They were able to make us a realistic shark cake and it looked AWESOME. 10/10 recommend. We asked for the groom and bride to be getting eaten by shark and they delivered:)

We found Next Dimension Bakery at a local wedding expo last year. We were very impressed with the examples they brought, and after talking with them, knew they would be the perfect fit. The way they got excited about my idea of a Lord of the Rings themed cake sold it.

The cake itself was incredible and everything we wanted. The front was a replication of me proposing to my wife in front of Mount Hood (a picture we sent in) and the back was Rivendell, the elven kingdom from the Lord of the Rings. The craftsmanship was superb, the detail was way beyond what I thought possible for a cake, and it actually tasted DELICIOUS! We had 3 different flavors, and all of them were fantastic. We couldn’t keep the guests away. Too many had seconds, and we were left with very little leftovers.

If we ever need to have a cake made for another occasion, you bet your behind that we will be calling Next Dimension again. They are an incredible bakery. Thank you, Next Dimension, not only for your amazing service to our dream wedding, but for your service to our country.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nextdemention bakery! Our wedding cake not only was jaw dropping but tasted amazing! I love the fact that there was no fondant on the cake.

We came across Next Dimension Bakery at the Wedding Expo at the event center. We were browsing their selection when I mentioned offhand that I would like to do a Lord of the Rings themed cake. Rob’s face lit up and he immediately started talking nerdy to me while my fiancé rolled her eyes in the background.

Long story short, he made us the most incredible three tiered wedding cake after we nailed down a theme. The front of the cake was a scene of Mount Shasta, and the back of the cake was Rivendell. The iconic scene from the official artwork from the Peter Jackson Trilogy.

The craftsmanship was superb. The arches of Rivendell were beautiful and the water features felt alive. The level of detail was incredible on the entire cake. Visually, it was everything we were hoping for and more.

The flavoring of the cake was incredible as well. For one, using chocolate instead of fondant is 100% the way to go. Every single bite was delicious, even though it pained me deeply to dismantle this work of art. The cake was incredibly moist and the flavoring options were varied enough to meet everyone’s tastes.

We had to guard the last piece of cake in order to save any. Multiple guests went back for seconds, and at least a dozen asked us who made it and wanted contact information. Everyone was thoroughly impressed, and it was the centerpiece of the reception.

The cake that was delivered to our Oregon coast wedding was so filled with detail and tasted amazing! We have nothing but amazing things to say about the owners and the amount of art they put into our cake. We had 2 log rounds as our design. One was pine and the other a birch. Moss was added and the birch had the peeling bark we all have seen. He even added mushrooms and moss and leaves. If you haven’t had a cake done by Next Dimension, you really should. Thank you so much for making our special day even more special.

Having a wedding during a pandemic means being creative with food! We opted for individually wrapped cake pops and this vendor really delivered! We were surprised at the quality and they were delicious, super cute and individually wrapped! Thank you!

My wedding cake was definitely the highlight for everybody that loved the marvel cinematic universe! It was Deadpool themed and let me tell ya it tasted delicious. It definitely met our expectations for the price we paid for. They were extremely professional and very on point with communication. Definitely will be using these guys again in the future! Next Dimension Bakery was the best vendor to work with for my wedding! They are great at communicating and they made designing a cake for my wedding so special and fun! It's like Rob took my thought in my head and made my dream come true in my cake :) Such a great team to work with and could not recommend them enough! The design was amazing and the cake tasted great as well :) Also a great value for the money spent!

This bakery is amazing, plain and simple. Throw in no fondant and you have the most exquisite cake for your event. Our cupcakes were gone instantly and we even got compliments about them at someone else’s wedding!
