Hiring Your Perfect Bridesmaid was probably one of the best choices we made when we started wedding planning! My partner and I decided we wanted to have a destination wedding at Treehouse Point. When I realized I would be planning from across the country, I knew I needed help. I felt comfortable handling a lot of the vendor outreach, design planning, and detail work but I wanted someone familiar with the area who would also keep me on track. We hired YPB under their “Signature Package” for day of coordination but it is so much more than that. We were partnered with Kara and she was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond for us throughout the process. Kara dealt with my ten million questions with patience and grace and after every check in with Kara, I felt like I had it under control. She helped me to keep track of where I was at with planning and where I needed to go, which was so appreciated throughout this process. And beyond the value of a wedding planner, YPB provided a plethora of useful planning documents, FAQs, and worksheets that became my lifelines leading up to the big day. On the day of, she helped coordinate vendors, setup/breakdown decor, and keep our timeline running smoothly. My partner and I were truly able to enjoy the day with our closest friends and family without worry and you can’t put a price on that. Thank you Kara and the YPB Team!!-

YPB - Mallory
Working with YPB and Mallory in particular helped us know we were in good hands. We originally reached out to YPB at the beginning of our wedding planning process, and I so appreciated Mallory's ability to take our vision and create a clear design for our vendors to see early on. Additionally, I loved being able to check in with Mallory via email and text, and she helped us make sure we were on the right track with timelines and planning. She was always professional and was such an incredible guide for us throughout the whole wedding planning process. -

Guillermo and YPB team are amazing!
Working with Your Perfect Bridesmaid was an absolute game-changer for our wedding day. Guillermo, our coordinator, stayed in constant touch throughout the planning process and showed up on the day itself with flawless execution—he anticipated every detail we'd need, from ensuring our classic, elegant aesthetic came through in every setup to quietly handling the logistics so my husband and I could actually enjoy ourselves. He didn't just manage the timeline; he thought ahead to things we didn't even realize we'd want, like preparing a plate of hors d'oeuvres for us during cocktail hour, making sure we had a full dinner spread at our sweetheart table, and locating my misplaced bouquet without me realizing so that I could have it in time for my bouquet dedication. On top of that, he went the extra mile and packed to-go boxes of the different food we had from the wedding reception including large slices of our wedding cake and placed them in our hotel room/hotel room fridge so we could continue to enjoy it all even after the wedding! His communication was punctual and consistent from start to finish, which gave us the peace of mind to focus on what mattered. The level of care and attention to detail was truly above and beyond what we expected. I'd highly recommend Guillermo and Your Perfect Bridesmaid to any couple looking for someone who will bring their vision to life without the stress. He and the YPB team were absolutely impeccable! -

Absolutely Incredible Wedding Planner – Ashley is a Dream!
Working with Ashley from My Perfect Bridesmaid was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. From our very first conversation, she brought a sense of calm, clarity, and genuine excitement that made us feel completely supported. She understood our vision immediately and somehow managed to elevate it in ways we never could have imagined.
Ashley is organized, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful. She anticipated needs before we even realized them, handled every detail with professionalism, and kept us on track without ever making the process feel stressful. The one and only Shauna!
The wedding we envisioned could not have been achieved without Shauna! She was an absolute lifesaver from the moment we hired her, to well after midnight on the big day. From the beginning, Shauna was incredibly organized and on top of every detail, no matter how small. She took the time to understand our vision and help us navigate the various planning details.
On the wedding day itself, Shauna was a complete rockstar. She managed all the vendors,and handled any last-minute issues with grace and professionalism - allowing us to fully enjoy our day without any stress. Our friends and family were all so impressed with how effortlessly everything flowed, and it was all thanks to her.

YPB was excellent to work with! Our planner, Kelly, provided us with fantastic recommendations for vendors, ideas on how to make our wedding dreams come to life, and gave us so much guidance throughout the whole process.
On top of that, on the day of the wedding, YPB handled everything including coordinating and receiving all vendors, setting up decorations, and working with the venue. My wife and I were able to enjoy our wedding without any distractions. I cant recommend them enough! -

Kristin & Kim are the best of the best!
We were engaged for about a year and kept pushing off the planning process since it seemed so overwhelming. We were recommended YPB, and from the first call with Kim and getting connected to our Lead Planner Kristin, we could feel an instant relief of pressure. These two are seriously amazing. Kristin is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, and has the most calming presence, so we never felt stressed during this process. These two did everything- ordered our save the dates/invites, assembled and mailed, negotiated with vendors, designed the most beautiful mood boards and actually brought them to life, came up with creative touches to make the day unique- the list goes on forever. There are so many factors part of the planning process that you wouldn’t be aware of, so I highly recommend YPB. They break down everything into small parts, you feel genuinely taken care of, and they bring so much fun & energy to the process as well. I wish I could relive this day over and over, and if I could, I would pick YPB every time. Beyond grateful for you Kristin and Kim!-

