Im a Portland based wedding planner and I had the privilege of working with Little Banana bakery at a recent wedding! Everything was on time and look so amazing and tasted even better! Everyone had so many good things to say about the cake and cupcakes!

Our wedding cake from Fat Cupcake was amazing and so good! Me and my husband are huge dessert people and the cake was more important to us than any other food options on our big day so having a cake we both loved was super important. We decided to go with a 2 layer cake that was chocolate chocolate inside and another cake that was vanilla vanilla inside for the side. This allowed us to get our photos with the cake we wanted but allowed our guest to choose another flavor if they wanted. The team at Fat Cupcake was wonderful to work with as they answered my many questions, were quick to respond, and were so friendly. They let us know the best options based on our what we wanted and our price point. You can tell they genuinely wanted to give you exactly what you want. After the wedding, all of our guests commented how good to cake was! We loved it so much and plan to get a cupcake on our anniversary of our flavors moving forward. I would recommend Fat Cupcake for any occasioned and I plan to book them for any parties moving forward. Thank you Fat Cupcake for a tremendous wedding cake!

Honestly? Still dreaming about this cake. ☁️ We’ve all been to weddings where the cake looks like a million bucks but tastes like... sweet cardboard? NOT THIS. Natalie is a literal magician with high-quality ingredients. You can actually taste this premium, real components, and how important it is that it’s not just a wall of sugar. We went with the Honey Cake and it was so light and perfectly balanced. Seriously, if you want a 'boring' wedding cake, go elsewhere. If you want guests texting you for a week asking where the dessert was from, book NCake 🍰

My husband and I were blown away by these cupcakes! We couldn't decide so we got the minis and ordered 4 different flavors. Our guests loved them! I highly recommend the full-sized version though, because they have more filling and the balance of tastes is better. It made our wedding day even easier to have them delivered to where we live, outside of Portland. If we could just order a few at a time, we'd definitely eat these cupcakes every week.

Seri was so wonderful throughout the whole process! We're from San Diego and had to fly up for all of our wedding needs. She was flexible and generous with our tasting portions. The desserts were delicious and she even accepted the feedback we gave her. The desserts were a hit at the wedding (especially the cake pops). The cost was also so reasonable and fair. 10/10 would recommend Seri.

Blair is awesome to work with. She responds immediately to calls and texts. She made the most delicious and beautiful wedding cake for my daughter. I will recommend her to everyone I know! Thank you!!

We actually ordered one small fruit tart, and many pies for our wedding. Safeway was great. The pies were a great deal for the money. They were ready on time and tasty. The only problem I had was when I tried to order them the first time, there was a person in the bakery that didn't really speak very good english. So I called back later.

Delish! The delivery was on time and our cake and cupcakes turned AMAZING. Many guests ate a few. The owner was amazing and a great help.

I can't believe this little place isn't on WeddingWire yet (I just added it). It's a little shop in Salem that's right next to the Sassy Onion downtown, and honestly, we tried sooooo many different cupcake shops in Salem for our wedding cakes and everything else just pales in comparison to these guys. They use natural coloring, real buttercream frosting, and their flavors are to die for. We had the chocolate peanut butter and strawberry champagne cakes at our wedding, and they even threw in some display tiers for free! I also really liked how attentive Christina was to our needs. We had an outdoor wedding and she pointed out that we should refrigerate her cakes right up until serving. Glad she was on the ball, or else we would have had melting cupcakes for sure!

They did a fantastic job! with my wedding! They helped me with every detail and with my work schedule was like a life savor!! Amazing food most professional service! Highly 100% recommended !
