So much we can do in this space, and this is one of our most popular combinations of treatments, including cafe strings overhead, framed gobo projections on their portable museum walls, and precise uplighting on the building walls. With so many options for pattern and color, this venue never looks the same twice!Don't forget your florals and themes! This fantastic tropical-themed head table popped with vibrant colors, and a soft gobo projection on the table top as well as creative projections on the back drape.A striking look at Urban Studio, including framed and cropped projections, cafe strings, and rich blue uplighting.Flowers Flowers Flowers! Not only did we project them, we pinspotted the actual arrangements on the tabletops!Edison bulb treatments continue to be popular, like this one that was created for a nautical themed table arbor, the decorators purposefully draped roping all around the trellis, and we created cascades of mini string lights behind the sheer drape backdrop.Simple, delightful, and totally appropriate lighting treatments for this log cabin styled venue!Our bride carefully chose her favorite vintage Edison bulbs, and we painstakingly matched her preferred blush pink for the uplighting--something we do for every event!This was one of those "wedding of the decade" receptions! We converted this very large convention center exhibit hall into a stunningly lit dining hall, dance floor, and lounge.A little Tango Caliente? Themed events are our favorite! This included rich reds and golds, a series of carnivale-inspired gobo projections, and our wireless hanging LED lanterns.We brought a little bit of "Ooh La La" to this urban warehouse reception, with a single gobo projection, linear pink uplighting, and lots of cafe strings to complete this Champs d' Elysees themed event.A wonderful Gazebo nestled into a beautiful oak and fir forest at this amazing estate wedding! We created a warm, cozy environment for this elegant outdoor reception!Why spend all that money on an amazing cake, just to have it sit in the dark? And don't forget, themed patterns can project onto almost anything, here we've overlayed them with linear "wash" uplighting on the back drapes to this ballroom's stage.A simple, elegant approach to both the ceremony and the reception after a room flip! Mini string cascades and flawlessly matched uplightiing.Not just any uplighting...high end, highly tuneable wireless LED uplighting...it's what a vintage space like this one absolutely MUST have!A wonderful arch of vintage bulbs served as the backdrop to the ceremony, then after the room flip, it was a topper to the headtable for the reception!Sumptuous tabletop with a soft-focus pattern treatment!A remarkable look for this ceremony! Almost unlimited color and pattern combinations are possible for any theme or feel!Rich purple uplit sheer drapes framed this small reception, which also featured floral projections on the dancefloor.Ahhh...gobos are more than just trees and flowers! We pulled this glass-block vintage pattern out of focus, to create a striking tablescape.Beautiful Maysara Vineyards...a space that absolutely LOVES our lighting!Urban? Hip? Boho? YES...And this is just simple uplighting and a couple of pattern projection fixtures, giving this casual urban space a warm, fun feel.Dreaming of snow? Christmas wedding? We can help!Uber Boho Glam Shabby! We created an amazing "wallpaper" wall, along with uplit sheer-drape room dividers and mismatched chandeliers throughout this industrial space.Another popular Portland warehouse venue is Yale Union, a large space that begs for lots of careful architectural uplighting, and cafe strings of course!Lots of gobos! What to do if you don't want to look out the windows onto the parking? Drape them and lets us use them as a canvas to paint on! Add some golden bubbles to the dance floor, ample architectural uplighting, and you have a stunning reception space!Ahhh...sumptuous and classic! Large-scale gobo projections on and well-placed architectural uplighting.Don't let your outdoor event disappear in the night! The decorator used standard pipe-and-drape to give us a lovely perimeter to uplight, and we filled it in with under-table glow and our wireless tabletop lanterns.This large head table was the centerpiece to this entire space, and we framed the table spot in a perfectly trimmed pool of soft ivory light, highlighting the amazing florals and purple linen accents. Uplighting and spotlit bead "chandeliers" rounded off the space.Absolutely and without a doubt, you should pinspot your cake! But don't forget to give it context...your backdrop can create a soothing bit of spacial context to make it stand out in the room!Lighting as Decor...YES...and we can spot your organics too!This couple wanted modern, geographic, urban, chic...And we made it happen in this urban venue! We projected graphic patterns onto the window shades, and created uplighting in cue-able zones, so that different times of the night could have different color themes. A real attention-getter!Your dancefloor can pop an even your uplighting can have texture! And why not spotlight the chandeliers?Mixing narrow and wider beamed light fixtures in uplight brings things up a notch, and so does careful pinspotting for your florals!Give the dance floor some love with a perfectly framed pattern projection! Throw in great uplighting and cafe strings, and your urban space can become a showplace.Yes, we can make chartreuse light! These stunning projected branches were used as a backdrop to the head table, which featured a pinspotted cake at its center.Don't forget the ceiling! Here we projected a soft, vintage feel, along with creative focus on the couple's uplighting, to make this hotel ballroom anything but dull!We took the ceiling patterns out of focus for a soft, undulating texture, giving this outdoor tent event a sumptuous look.If your venue is an historic, special place, why not feature it as part of your outdoor event's decor strategy? We LOVE buildings and trees, and it shows in this beautifully lit event.Cafe strings don't always have to go overhead, we used 6 foot tall shepherd's hooks to create a space surround for this cocktail hour area just outside our couple's ceremony venue.Reception in a canopy tent? Of course we can make it pretty!Another wonderful and detailed dancefloor treatment, as well as beautiful linear drape uplighting behind the head table.Rich, vibrant colors using both uplighting and pattern projection. And, don't forget to pinspot those centerpieces!Simple cafe strings and a carefully stitched gobo projection tableau, this was anything but "just another old ballroom!"Amazing floral arrangements deserve to be spotlit!A soft, vintage feel with this pattern projection, which was precisely cropped to fit the curtains between ivory uplighting.A little under-table glow, anyone?A beautiful "starry sky" projection can be done at many taller-ceiling venues!A chic, urban lounge was created in this large convention center exhibit hall for a very large wedding...we brought it down to earth for a little warmth and coziness with lots of varied uplighting and our wireless tabletop lanterns.Need chandeliers to go with a serene pattern-and-uplight treatment? We have them!A pinspot for each centerpiece! Along with the bride and groom's favorite colors, of course.So simple but so effective! In the right hands, your uplighting can make a stunning backdrop!Starry Sky? Why not! A dream come true!
Greenlight Creative made my dreams come true! I was connected with them through another vendor, Power of Love Rentals. They said “we NEED to call Greenlight”, and I’m SO glad they did! They had the idea to create a ceiling full of stars so it looked like you were stepping into the night sky. They completely understood the vision and made it a reality with ease! They worked so hard to make our vision come to life. They also did patio lighting that I didn’t realize would be so vital, but it allowed us to keep the party going once the sun went down. I am so grateful for their professionalism, their time, and their talent. Thank you!! I will recommend them to every person I know for forever.

