    Cake Pops for Wedding

    Having a wedding during a pandemic means being creative with food! We opted for individually wrapped cake pops and this vendor really delivered! We were surprised at the quality and they were delicious, super cute and individually wrapped! Thank you!

    Simply the best!!

    Next Dimension Bakery was the best vendor to work with for my wedding! They are great at communicating and they made designing a cake for my wedding so special and fun! It's like Rob took my thought in my head and made my dream come true in my cake :) Such a great team to work with and could not recommend them enough! The design was amazing and the cake tasted great as well :) Also a great value for the money spent!

    Professionalism

    My wedding cake was definitely the highlight for everybody that loved the marvel cinematic universe! It was Deadpool themed and let me tell ya it tasted delicious. It definitely met our expectations for the price we paid for. They were extremely professional and very on point with communication. Definitely will be using these guys again in the future! Thanks a million

    Beyond our expectations


    I had called many local bakeries in the area to see if they could create a Steampunk wedding cake for our Halloween wedding and each one fell short. Our venue (McMenamins Grand Lodge) recommended Next Dimension Bakery and once we looked at their website we immediately made contact and started working on ways to create our vision. They went above and beyond what we had envisioned. Our guests are still talking about how amazing it looked and how absolutely delicious the cake was. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They made it very simple to communicate and we enjoyed the cake tasting.
    If you’re looking for a wedding cake, birthday cake or any other baked goods, this is the first place you should check out. I’ll be going to them for all my kids’ birthday cakes from now on. Thank you again for making our special day that much more amazing!

    Amazing Bakery

    This bakery is amazing, plain and simple. Throw in no fondant and you have the most exquisite cake for your event. Our cupcakes were gone instantly and we even got compliments about them at someone else’s wedding!

    Everything went great!

    What I loved about this couple duo powerhouse is that they had everything conveniently on their website (even their policies!!), who does that?? I felt so prepared for my big day with what to receive for my wedding cake, it all went so smoothly with the management system they use for weddings. Very cordial and accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!!

    Cake was beautiful! We had a few changes and they were easy to work with. I did have a change where I wanted silver ribbon on the cake and when we saw the cake at our wedding it looked like it was white ribbon so that was a little disappointing but it still looked beautiful and it tasted AMAZING!

    They were awesome! We had a gluten free cake due to my husband and I's allergy and it was the best gluten free cake I have ever had. They were so helpful and they were willing to go above and beyond for me. They came in and did a cake tasting just for me, I live in Alaska but am from Oregon and was only in town for a couple of days when I could do the cake tasting. They were very good with communicating with me and keeping me in the loop about what was going on. The cake turned out just how I wanted it and better than what imagined. I will use them again in the future when I am in town.

    Met them at the Portland Bridal Show and fell in love with their cake. Very responsive to emails and they where able to add more cupcakes after our initial order. Our guests complimented the cupcakes Delicious! Kristina and Robert are so nice and made sure everything was according to what we wanted for our wedding. They are great to work with! Thank you for our wonderful cake and cupcakes!

    They did cupcakes for our wedding, it was great they were able to do the top cake gluten free to accommodate my food allergy. Cupcakes for the guests looked great.

    These people are amazing, affordable & super nice! They came on time (actually a little early) set up everything for the cake/cupcakes & then made sure everything met my standards! Oh yea did I mention delivered in the middle of no where yamhill!!! Cake tastes AMAZING! Super moist and hell was even great the next morning, stunning art work, I mean I only asked for frosting roses and these amazing people took it up 15 levels and made these stunning sugar roses that were edible :) so if I recommend anyone at all for cakes these will be my go to people from now on! Look out next dimensions I got 2 little boys birthdays this October & November that I'll need cakes & cupcakes for :)

    We were weeks away from our wedding when I received a call from our original baker, "Hanks Thrift Way, Perfection Bakery", that they were closing the store in just a few days and we need to find someone else to do our wedding cake. Practically in tears, I asked the lady on the phone, "well do you have any recommendations?". She proceed to tell me "Next Dimension Bakery". I called, and they were extreme professional from the start. They went well beyond my expectations. My cake was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

    I can't thank Next Dimension Bakery enough for making our special day completely perfect.

    So so happy not only was our cake beautiful and better than I expected it was moist and tasty. This duo husband and wife team was so professional and they were so friendly. We bought other bakery items and so yummy and I know we will recommend this bakery and I will definitely come back again. I live in NYC and had my 2nd wedding reception at the grand lodge in forest grove. The cake arrived as scheduled, absolutely beautiful and tasty

    The cupcakes were delicious and they were flexible with the gluten free accommodations. Most of all, the cake topper was the impressive part! The amount of details incorporated were beyond what we could have imagined. The one improvement would be the delivery timing. We paid for delivery but they arrived late to set up the cupcakes due to traffic. Due to the delay in their arrival, as they were putting the cakes into the stand, guests were eagerly grabbing cupcakes which meant we weren't able to get a picture of the entire assembly. Where Next Dimension Bakery shines is their product. The faux fondant they use is sure to impress and the best you'll taste. Their creativity, delicious product, and flexibility makes them a vendor I highly recommend, especially if you don't need delivery or your venue is local.

    Worst customer service ever. We had a cake tasting after hours and the pairings we had chosen were not prepared (even though we emailed them 10 days prior to our tasting). I went back to see if we could arrange to try the flavors we wanted but before I could even get to the point, they told me to go to Safeway and then threatened me with trespassing. They should not be in a job where they have to deal with customers.

    Worst customer service!

    NDB made a good tasting cake for my wedding (simple, only 2 small tiers and no decorations because i had the florist decorate).
    I would give 0 stars if i could because of the awful customer service i experienced. I originally met with 1 of the owners to discuss what i wanted for my wedding, show pics, etc and paid the full amount. I wish i would not have paid so early on because i would have gone elsewhere as the service i received got so bad they had me in tears. There are 2 owners and they are both extremely rude and they will each tell you a different story depending on who you speak with. About 1 month before my wedding i asked to pick up my cake a few hours later than originally planned (instead of 9am, 11am) so that I could take it straight to the venue. They told me that I had already signed the contract with 9am as pick up and refused to change the time. Then I got a call stating that they would deliver to my venue because they would be in the area anyways (they originally told me delivery was not an option because my order was too small, even if i paid them!). Obviously i was excited that they could now deliver because that was 1 less thing to take care of on my wedding day. Approx 2 weeks before my wedding they told me their meeting changed and now they would no longer deliver and i had to pick up at 9am in Banks, OR. Luckily I have family that was able to be flexible in driving out there to pick up.
    This is just 1 of the MANY back and fourth conversations i had over 7 months with NDB where they kept changing the story and wanted to hold me to a contract, but were ok changing it if it benefited them. The others involved the actual design of my cake and 1 owner calling me a liar because i told her I hadn't received a copy of the contract from her husband when i originally met with him. Stay far away from Next Dimension.

    Quality was not as expected, delivery late after compromising twice on time in their favor,, emails demanding reviews be changed without resolving/offering a resolution to issues/concerns, dry cake and crumbled as cut, sloppy presentation lines not even on cake, rose not as stated in contract, cupcakes dry, over frosted, some cupcakes had more frosting than cake, not symmetrical/clean with lines/color red of lines on top of cupcakes, cupcakes flat not rounded and green was to be two different shades as contract stated. Would not recommend to others.
