dearly, and am jealous of anyone who’s yet to get started on this journey with her and her team. Trust that they care just as much, if not more, about your wedding. Trust that they will only bring on vendors who the know will have your best interest in mind. Trust that Ellie will not judge you or steer you anywhere that isn’t best for you. Ellie was the best decision we made when it came to our wedding!!! She made all of our wedding dreams come true. She is extremely organized, attentive and passionate about what she does. My friends and family were shocked at how calm my husband and I were throughout the entire planning process, especially with Arizona being a destination wedding for us, and it’s because of Ellie! We did the full planning package and I could not recommend it more! Our wedding was a little over two months ago and we still have guests commenting on how beautiful it was. Ellie was nothing short of AMAZING throughout the process.
