BTO is seriously the best. Both Chelsea and Cameron are miracle workers that I really couldn't have done anything without them. I am not a local in the Phoenix area, we wanted to do a destination wedding all the way out in AZ. We reside in Kentucky and planning a wedding is a daunting task but planning it across the country in an area where we have no ties or anything is even scarier. They both were able to make the whole process stress free and they came in with great recommendations. When one pretty major thing went wrong Friday night, Cameron was able to fix it within like 2 hours and keep me from freaking out :) She was my level headed middle superwoman and was able to take care of every detail through out the weekend to a T. I really can't thank them enough.

Black Tie Optional and their team was an absolute joy to work with! Cameron was assigned to our wedding and she guided us through the whole planning process. I can’t put into words how awesome she is. Everything from filling out the planning website, recommending vendors and reviewing contracts, keeping us on track, answering our 1000 emails; she just helped us with all of it. Cameron was extremely professional, friendly, and made us feel special about our big day.

We really liked the planning site that BTO uses. It helped us keep track of budgeting, vendors, payments, guests list and more. It laid out when things needed to be completed which made the planning seem not as daunting of a task. If we did have any outstanding items, Cameron was right there to check in on us in case we needed anything.

The day of the wedding was as smooth as can be and that was because of Cameron and her assistant. We had a couple of hiccups during the wedding but they were able to change things around, seamlessly. Our guests were none the wiser and the party continued.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and knowledge BTO and Cameron brought. We absolutely would recommend them for any wedding you are planning.