Truly the perfect addition to your wedding!
Working with Your Perfect Bridesmaids (YPB) was an absolute dream. If you are thinking if you should pay for a day of coordinator, let me tell you that this one is the best. We had a 100 person wedding with about a year and a half of planning time from when we booked to the wedding date. What made YPB perfect was that they had a ton of resources to help you plan. This included helpful guides on budget tracking, vendor recommendations, seating charts assignments, and an extremely detailed day of timeline, to name a few. The biggest help was when we were struggling to find ivory long sleeve shirts for the groomsmen. My husband had talked to custom suit shops and no one could accommodate the sizes we needed. We talked with our coordinator and in two days she had found a place that we could get the suits from. We had Ashley Wittwer as our lead coordinator. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ashley. She made sure we stayed on track the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding. With YPB you not only get your lead coordinator but you do get a second one on the day to help out. At our wedding YPB made sure that me, my family, and the wedding party didn’t have to think about anything. Ashley took care of everything on the day. All the planning and timeline work we did before the wedding meant that Ashley just executed the plan. Ashley also helped remind us to “have our moment”, this is something that helped make sure we really soaked all of it in. I am truly so thankful for all that Ashley did for us. Booking a YPB planner will be the best decision you will make when planning your wedding. -

Ashley Wittwer from Your Perfect Bridesmaid is an absolute rockstar! From the moment we started working with her, she brought such a calm and organized energy to the chaos of wedding planning. She helped us nail down the timeline ahead of time and then effortlessly rolled with the punches when last-minute changes popped up on the big day.
Ashley handled vendor management like a pro! I didn’t have to lift a finger. She even coordinated my bouquet to be delivered offsite while I was getting ready, and I didn’t even have to ask! The single-best decision we made
YPB was simply the single-best decision we could have made for our wedding.
Our planner, Katelyn Evans, EXCELLED at:
- Coordinating and managing our vendors, both local and not-at-all local
- Understanding our vision and transforming it into reality
- Navigating the complexities of a South Asian wedding (along with the specific needs for our families)
Early on in our wedding planning journey, we got quickly overwhelmed, especially because we were not nearby to our wedding destination. Katelyn hit the ground running with us from day one. She was our boots on the ground, meeting with vendors in person when needed and was an expert in keeping things moving no matter what the action item was, big or small.
A few particular difficulties that Katelyn navigated expertly:
- We struggled to pull together the decor based off our wedding vision. Katelyn realized that one decor vendor was not meeting our needs and worked overtime to pull together an order sheet that pulled decor from multiple vendors that matched our vision perfectly AND cut our decor costs by half.
- Katelyn accommodated our parents needs down to even the smallest requests, like making sweets available to guests at auspicious moments during the wedding weekend and even helping coordinate dinners outside of the wedding itself.
- Katelyn pulled together last-minute needs during the wedding weekend without a sweat, such as setting up umbrellas to provide shade during the wedding ceremony or last-minute hotel room booking adjustments.
The result was a multi-day South Asian wedding that was even better in real life than we could have dreamed of. Our guests LOVED (1) the decor, (2) the food, and (3) how organized and thoughtful each event was. Throughout the entire wedding journey, Katelyn remained extremely receptive to changes, incredibly attentive to detail, and our biggest friend and advocate.
We absolutely could not have had a wedding as sophisticated and beautiful without Katelyn Evans and the YPB crew!

Emily Sirovatka, Wedding Coordinator Extraordinaire
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily at Paul and Phoebe’s wedding this summer at Amaterra Winery, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Emily is an absolute pro in every sense of the word. Weddings can be high-pressure, fast-moving days, but Emily has a remarkable ability to stay calm, cool, and collected—while also radiating friendliness and warmth.
From start to finish, she was incredibly detail-oriented and organized, providing a thorough timeline that kept everything on track. As a wedding photographer, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate working alongside a coordinator who not only knows exactly what needs to happen and when, but also understands what other vendors need to do their best work. Every time I had a question, Emily was approachable, smiling, and genuinely happy to help. I also noticed the same positive energy in her interactions with the couple, their guests, and the rest of the vendor team.
Thanks to her dedication, preparation, and professionalism, the day went off seamlessly. And beyond all of that, she’s just a genuinely cool and fun person to be around—which makes such a difference on a wedding day!
The best types of vendors are the ones that leave you hoping to work with them again, and I am already looking forward to the next time I get to team up with Emily. She truly helped make the day not only stress-free, but joyful for everyone involved. In my experience, coordinators are in the “driver’s seat” when it comes to shaping the flow of a wedding day—and let’s just say, Emily is one of the best drivers you could ask for. -

Exactly the help we needed!
My husband and I really needed someone who could take our very abstract ideas for the wedding and concentrate them into tangible steps and timelines, and Laurel did just that! Laurel was an extraordinary help with the planning and execution of our wedding day! She went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t bothered with unnecessary questions the day of, and she managed to handle every detail flawlessly on my behalf.
As a side note, YPB was actually the reason we found our wedding venue that was still in the very early stages. The venue hunt service was well worth it.

YPB Wedding review
Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful, but having a YPB planner by your side makes the impossible feel easy. They offer an overwhelming number of resources tailored to all types of brides, and our planner, Mallory, was truly exceptional.
After two previously booked venues fell through, Mallory stepped in and helped us find the perfect one—turning what felt like a disaster into something even better than we imagined. She kept us organized, focused, and calm throughout the entire planning process, and truly brought our vision to life.
Where she really shined was during our rehearsal and wedding day. She coordinated a large group of people and multiple vendors with absolute grace, solving every problem quietly and efficiently before we even had time to worry. She made sure the venue was beautifully set up on time and that everything was cleaned up at the end of the night.
She managed all the moving parts—vendors, helpers, timelines—so we could be fully present and soak in every moment. Mallory was incredibly responsive, supportive, and helpful not just leading up to the big day, but even after the wedding.

