I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planners Fiona and Kate! From beginning to end, they were absolutely phenomenal. They were punctual, organized, professional, incredibly easy to work with, and ALWAYS there whenever we needed them. No question was too small, and no problem ever felt like a problem because they handled everything with such ease.
Having them throughout the entire wedding process took so much stress off of us and allowed us to actually enjoy such a special time in our lives. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and I genuinely felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Beyond being amazing at what they do, they are just genuinely wonderful people. They made us feel cared for, supported, and important throughout the entire experience.
If you are considering hiring them for your wedding, DO IT. I would recommend them over and over again. Truly a 10/10 experience, and I am so grateful we chose them to be part of our wedding. They were simply the BEST! ❤️

I had Fiona and Kate as my Day-of Coordinators, and it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I would 200% recommend working with them!!
They were super easy to work with and very responsive from the initial consultation all the way through vendor timeline planning and wedding day execution. Fiona and Kate also provided helpful wedding ideas and suggestions throughout the planning process. As they promised, I was completely stress-free on my wedding day and was able to fully enjoy my big day.
We had some last-minute games and speeches added, and Fiona and Kate were able to accommodate the changes and adjust the timeline seamlessly. I also had a minor emergency on the wedding day, and Kate was able to quickly help resolve it with the emergency kit she brought.
My wedding day wouldn’t have been as perfect without them. I would highly recommend Fiona and Kate to anyone looking for amazing wedding coordinators!

Fiona and Kate were there with my wife and I from the beginning to the end. We splurged for their most expensive package and we’re so happy that we did. Fiona and Kate helped us pick the venue/vendors, coordinated our day of schedule, ran the wedding, and kept the entire process extremely smooth. I’ve heard plenty of stories about couples being stressed before the wedding or during the planning phase. I am happy to say that my wife and I were not. With Fiona and Kate, we always felt that we had game plan and that were in good hands if it fell through. The actual wedding went off without a hitch (or at least any that we could see). Cannot recommend this mother/daughter duo enough. They are well worth the money.

I can't speak highly enough of Fiona and Kate. I was a reluctant bride, at least in the sense that I never really imagined having a true wedding. When my husband said it mattered to him, I gave in, but knew we needed help, as we both have demanding jobs and neither of us had any idea what we were doing. We went with the full service package from Fiona and Kate, and while we were initially reluctant to pay anyone that much to plan a wedding, it was money well spent. They were absolute professionals who also made the process so fun. They were available to answer any question, totally grasped the look and feel we wanted for the wedding, and made the wedding weekend so easy and more beautiful than we could have imagined. I thought that because we had a smaller wedding without an enormous price tag, we might not get such attention and care from a wedding planner, but I was so wrong. The relationship we built with Fiona and Kate left us feeling sad to see them go, especially after the best day of our lives. You will not regret working with this amazing mother daughter team.

If Kate and Fiona could be given more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Kate and Fiona are two of the most kind, special, considerate, thoughtful, creative, and wonderful people that we had the pleasure of meeting and working with during our wedding journey. My husband and I were married on October 1, 2025 and had hired Kate and Fiona for day-of coordination. To say that these two went above and beyond is such a vast understatement. Kate and Fiona were with us throughout the entire day (and for many hours leading up to the wedding) and were instrumental in making our wedding the beautiful occasion that it was. They seamlessly fixed the errors created by other vendors that we had hired (some major errors such as our rental coordinator only bringing 1/3rd of the candles we had rented and being unreachable throughout the day) to much smaller glitches such as a missing linen. Kate and Fiona laughed with us, cried with us, and celebrated with us. We are so blessed to have met these two, and hope to be lifelong acquaintances as they made us feel more like family than clients. If anyone is questioning whether it's worth it to have people like Kate and Fiona on their team for their wedding, the only thing I can say is that Kate and Fiona are worth so much more than I have words to say, and if you are lucky enough to have their help, you will be in the absolute best of hands. From the small details to the big picture, Kate and Fiona leave no matter untouched. My entire wedding party couldn't stop raving about how much they enjoyed their presence throughout the day.
