I can't believe this little place isn't on WeddingWire yet (I just added it). It's a little shop in Salem that's right next to the Sassy Onion downtown, and honestly, we tried sooooo many different cupcake shops in Salem for our wedding cakes and everything else just pales in comparison to these guys. They use natural coloring, real buttercream frosting, and their flavors are to die for. We had the chocolate peanut butter and strawberry champagne cakes at our wedding, and they even threw in some display tiers for free! I also really liked how attentive Christina was to our needs. We had an outdoor wedding and she pointed out that we should refrigerate her cakes right up until serving. Glad she was on the ball, or else we would have had melting cupcakes for sure!

The end product was absolutely amazing. Our wedding cake was extremely beautiful and tasted delicious. However we were very disappointed in the owner's communication. It took months to officially book her and I must've sent 6-7 emails over the course of those months and only got 2 responses. It made us very nervous because we were drawing near our wedding date by the time everything was in order and we heard from her.