You need to work with YPB!
Ashley Wittwer and YPB were incredible - we would definitely recommend them! During the wedding planning process, they were great in helping us find vendors in our price range, giving us organization tools, and creating a wedding timeline and day-of details list. They led several planning calls, a venue walk through, and the wedding rehearsal which made the big day very well organized and stress free. We consider ourselves to be pretty detail-oriented, but YPB provided a whole new level of organization and planning that truly made every detail of our wedding perfect. They asked important questions that we overlooked, provided comments on how to make certain aspects of the wedding smoother or better, and provided peace-of-mind that allowed us to keep our minds clear of infinite minor details that are involved in a wedding.
During our wedding day, Ashley (our lead planner) and Cate were excellent. They arrived early and immediately went to work executing the day-of details, setting up decor, managing the timeline, coordinating with other vendors, and supporting us throughout the day. When our floral arrangements arrived and had some issues, they were able to get them fixed in a moment's notice. When our schedule ran late, they coordinated with all vendors/guests to revise the schedule so we could get the perfect light during our golden hour photos. They were very calm, helpful, decisive, and easy to work with. They even went above and beyond and placed flowers and cake in our hotel room and decorated our car which made us feel so special.
10/10 would recommend Ashley and YPB! -

Flawless Execution!
When I started planning my wedding I knew I wanted a DOC but I wanted to do everything planning-wise myself... Little did I know how much it actually takes to plan every single detail of a wedding! We hired Joie with the signature DOC package and both am I glad we did! That is money well spent because Joie helped us by asking questions, getting our views and ideas, and contacting vendors giving them an incredibly detailed timeline. She truly brought the confidence and energy to make our wedding flawless. I could not recommend YPB (specifically Joie) more! -

I had the most amazing experience working with Alicia from YPB, who went above and beyond in every way. From thinking of every logistical consideration I would never have thought of in a million years, to providing the most useful resources and high-quality vendor recommendations, to setting up the reception venue more beautifully than I could have dreamed of, to so much more.
Alicia coordinated a very complex Ballard wedding during Ballard Seafood Festival, and made it all look effortless. One thing I really appreciated, was how she took ownership for the complexities of loading and unloading during Ballard Seafood fest, so I almost didn't even realize it added any complexity to the day. She truly shielded me from any & all issues. Also any change to the seating chart or last-minute thing I threw her way, she took in stride. Day of coordinator made everything easy peasy on wedding day
Carly (out of Washington) was amazing. Truly a lifesaver as our day of coordinator. We were able to focus on friends and family and trust that our planning with Carly would pull through. We had the absolute pleasure of working with the incredible Ashley Daskalos as our lead wedding planner, and we can confidently say our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. We invited 130 guests to our wedding, with 85 able to attend, and thanks to Ashley’s unwavering support and expertise, everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish.
Planning a wedding of our size felt overwhelming at times, but Ashley’s genuine enthusiasm, calming presence, and incredible attention to detail transformed the process into something truly memorable. She not only brought our vision to life but did so in a way that made us feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Wonderful experience
Our coordinator was Natalie Selle. She was fantastic! Throughout the whole process she was so helpful, attentive, responsive and all of the above.
One reason that I chose to work with YPB was the involvement they guaranteed from the beginning of the process. I did not purchase a full planning package, and rather the coordinator option. I’m a fairly organized and involved person but there is so much I don’t know about wedding planning. YPB shared in our first meeting that even though the bulk of the planning ( booking venue, design etc) would be me, their coordinator(s) would be available for email communication and input from the start! This was so beneficial and really varied from the options that other companies or single individuals would provide.
I would 1000% recommend YPB, and recommend Natalie if you are lucky to have her assigned to your wedding planning. -

Simply the best
We had a big Indian wedding with multiple events, lots of moving parts, and many cultural traditions, and Your Perfect Bridesmaid, especially our amazing planner Jenah, absolutely crushed it.
From day one, Jenah was calm, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to understand every aspect of our multi-day celebration, including cultural details and family expectations, and then executed everything with total precision. No detail was overlooked, and she handled every challenge with confidence, creativity, and kindness.
Jenah seamlessly managed multiple venues, timelines, vendors, and family logistics. Her professionalism and warm, steady presence made all the difference. We always felt supported and knew we were in great hands. During the wedding events themselves, she was everywhere she needed to be, keeping everything on track while allowing us to be fully present and enjoy the moment.

Just Book Them!
This review is long overdue! Our incredible YPB planner, Jessica, was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish. Her knowledge of the industry and current trends made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. But beyond her expertise, what truly set Jess apart was her calm, reassuring presence—no matter what was happening behind the scenes, she handled everything with grace and a smile.
On the wedding day, she didn’t miss a beat. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and she even went above and beyond when I realized I forgot to pack tealight candles—running to the store herself, all while juggling a million other things. And yet, you’d never know she was busy because she made everything feel effortless.
I can’t recommend Jessica and YPB enough! If you’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and an absolute joy to work with, Jess is the one. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to her! -

A game changer for wedding planning!
My husband and I worked with YPB while planning our September 2024 wedding, and I cannot imagine how stressful the process would have been without them. Their organization platform helped keep us on track and provided us with lots of tips and inspiration while planning. We worked specifically with Maja, who was supremely kind and detail-oriented. She checked in with us often while planning and worked seamlessly with our other vendors to keep the day running as smoothly as possible. She set up our decor and helped us execute the day exactly as we envisioned it, and she made sure that my husband and I were fed and took little moments to ourselves. We cannot recommend them highly enough! -

