Day of coordinator

Thank you so much for helping me with my wedding! You were amazing. From the very moment of asking you to be my day of coordinator, you made the whole process so simple and easy. I literally couldn’t have done it by myself. I’d recommend your services to anyone looking for the day of help. And the fact that I first saw you at the wedding expo up north in Prescott. And that you did multiple weddings at the Van Dickson ranch made my choice even easier!

Sydney is the bomb. Com

Sydney was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She is extremely detail oriented and just gets it. I put a lot on her plate and she handled it so professionally and with kindness. Communication was amazing throughout the process and we felt 100% confident with her coordinating our day. We had so many moving parts on our wedding day and she went above and beyond seamlessly. She problem solved behind the scenes so we could fully be present and truly enjoy our wedding day. Having a wedding coordinator is a non negotiable. I used to have my own wedding planning business and currently work at a wedding venue so I understand what goes into it and she worked so hard to make our vision come to life. I can not recommend her enough. She is worth every penny & more. All of our vendors and guests complimented her throughout the night. Do the right thing and hire Sydney & her team for your big day!

Incredible wedding planner for our Moab wedding

Sydney was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! She brought an incredibly calm energy to our wedding weekend, and I trusted her to make everything perfect. She was super easy to work with and incredibly thorough leading up to our wedding day. She was responsive to emails and brought up all the little details we had neglected to think about. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day, thanks to Sydney! 10/10 would recommend her to everyone looking for a wedding planner, and I honestly can't imagine our wedding without her.

Best Wedding Planner Ever!!!!

Sydney is the sweetest human to work with! Her attention to detail made our 2026 wedding spectacular and so memorable. She made sure everything was perfect for our special day! Thank you for being a part of what made this such a special time for us! We will be using Sydney for any future events!

Erica & Drew’s Dessert Disco Wedding

We managed to pull off a fully planned 50 person micro wedding in just a couple short months and hiring Sydney for Day of Coordinator was the best thing I could have done. She did such an amazing job covering all the details from the moment she stepped in (and I threw a lot at her!!) She helped us feel like all we had to do was live in the moment and soak in the amazing day, and we did just that. Everything was so smooth and transitioned beautifully from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception just as we had hoped. Her warm and friendly personality also fit in perfectly with our loved ones. Do yourself a favor, hire Sydney for your wedding!

So grateful we found Sydney!

I knew as soon as I met Sydney that we were in good hands. Her calm demeanor and professionalism reflect how she handles her business. Sydney stays on top of everything and I can truly say that I did not stress during the wedding planning process thanks to her! From check-in meetings, constant communication with vendors, and helping with decor setup the day of, Sydney remained thoroughly organized and detail-oriented. I cannot recommend Sydney enough, she is the wedding planner you want on your team!

Sydney was fantastic! She was kind, always responded timely, knowledgeable, and professional! Our wedding would not have been the same without her! I am so thankful I made the choice to use a day of coordinator. If you are on the fence, just do it! You will not regret working with Sydney.

Cutting Edge Ranch Wedding

I honestly don’t even know where to start our wedding planner was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. From the moment we met her, she made us feel so comfortable and cared for. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was perfect and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
She took charge of everything big or small and handled it all with such grace and confidence. I can’t even count how many times I forgot something and she was already one step ahead of me! 
Thanks to her, our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and stress-free. We got to fully enjoy every moment because she had everything under control. I’m so incredibly thankful we chose her she made our day more magical than we ever imagined.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, listens, and delivers beyond expectations, she’s the one.

Sydney Did Not Disappoint

During our meetings before the big day, Sydney was organized & friendly. We easily sorted out the details which eased my mind immensely. She sent me and my husband a timeline outline that fit for us and completely took over contacting and working with our vendors to ensure the day would come together smoothly. On the day of, Sydney set up all decor and took care of everything! Anything that went wrong, I was blissfully unaware because she always found a solution. A huge thanks to her! She made it so that my husband and I could focus on each other.