Beautiful Lighting for wedding ceremony

Best team, best value
We worked with Dwayne and his team at Greenlight for our wedding in the forest in late August. They were extremely accommodating when we had to push our wedding a year due to the pandemic.
Dwayne was an absolute joy to work with in scoping our event, a site visit, contracting, etc. He has a lovely warmth about him and he made the process easy and fun. He knows his stuff and we were able to come up with a great plan together that fit within our budget.
The team that handled the install and teardown were absolute dolls; we wish we would have gotten their names! They were super easy to work with and needed very little oversight or guidance which is so helpful with everything else going on leading up to or right after a wedding. They did fantastic work - we had cafe lights strung over a long wooded driveway and overhead in a cocktail clearing. Everything looks gorgeous and went off without a hitch! They made sure to not damage any trees or wildlife which we really appreciated. Couldn't recommend their team enough!!

Dwayne & Greenlight Team are fantastic!
Dwayne, and the whole Greenlight team, were AWESOME. Dwayne was super responsive, very knowledgeable about what would/wouldn't work in certain spaces and for the look I was trying to achieve, and made the whole process incredibly easy! The prices were more than reasonable, and the lighting really put the finishing touches on the wedding. Would highly, 100% recommend Greenlight!

At all times remain flexible!
The staff worked to accommodate a "change in weather" and re-purposed all the lighting w/out any additional charges or waste. They worked very hard to deliver a great lighting experience for our daughter's wedding! Thank you.

Turning the lights on magical experiences
We were extremely impressed with the lighting hung for our wedding. It was such an important piece to curating the magical vibe we were aiming to provide for our friends and family. I am a wedding coordinator and have worked with Greenlight once before. They really outdid themselves this time. I worked with Dwayne for most of the planning and then with Dena as we got closer. As we started to get closer to the wedding date (9/15/18), we realized the forecast was going to include rain and we had to implement the rain plant - a tent, which the couple really preferred not to have. Dwayne was so patient, quick to respond and understanding of the week-of chaos that ensued as we figured everything out. As always, I recommend them and even more so after this positive experience.