Exactly what we needed
We chose YPB because we liked the different options for planning support, as we had already booked our venue, caterer, and photographer. It was great to have Jade's help as a point of contact for vendors and keeping us on track with YPB templates and checklists to make sure everything was accounted for. During the rehearsal, she skillfully corraled our family members of multiple cultures, so that everyone knew exactly what to expect. For the day-of, she was fantastic in handling everything, even when a few unexpected guests or behaviors arose! -

The Best Decision (after deciding to get married, of course)
This is the groom writing. We wanted to have a deeply personalized day, with all the right touches for our gathering, and the YPB team made everything easy. My wife found them, and after our first meeting we were invited to a web site with detailed planners for everything. It gave us structure that allowed each decision to quickly flow. When we became stuck on a decision, our planner nudged us to make decisions and move forward, for which we were truly grateful. On the day of, our planner Jade made everything work seamlessly. She handed problems big and small, and brought a warm professionalism to her role. Honestly, the wedding was perfect and we were so happy at the end of it. Zero stress on the day of. Thank you! -

Lexi & YPB are here to make your wedding dreams a reality!
I cannot recommend my planner, Lexi, and everyone at Your Perfect Bridesmaid (YPB) enough. I chose Lexi after watching her organize my best friend's wedding, and I’m so glad I did. She is an excellent communicator, both during meetings and in her follow-up emails. She sets reasonable timelines to complete tasks while remaining flexible and supportive wherever possible. Lexi was incredibly patient with both my mom and me as we tried to align on our visions (and budgets). She absolutely knocked it out of the park and is worth her weight in gold.
YPB has phenomenal relationships with nearly every vendor in town, which cuts down on your research time and ensures you get the right people in place. Planning an ethnic wedding in Oregon is surprisingly difficult, but YPB made it their mission to ensure I got the wedding I had always dreamed of—and they did not disappoint. My wedding was an incredible event, and it wouldn't have been possible without Lexi's expert management.
One piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding: If you can, spring for the highest planning package. Having someone help with setup and takedown specifically allows you and your family to focus on enjoying the festivities. I upgraded my planning package three months before the wedding because fielding all the questions from my family and vendors became overwhelming. Lexi had the capacity to take on the extra work, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. -

Highly recommend
Like so many other reviewers, we are so grateful that we decided to hire YPB as our wedding coordinators. We were considering a slightly less expensive day of coordination only, and are so happy we decided to spend a little extra money to work with YPB for a longer amount of time. We felt like the extra meetings and email reminders were such a great value in addition to the onsite rehearsal and wedding coordination.
Our planner Amberly was so supportive and kind throughout the whole process - it was always so nice to get an email from her! And their larger library of tools and resources were helpful to access. They know the PNW market so well and have a plethora of vendor contacts and relationships. We absolutely recommend them! -

100% Best choice I could have made to work with this company
YPB and our day of coordinator Katelyn were fantastic. I think the term "day of coordinator" doesnt really give a good idea of how much work they do- Katelyn was with us from the very beginning, and she made the whole process of wedding planning so much more comfortable and enjoyable. When we first started wedding planning, we had gotten a coordinator because our venue required us to have at least a day-of coordinator, at the time I didnt necessarily believe I needed one- now looking back at the year+ we had with YPB I can honestly say I really dont think I could have done it without her. By the week of the wedding, all I had to worry about was getting ready to be the bride, katelyn had everything else all set and ready to go, and that made the wedding day/weekend so much more magical and we had the BEST time. I 100% now believe having a coordinator is a necessity for getting married and worth every penny. Katelyn supported us, advocated for us, guided us and gave us ideas, was an amazing communicator, and YPB has such good resources to follow as well. I cannot thank and recommend YPB enough! -

Their services came at a great cost and are 100% worth every penny. Worth it no matter where you are in your planning process!
Ashley from YPB helped us feel so much more at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process from start to finish! We were starting to feel hopeless with booking some of our final vendors until we found YPB. They provided us with so many resources that came in handy from looking for vouched local vendors to a checklist leading up to the day of the wedding. And we can confidently say we had an amazing wedding beyond our own expectations! That doesn't mean everything went as perfectly as planned the morning of, but all of our worries and anxiety disappeared as soon as our planner Ashley showed up. She and another YPB member was also present until the end of the wedding, letting us have the most fun without worrying about wrapping up the small things at the end of the night. Having YPB helped not only us, but also relieved our friends and family of having to clean up after the wedding which let them have an amazing time too with no major responsibilities. I'd highly recommend everyone to book with YPB!

Best Wedding Vendor Choice
Hiring YPB was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Our planner, Ashley, was so helpful from start to finish from ironing out timelines, the best vendor recommendations, and helping to ease all of our anxieties. I felt so confident in all of our decisions, because I had an expert in my inbox to bounce questions off of and to give the best advice I could hope for. We had an offsite ceremony and Ashley helped us to navigate the best timeline and flow of events to make our guests feel comfortable and at ease. On the day of, I did not have to worry about a single thing. Ashley and her assistant were there every step of the way and when we had to move cocktail hour inside the morning of, due to inclement weather, she was so on top of communicating the change with our venue and catering team and making sure that everything was as close to what we imagined as possible. As a type A stresser, I was nervous about not being able to let go of the details on the day of, but she took the reins on my wedding day and allowed me and my husband to live in the moment and enjoy every minute of our day with our friends and family. I was never worried about vendor communication or anything not being executed the way we had envisioned because she was so on top of everything and I felt so confident in her talents and communication from our meetings and emails.-

