We managed to pull off a fully planned 50 person micro wedding in just a couple short months and hiring Sydney for Day of Coordinator was the best thing I could have done. She did such an amazing job covering all the details from the moment she stepped in (and I threw a lot at her!!) She helped us feel like all we had to do was live in the moment and soak in the amazing day, and we did just that. Everything was so smooth and transitioned beautifully from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception just as we had hoped. Her warm and friendly personality also fit in perfectly with our loved ones. Do yourself a favor, hire Sydney for your wedding!

I knew as soon as I met Sydney that we were in good hands. Her calm demeanor and professionalism reflect how she handles her business. Sydney stays on top of everything and I can truly say that I did not stress during the wedding planning process thanks to her! From check-in meetings, constant communication with vendors, and helping with decor setup the day of, Sydney remained thoroughly organized and detail-oriented. I cannot recommend Sydney enough, she is the wedding planner you want on your team! -

I genuinely don’t know how the day would have gone without her — and honestly, I wouldn’t want to know!

We had the best experience with Sydney! She saw our vision, executed the dream, and seamlessly blended in with our people. Sydney was absolutely incredible! Her attention to detail was outstanding, and choosing her as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I made. Weddings can be overwhelming, but she kept me focused on the positives and ensured everything moved forward seamlessly. The decorations she added to the venue perfectly matched my vision, and she executed every detail flawlessly.
Beyond her exceptional professionalism, Sydney provided the support I truly needed—almost like the sister I wished for on my wedding day! She handled difficult vendors with grace and managed every challenge effortlessly. When my own sister became a source of stress, Sydney’s assistant stepped in, allowing me to fully enjoy my day without added pressure.
I cannot commend Sydney enough for her dedication, expertise, and calming presence. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and anyone would be incredibly fortunate to have her as their wedding planner! -

We are so thankful that we had found Sydney prior to our 2024 wedding! We hired Sydney as our day of coordinator. She took care of everything including: pre timeline planning, centerpieces, flowers, seating chart set up, making sure the day ran on schedule, over all chaos coordinator! As a bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing on my special day. Not to mention Syd is an amazing person to work with and can get along with just about anyone. We would have been truly lost without her and highly recommend Sydney Lema Weddings & Events to any newly engaged couples! -

We had the best day, thanks to our coordinator :)
My wedding was the best day, and Sydney was such a big part of the reason why! I planned my Sedona wedding from the other side of the country. I needed a day-of-coordinator to make sure that my plans came to fruition on the day of. Sydney is very organized, she thinks of every detail. I also rented hurricane candle vases from her, which I thought were priced fairly and looked beautiful for our candle lit reception dinner. The day ran so smoothly, and I just can't thank her enough! Overall, Sydney is very professional, so easy to work with, great at communicating - made my wedding a dream 🤍 -

We are so impressed with Sydney. We gave her a fairly strict budget and she managed to give us everything we wanted
while staying under budget through connections, favors, and DIY. She knows so much about weddings, vendors, florals, etc... She hand made her farm tables that she rents out as well as the alter we used. Needless to say she really is a wedding one stop shop. We rented tons of furniture from her, she did our florals, she connected us with a DJ in our budget, she came days before to our venue to begin decorating. She called us every couple of weeks to make sure we were completing the things we had to do on our end. Needless to say we we are over the moon with her services and would recommend 100%!Sydney Lema Weddings & Events's reply:
