Erica was lovely to work with! She made every second of my wedding exactly what I had envisioned, which I’m sure was an incredibly difficult task as I often didn’t have a strong answer to her questions. I reached out to work with Erica as I realized my wedding was coming up in a few months and I hadn’t planned much yet (I was on maternity leave and anticipated having far more free time than I actually did for wedding planning). She helped me focus my vision, get things done on time, and made the wedding day 10000% stress free even with an entirely DIY decor. Highly, highly recommend her work!

It's been a month since we got married, and my husband and I are still just in awe of the most perfect weekend of our lives. We came to Misty at Luxe Productions with a venue and a vision and she took that vision and turned it into an unforgettable weekend---and with only a four month lead time! We're so grateful for the thoughtful and kind communication throughout the whole process. I can't overstate how wonderful it was to have her expert advise and guidance. I had a lot of fun in the planning process and a huge part of that was kicking around ideas with Misty. You can tell that she genuinely cares and that means so much when it's such a big moment for us. My husband and I got married on a beautiful day, during the first weekend of October at Wind Mountain Ranch. We rented out the whole venue for a full weekend of events. On Friday we hosted our guests in the main building for a night of wine tasting from our favorite wineries and paired it with an Indian Buffet from local restaurant Kirpas Indian Cuisine. We also had Alex from Soothe Folk customizing vintage handkerchiefs for our guests. Saturday morning we hosted yoga + soundbath, followed by a beautiful French-inspired picnic on the lawn. Misty and team really outdid themselves with the setup. It was so, so good! Kids and adults alike flew kites and threw frisbees and soaked in the scenery. We really wanted to take advantage of the whole venue, so we had welcome cocktails by the pond, and followed with the ceremony on the main lawn. We couldn't pick a favorite view, so chose to have all of them and had the ceremony in the round. Afterwards, we had a seated, family-style dinner catered by Grand Cru in the main building. Misty's vision for table set-up and suggestion for our seating chart was impeccable. Our guests loved it and haven't stopped talking about all the details from the event. The only negative was that it was over too soon. ;) Highly recommend Misty and the team at Luxe Productions. They are passionate, kind, resourceful and will bring your dream wedding to life. Danielle was everything and more for us and our wedding. We only hired her as a day-of coordinator but she went so far above and beyond in helping guide and prepare us for our wedding (e.g., we met multiple times before the wedding to make sure we were doing everything that we needed in a timely manner). She was such a pleasure to work with, super detail oriented, and constantly giving us helpful advice. She kept everything on track the day of our wedding and made it so that we truly got to enjoy every minute and not worry about any logistics, hiccups or really anything! We cannot recommend Danielle enough.

Florals "Your florals were Vogue Bride editorial-worthy." "Your florist deserves an award." "I walked into the tent and my jaw dropped." These are just a few of the things my guests said to me on our wedding day, and they weren’t exaggerating. Candice created the most breathtaking floral arrangements I’ve ever seen. I still haven’t stopped talking about them. I’ve always struggled to articulate exactly what I like and don’t like, but Candice asked all the right questions and truly understood me. Everyone warned me that the last few weeks would be the most stressful. But that simply wasn’t my experience. In fact, I don’t think I lifted a finger in those final weeks because Candice had already prepared us so well and handled everything that came up. She and Christopher were calm, professional, and incredibly on top of every detail. Their presence allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the process and for that, I’ll forever be thankful. The People On top of their incredible talent, Candice and Christopher are just wonderful humans. They are warm, easy to communicate with, and genuinely fun to be around. I know how important it is to vibe with your planner, you're trusting them with such a personal and emotional day, and these two made it feel effortless. They brought calm, joy, and humor into every meeting, and I couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else.

Helene and Chien were great to work with :) They made the entire day go flawlessly and I was amazed that, even with a ton of things to juggle, they still managed to have everything go on time. They kept the atmosphere fun and stress-free. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah in 2014 as a videographer for a wedding that she helped plan. I was impressed by the smooth flow during the event, as well as the style of the vendors she chose to work with. The floral arrangements were exceptional, and the choice of venue (The Woodmark Hotel) was perfectly accommodating for the size and style of the wedding. Sarah is one of those people who you hope to work with again. She can definitely provide excellent planning for such an important occasion!

HIRING ALEX/WILLOW & IVY WAS THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE!!! I wish I could give Alex and her team 87478327846382746 stars, truly!!! From the moment I started working with Alex, I knew everything was going to go flawlessly at our wedding (even if it didn't I had complete confidence that Alex would figure it out - and she did)! Our wedding was a relatively large sized with countless intricate details and not to mention, every part of the wedding took place at a different place at the venue - Alex executed my vision as if she was planning her own wedding, I couldn't believe it. I remember looking at mock ups and talking through theoretically what everything was going to look like and how it would come together, but the actual day of the wedding was of course the first time seeing it all together, I was blown away. Although several vendors are a part of the final vision (florist, party rentals/decor, catering, etc.), Alex was the one that ensured it all came together exactly how I wanted it to, it was seriously one of my favorite parts of the day. You can tell that Alex not only cares about your wedding, but she cares about you personally as well. She was so friendly and FUN to work with, I always looked forward to our calls and meetings to go over everything. She never missed a beat on the things that still needed to get done all the while ensuring my finance felt involved and included in the planning too, which meant so much to us. She even came out with us to our food and drink tasting and talked with our caterers regarding things on the food and how it would be served, she just always was advocating for us which is honestly so priceless when you're planning a wedding with so many people and places involved. She will go above and beyond for her couples and is so ingrained in the industry that her knowledge alone is unmatched. If you're contemplating hiring a planner, I can say with wholeheartedness that you will not regret working with Alex and her team at Willow & Ivy, it's worth everything and more and my advice to any future brides is not only to hire a planner, but to hire Alex!!! Caitlin at Pacific Events was a dream to work with for our wedding. She was on top of every aspect of the Big Day from start to finish. Even though she was a "day-of-coordinator" she checked in with us the months and weeks leading up to the event and offered valuable advice. I cannot recommend Caitlin more! Simply the best.

Cindy truly made our special day just as magical as we could have ever imagined. Her attention to detail was noticed not only to us, but to our family as well. The ceremony was so personal and specific to our love story, it made it that much better. She embody our love in the ceremony, and truly made our wedding beautiful.