My investment in YPB was worth every penny! They provide the most helpful resources including ways to organize your budget, pick out the best vendors and venues, to-do checklist and so on. Hannah was my coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL. She got to know us, our preferences and style, stayed on top of communication with our vendors and important events and timelines and always reassured us everything was going to be great. Our wedding day ended up being better than we could have even imagined! Hannah was amazing on the day-of and kept the entire event running smoothly. I truly did not think I needed a wedding planner at all, but boy was a wrong. Once I finally found YPB and Ashley W., I was significantly relieved and felt WAY more organized. I wish I hired them sooner
We had the absolute best time at our wedding and couldn't have done it without YPB. The amount of people who have come up to us after and told us how seamless it all went and smooth everything played out is in the dozens. "Best wedding ever" is what we keep hearing and exactly what we were going for and they made that happen for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience from YPB. Our wedding coordinator, Matangi, was ON IT every step of the way. We had originally contracted someone who ended up being hard to get ahold of so we moved to YPB and were a little apprehensive. We should not have been! We didn't even need to get ahold of Matangi because she was so proactive and always one step ahead leading up to the wedding.
The day of she and her associate, Chelsea, were killer, allowing me and my wife to just soak up the amazing day. We couldn't have done this without YPB! -

We were EXTREMELY lucky to be paired with Alicia for our Seattle wedding at Bell Harbor International Conference Center. We got the full service package and it was so worth it! Alicia explained everything each step of the way, and we were always ahead of schedule! It felt so weird to be so on point with deadlines! YPB allowed us to have our perfect wedding
When we signed up for our package, The Signature which is their complete day-of coordination, we were looking for someone to coordinate set up and keep the schedule moving on the day of, but we got so much more than that. From planning meetings, vendor suggestions, and vendor/schedule management, we'd consider the price we paid for the service a complete bargain. We worked with Miranda and from the first call to our big day she was thoughtful, detail-oriented and communicative. If all the lead planners are like Miranda, I'd recommend YPB for whatever your wedding coordinator needs are.
Planning: Trying to wed on a budget so we didn't sign up for a planning package, so there was still lots of work we had to do ourselves. BUT leaning on the expertise of YPB was critical to the entire planning process. Early on, the planning docs and contract reviews were incredibly helpful to steer you in the right direction or keep a schedule. There were a few aspects we just weren't thinking of where YPB were able to gently point out and help problem solve and even suggest vendors. We signed nearly a year before our wedding, and the entire process we never felt like they forgot about us. We had regular check-ins that were extremely helpful. But what was most helpful in the planning process were the one-off check ins that weren't scheduled that we needed. For example, Miranda joined vendor calls with us to help with run of show questions.
Day Of: We literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Set up looked like it went so smoothly. So a HUGE shoutout to Miranda, our coordinator throughout the process, and Lexi as an extra set of hands and help. Our day was perfect and I couldn't imagine it going that smooth if we had to do all this by ourselves.
My recommendation: If you're planning a wedding, I'd say a day-of coordinator is a must and YPB is perfectly set up to help you plan your perfect day!

Having a wedding cordinator is a must! Hire YPB Immediately!
We hired Lexi Kerr from Your Perfect Bridesmaid for our June, 2024 wedding and she was EXCELLENT! We worked with her for about 6 months leading up to our big day and she was attentive and helped us stay on track with our planning. On our wedding day, we were able to be present and enjoy ourselves while she took care of every detail (even bringing us leftover food and cake to our hotel room so we could eat at the end of the night!). Our wedding was absolutely perfect all thanks to Lexi. I am very "type A" and have a hard time delegating tasks to other people, however, I felt 110% confident and trusting in Lexi's ability to coordinate our wedding and she did not disappoint. I would, and will, recommend her to anyone getting married in the Portland area and beyond. -

Incredibly happy with Sam and YPB!
My partner and I had an incredible experience working with YPB! We live in California, and Kim helped us find our venue in Oregon and made the process very easy -- we were able to view around 7 venues within the same week and picked one out the week after. After we picked the venue, we decided to get full-service wedding planning, and Kim connected us with Sam, who was the absolute best. I've heard a few stories from friends who had terrible full-service wedding planners, and Sam was far from that. Sam helped design the color scheme and decor, which we had very minimal feedback on, she kept us on track with everything for a whole year leading up to the wedding and helped us find vendors within our budget, we were able to ship her items from CA so that we wouldn't have to bring them with us, she worked some magic to get the venue to approve real candles for our reception when they said it wasn't allowed, and she kept us absolutely sane and optimistic when the weather turned on us and it rained on our wedding day. Sam had our full trust that she was trying the best she could to help bring our vision to life. For example, she and the venue had set up chairs outside in case the rain did magically go away (it didn't), but we really appreciated the effort to try to make an outdoor ceremony happen when the forecast wasn't indicating so. Without Sam, there is zero chance we would've been as stress-free and happy as we were the week of our wedding and on the day-of. We're going to miss talking to her! Thank you, Sam and YPB!!! -

We were completely lost before we hired Your Perfect Bridesmaid. Hiring a day coordinator was probably the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. From start to finish, Lexi with YPB was extraordinary. Whatever worry I had in the back of my mind she was able to address and minimize or completely dissolve altogether. Originally we only hired a coordinator to move our florals around after the ceremony, so we could repurpose them, as our families/friends would be too busy doing other things. But Lexi and her team took on this duty plus more, so that our guests and wedding party didn't have to lift a finger. This resulted in more free time for us and our loved ones to focus on just having a good time. Having Lexi and her assistant guide us through the day felt like royalty. We are so impressed with their service, and if we could do it all over again we would, simply because we had help! Your Perfect Bridesmaid and specifically Nicole Reese were amazing from the start. We built a great relationship with Nicole and she helped guide us through every step of the way. Nicole was calming and present and took calls from me when I was anxious about any other vendor. She answered my questions and provided more than one resolution to any problem that arose. She was proactive when it looked like rain was in our forecast and set up an extra meeting to go over any potential rain changes. Luckily we got to have the outdoor wedding of our dreams. So worth it
We hired YPB for wedding coordination and it was more than worth it. They provided much more support than a typical "day of" coordinator, including multiple planning meetings, coordinating with all the vendors, a very in detail walk through, addressing all the little details that you wouldn't think about if you have never planned a wedding and most importantly, entirely running the show on the wedding day. If anything went wrong, I had no idea! I feel like hiring Kim allowed us to plan our own wedding with a quarter of the stress, and ultimately it probably saved us money because her advice prevented us from making mistakes. I have been recommending YPB to everyone I know getting married in Seattle or Portland, such a great experience! 10/10!! -

My wife and I worked with Sam at YBP for about a year, and we were thrilled with her highly detailed, yet somehow unstressed approach. From the very beginning she brought a structure to everything that just made sense. The amount of work she did on the backend - coordinating with our different vendors, creating timelines, etc - directly translated into an unbelievably smooth wedding day for us, and took tons of stress off of our shoulders. She is a terrific listener, and absorbed not just our vision for the day, but also our general vibe as a couple and worked that into her approach for the day. With Sam, we were able to really experience the day itself, and not get bogged down in logistics. There were also lots of small, last-minute details on the day of that her team handled for us (like flowers and the seating assignment display, along with others) that were just above and beyond. YPB and Sam were just what we needed!
Highly recommend!! We met with several planners and YPB felt the right match from the initial meeting through the end. YPB relieved us of a lot of stress, having someone in our corner to guide us, check in with, and coordinate details was a lifesaver. They even helped us find a new venue when our initial one fell through! We both work full time and we’re getting overwhelmed, and it made a difference. We actually enjoyed our wedding day, unlike some of our friends who didn’t have that support. Our planner was superstar Sam, who went above and beyond and felt more like a friend by the end. Ashley Wittwer with YPB was the best wedding planner we could've ever asked for. She went above and beyond to walk us through every step of the process. Mary managed all the behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure our outdoor wedding came together with all the vendors to create our dream event (even in the rain!). I cannot recommend Mary and YPB enough! They are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely indispensable. I cannot imagine wedding planning without YPB! -

Excellent Full Package Wedding Planners
YPB was an excellent wedding planner, our day went perfectly! We had our initial consultation with Kim and ultimately ended up being paired with Katelyn as our personal planner. We went with a full service package and Katelyn did an incredible job helping us figure out what we wanted. I wasn't a pinterest board/design inspo type bride and she was excellent working with me to create a beautiful aesthetic for the day.
I also believe a business (and people) show their true colors in how they handle unexpected issues. There were a couple inadvertent hiccups in the very early planning stages (regarding a new system and an out of town vendor that was recommended without sufficient research) but Katelyn, Kim, and YPB handled themselves incredibly professionally and more than made up for any misstep. We really respected and appreciated how carefully our concerns were taken into consideration and the fast result was a wonderful working relationship and a dream wedding for us both.
We consider the Katelyn and the YPB team to be genuine friends and couldn't recommend them more. -

YPB was a dream
One of the first things we did in terms of wedding planning was book a Wedding Planner. Reflecting back we are so pleased with our choice to choose Your Perfect Bridesmaid, and we lucked out with our Lead Planner Mallory! It was like having a built in bestie who worked alongside us throughout out entire 8 months of planning. We felt we had an adequate amount of check ins and we loved her experience in the area when we started to get decision fatigue. And there was a significant amount of peace of mind d when our big day arrived, knowing that she knew our plans and visions for the day. We are so pleased with the YPB team and would highly recommend them! -

A perfect day thanks to Ashley and YPB
We booked the Signature package at Your Perfect Bridesmaid for our wedding on September 16th, 2023. Every time we told other vendors that we hired YPB, they always responded with "Oh, amazing, they're great. You're in good hands."
Our coordinator was Ashley Wittwer. From booking, Ashley helped us with planning by sending a monthly to-do list to keep us on track. She attended our venue walkthrough 3 months before our wedding, connected with our vendors to keep them updated on the day-of timeline, and met with us one month before our wedding to make sure we were all on the same page and all necessary planning had been completed. On our wedding day, she handled all organization and made sure we followed the day-of timeline as much as possible. Our day was flawless and relaxing because of Ashley and her assistant. I'm very grateful we were able to enjoy the wedding without stress. We highly recommend YPB and Ashley! -

Katelyn was our lead wedding planner from start to finish. I felt completely taken care of, and catered to during the entire planning process and event execution. And I was so impressed with Katelyn's ability to attend to and transition between the big picture and the details effortlessly. She had a very gentle way to remind me what I needed to get to done when I was behind schedule, and to take on any last minute requests I had without making me feel as though I was asking for something I shouldn’t ask for. Nothing was insurmountable.
We were able to take pleasure in the entire day without worrying one bit about how it might go, because Katelyn had everything on control.

Dream Come True
My experience with Your Perfect Bridesmaid was a dream come true, as was my wedding, thanks in large part to their help. Maja Trucco was my day-of coordinator, and she went so far above and beyond every step of the way. She was so detail-oriented and on top of everything that I was able to put my complete trust in her, and the execution was flawless. She was incredibly sweet and fun to work with, and I truly miss her now that it’s all over. Her associates, Sam, during the planning process, and Ashley, on the wedding day were invaluable as well. I ended up having more vision than I had thought, but there was so much that they brought to my attention and they came up with wonderful ideas beforehand and handled it all so beautifully. I am forever grateful and cannot say enough great things! -

YPB ♥️ They rock!
We got married at a beast of a venue and knew we would need some help designing the layout and with day-of coordination. We worked with Jenah and Shannon who are both lovely. We honestly could not have done it without them. We also interacted with other members of the team throughout the planning process, and everyone was so responsive and kind and easy to work with. The day of went so smoothly, our guests commented on how calm the day/night felt and how well everything was flowing. Everything was taken care of so that we could enjoy the day without having to worry about anything else. We would highly recommend YPB to anyone, and we’re so thankful we had their support on our big day! -

Amazed and Awed
My daughters wedding was perfect thanks to YPB and Sam. I watched in awe and amazement as Sam took control of the day and handled everything with ease and grace. She managed to be attentive to us as well as all of the vendors with the utmost professionalism and superior multi tasking abilities. I knew instantly that I had nothing to worry about and Sam certainly delivered. She made an otherwise crazy and stressful day, into a day where we could simply focus on my daughter, family and fun. Incredible experience with YPB
What an absolutely incredible team. I am still over the moon from my experience working with YPB this past weekend for my dream wedding. We didn't live in Portland when we were initially planning, so knew nothing of the wedding planning process generally or the vendors in the area. YPB came highly recommended online, and they didn't disappoint. Ashley was literally the perfect planner. She was fun, genial, organized, and professional. Both my husband and I have full time careers, and she took so much off of our plates and made us feel at ease. She recommended the perfect vendors, and while we didn't have a totally clear vision for what we wanted in many aspects of the event, she made our weekend more perfect than we could have dreamed. I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley and the YPB crew - you want them to have your back on your wedding day! -

Highly recommend!
About halfway through wedding planning I realized how the aspects of planning and execution are two completely separate beasts, and that I was not even remotely equipped (nor did I have any desire) to be the person making sure everything got executed correctly on the day of our wedding. Enter YPB. When we read through the package descriptions on YPB’s website, we thought we were signing up to have a few pre-wedding conversations with a coordinator to get them in the loop and that our coordinator would be present on the day of our wedding to be point person and to keep everything on track, which sounded just perfect. I am not exaggerating when I say we received INFINITELY more support than what we expected, and what a massive positive impact working with YPB had on our wedding planning and execution process.
Our coordinator, Shannon O., was the absolute perfect match for us and for our wedding, both in terms of her approach and her nature. She was so knowledgeable and exceptionally skillful about her work, and just incredibly supportive and warm and genuinely caring about us. Our meetings with her were so constructive - she made us feel so comfortable and really understood our vision, even when it wasn’t fully formed. She kept us on track with such thoroughness, attention to detail, and patience, and after each of our meetings she followed up with us on next steps, giving us really clear guidance and gentle nudges where needed. She coached us through tricky situations, offering suggestions for questions to ask vendors, ideas for creative problem solving, and a sense of humor to keep us grounded. She really knew our wedding inside and out and took such wonderful care of us at every step. The experience that Shannon provided for us so hugely exceeded our expectations - and not just because at the start we didn’t fully comprehend all that was going to be included - but because she went so far above and beyond to make sure we were supported, heard, well taken care of, comfortable (physically and mentally), and the list just goes on and on. When the wedding day arrived, Shannon had every last detail under control yet embodied a sense of calm and flexibility that really set the perfect tone. She truly made the experience of planning and executing our wedding so successful and pleasant, and we were beyond fortunate and grateful to have her be a part of our day!
I cannot stress enough what a wonderful experience it was from start to finish working with YPB, and how thrilled we were with every aspect of the extremely well-thought out services they provide. Communication is prompt, on-boarding swift, resources abundant and highly useful (vendor suggestions, spreadsheets, budgeting tools, etc.), staff highly competent, and support unending. If you’re on the fence about whether or not you need a coordinator or whether or not it’s worth it - you do, and it is. Go with YPB - you will not regret it! -

Superb Day Of Coordinator
The official package may have been Day if Coordinator but Ashley G and the team at Your Perfect Bridesmaid was so much more. Their services truly did begin the moment I hired them back in January. The planning resources (spreadsheets, planning checklists, budget guides and vendor recommendations) were invaluable. Whenever I had a question, my assigned Your Perfect Bridesmaid planner got back to me promptly and was just so kind and supportive! By the time our wedding day rolled around we felt beyond prepared and we knew we were in great hands! The day went super smoothly and as they said, I and my mom and bridesmaids could enjoy the day stress free! It was a dream! -

Worth the cost! Makes your wedding day stress free
Made the big day so much better and took away a ton of stress! Lauren McRoy was our main coordinator, and she was amazing. I was a bad bride in that I was terrible at making decisions and probably too go-with-the-flow, and having Lauren handle things without very overt direction from me was so nice! She didn't require micro managing and was so kind and helpful throughout the wedding day and the earlier planning sessions. The earlier planning sessions also helped us establish what needed to be done still and calmed us down considerably- it really is beneficial to have a wedding expert on your side!
The cost is definitely high, although comparable with the other day of coordinators we looked at, especially considering the planning sessions which are not common among other day of coordinators. -

We worked with the amazing Miranda as our wedding day-of-coordinator. Hands down my husband and I agree our best wedding planning decision was bringing Miranda (aka YPB) on board. She completely changed the game- both in the planning process and on the day of our wedding!! She is dedicated, sweet, organized, and so incredibly helpful. She kept our planning timeline on track, provided vendor recommendations, coordinated all the logistics, kept us calm, managed any hiccups day-of, and so much more! My husband and I had the best experience with Lauren at YPB and cannot recommend their services enough. After initially reaching out to the company, we spoke with the owner Kim, who was knowledgeable and even recommended her lowest package, the signature package, for us based on our expectations for our wedding and planning process.
After the initial consultation and choosing YPB as our planner, Kim paired us with one of her planners. The original planner did not meet our expectations. We reached out to Kim, who immediately remedied the issue by pairing us with a new planner, Lauren, who was a god send. Lauren was with us through the planning process and figured out all aspects of our timeline, wedding day logistics, rental order, and more. Lauren was professional, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt like we got to know her well during the 6+ months we worked with her and really enjoyed working with and getting to know her.
We had several hiccups in the planning process with our bartender, who was refusing to provide services that were originally agreed upon. This was devastating to us, as the bar and signature drinks were one of the elements of our wedding we were most excited about. Lauren stepped in and helped us find a new bartender at the last minute that far exceeded our original bartender and our expectations. Because of Lauren, what could have been a very stressful experience 4 weeks out from our wedding, was not stressful. During the process and before making the decision, Lauren was patient with us and took extra time to help guide us through the pros and cons of each bartender, which we really appreciated.
The next time we saw Lauren was during our rehearsal, which she ran expertly. We had a loud group with a lot of questions, and Lauren stayed calm, answered everyone’s questions, and made sure each and every person knew their places during the ceremony.
Despite all the help during the planning process, which we really couldn’t have done without, the wedding was when we were most grateful for Lauren. We arrived to our ceremony and reception areas fully setup exactly how we had discussed during our walk through. It was absolutely gorgeous and flawlessly executed. We had a fair amount of decor that we brought and Lauren took time to make sure she understood where we wanted everything placed, both during the walk through and follow up meetings.
The ceremony went smoothly, thanks in no small part, to the rehearsal Lauren ran the day before. We requested an unplugged ceremony and Lauren went out of her way to make sure our family adhered to this. I think she would have tackled grandma if we asked her to, that’s how dedicated she was. When the ceremony was over, Lauren was waiting with food and drinks for us both. She made sure we got all the family photos we wanted and made sure we were comfortable with food, drinks, helping me remove my veil, and bustle my dress.
Throughout the reception, Lauren and her associate made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The flow was smooth and us and our guests had an amazing night. Thanks to Lauren, we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding without having to worry about a thing during our day.
If you want to have a stress free and even fun wedding and planning process, book with YPB and ask for Lauren, you won’t regret it one bit. -

Peace of Mind and Joyful Planning!
We had an incredible wedding planning experience with YPB and our personal planner Lexi! Working with a planner eliminated a significant amount of stress from our planning process and allowed us to focus on the creative parts of the event that would make it truly special for us. YPB has a valuable database of connections and relationships with vendors that allowed us to shortlist our vendor search and quickly connect with collaborators. Lexi is a hard-working, resourceful and organized professional and helped answer our many questions along the way. Day of management of our event was completely smooth, we were able to fully enjoy our day while Lexi and the YPB team assisted with Logistics and interfacing with our guests to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. It takes a village to make a beautiful wedding and our event was touched by the hands of creative and passionate people with Lexi and Your Perfect Bridesmaid at the helm. A must for your big day
We've heard so many horror stories from our friends about terrible wedding planners, but Kim has truly put a wonderful team of experts together at YPB to help make your wedding day as easy as possible. From the moment I spoke with her I knew we'd be in great hands and that they saw my partner and I as individuals with a unique wedding, and not just trying to fit us into a premade plan.
We worked with Alicia primarily and wow - I don't think I could ever actually say enough great things about her. Alicia is so on it 100% of the time, kind, funny, personable, and just all around the best. We were able to plan our Seattle wedding all the way from San Diego with the day of package. We could not have asked for a better planner than YPB
We got married at Treehouse Point just outside of Seattle, but my wife and I live in San Diego, CA, so needless to say this wedding came with a lot of logistical challenges. But there was no reason to fear, because we had the help of lead planner Alicia from YPB, who met with us online multiple times before the big day, made sure we were getting exactly what we needed from our vendors at the lowest possible cost, offered creative and cost-effective solutions to problems that arose during planning, created a down-to-the-minute timeline of the day, and even swung by our Airbnb to help haul decorations to the venue on our wedding day. We made so many decisions, big and small, to prepare for our wedding, and working with Alicia at YPB was probably the best one we made. If you want to simplify your planning process and save yourself a lot of stress, you should definitely work with them. -

We cannot recommend YPB and specifically Danielle enough! We planned our wedding long distance from Chicago and Danielle was so accommodating and attentive to EVERY detail. The day of the wedding was a breeze and multiple guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Danielle and the vendor team made it look easy when it was lots of hard work.
