  Would highly recommend!

  Kate and Fiona surpassed our expectations for wedding planners. They were attentive, communicative, positive, and they made us feel comfortable the entire year we planned our wedding. They guided us expertly from our initial vague idea to the most amazing day imaginable, all with a perfect balance of sage advice and enthusiasm for our vision. We followed their lead on many of our vendors, all of whom we ended up loving and choosing for our special day, and we could never thank them enough for their advice. We had so many compliments about how special our ceremony was, and my husband and I didn't really worry about a thing the weekend leading up to it, because we knew they had everything handled. And when they did have a question, they had everything so organized and were very respectful of our style and budget. They helped us plan a wedding that was truly "us." We appreciate them so much, and give them the highest recommendation.

  Awesome decision

  The Gordon Duo were wonderful. They were our wedding planners for our October wedding at Kiana Lodge. We had about 130 people. My husband and I can’t imagine having a wedding without them. We tried not using a wedding planner in the beginning, but it quickly became overwhelming. We then thankfully met with the Gordon Duo, Kate and Fiona. They asked us our vision, we fumbled out a pretty poor description, but they were able to interpret our inarticulation to create our fairytale wedding. They are very much about making your wedding tailored to your dream and budget. There were considerably more steps to a wedding that we didn’t know, but the Gordon Duo guided us through it all, which helped alleviate a lot of the stress. We had a lot of compliments about how beautiful and smooth the flow of our wedding was, and how it reflected us as a couple.
  
  They helped narrow down the choices for venue, photographer, DJ ect, to professionals that they have had personal experience working with. This made the decision making much more manageable. The vendors they proposed to us were all spot on. I found that an awesome part of having a wedding it that you work with so many talented artists in the pacific northwest. That includes the Gordon Duo. Fun fact about them, they love to do artwork as a hobby. They can bring out the artistic flair to your event.
  
  They unpacked all our decorations and made our wedding look magical, capturing the little details that made our event personal. It was very surprising to us how much they can get done in very little time. They seamlessly directed the flow of the day and allowed my husband and I to enjoy the day, and everything just seemed to magically flow around us. They also made the flow intuitive for the guests so they could easily transition from ceremony, cocktail, and reception. That seamless flow would 100 percent have not happened without the Gordon Duo. More importantly, their professionalism shone through when they can easily adjust to any changes and think on the spot of the solution. We are very grateful for them so we could just enjoy ourselves because like everyone will tell you: the day goes quickly. Because we had our full confidence with the Gordon Duo, we were able to be mentally and emotional present for our wedding day and experience all the love from our family and friends. The Gordon Duo are true professionals who provide world class service.

  The best wedding planners ever

  Kate and Fiona were the absolute BEST. They helped us through every step of the way before the wedding, and handled everything absolutely perfectly on the day of. They are true professionals and came to the table with great recommendations for all of the vendors that we were still trying to source when we started to work with them. They are truly so special and if I were to do it all over again, we would chose them every time.

  Dream wedding achieved

  Thank you so much Fiona and Kate!! It was such a beautiful wedding and a day I’ll never forget!!! My husband and I are still in awe with everything and want to relive that night over and over again. You guys are truly amazing in what you do and made this whole process easy for us. Since my husband and I are the first ones in our friend group to get married we are definitely recommending you both to future weddings! During our planning sessions they were crucial in providing recommendations. We appreciated working together throughout planning season, and all their help to create and adjust our timeline and other details, ensuring we didn’t miss a thing. We felt we could truly rely on them to cover all the bases on our wedding day, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing!

  Fiona and Kate were very knowledgeable about the process. They helped us every step of the way from timelines to budgeting to handling all of the vendors. On the day of, they handled overseeing all of the set up down to the last detail. Their decorating skills were great, everything looked absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend them! There are always going to be bumps in the road, but having both Kate + Fiona was amazing. Kate held down the fort at our reception getting everything ready, and Fiona helped us at the Church in making sure the ceremony was seamless. They worked so well with our other vendors but made sure everything went according to what WE wanted. Helping coordinate the reception was especially helpful, they work so great as a team, and are rockstars!

  Where do I start? Fiona and Kate are truly one of a kind. I can’t put into words how amazing they work together to make sure your dreams become reality! Great communication, and I love that they really grasp on to little details and making sure everything is going smoothly and most importantly they care to make sure that it’s what you want and what makes you happy. Not only did we love them but everyone surrounding our party enjoyed their energy. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Don’t hesitate to book them, you will NOT regret it!

  Best wedding decision we made!

  When starting wedding planning, we spoke with many friends and family members about the planning process. Almost everyone we spoke to had horror stories of something that went wrong on their day, something that was forgotten, etc. The biggest piece of advice/takeaway was to hire a planner or coordinator. We started researching and happened to find the Gordon Duo, and we're so so thankful we did. Kate and Fiona from day one were thoughtful, kind, communicative, and supportive. They really made sure our needs and priorities were met, and took care of all of the small details we couldn't manage (or wouldn't have thought of). In addition to months of help prior to our wedding, our big day could not have happened so flawlessly without them. They worked so well all day and night with each one of our vendors, guests, and family; and really made sure our priorities remained the focus throughout. We cannot recommend Fiona and Kate enough!!

  When starting wedding planning, we spoke with many friends and family members about the planning process. Almost everyone we spoke to had horror stories of something that went wrong on their day, something that was forgotten, etc. The biggest piece of advice/takeaway was to hire a planner or coordinator. We started researching and happened to find the Gordon Duo, and we're so so thankful we did. Kate and Fiona from day one were thoughtful, kind, communicative, and supportive. They really made sure our needs and priorities were met, and took care of all of the small details we couldn't manage (or wouldn't have thought of). They are the most organized, professional, reliable coordinators, and they ensured that our wedding day was seamless.   I could not have picked better wedding coordinators for my wedding. They saved my wedding day without involving me at all. If you are wavering between Kate & Fiona and anybody else, go with Kate & Fiona. They were so helpful and supportive throughout the planning process, keeping me on track and helping me plan our wedding. On the Rehearsal Dinner day: they were hype-women, problem-solvers, kept my bridal party in check, helped me to relax, and so much more. On the wedding day, they are solely responsible for how smoothly and beautiful my wedding was.   I cannot recommend Kate and Fiona enough! They are such a bubbly, fun and talented duo. Their professionalism was appreciated, their knowledge was apparent and their energy was contagious! They handled all of our vendors amazingly well, and when the band become a bit difficult they maintained their professionalism and kept their cool. They helped decorate during the day, and were able to extend my vision to the decor and our backyard which was our venue. They made what I hoped would be a great day, the best day ever.   Kate and Fiona were an absolute dream team and the perfect pair to have on board for our big day! They were incredible at anticipating needs we didn't even know we had and completely flexible about the oddities of our less-than-traditional wedding. The Gordon Duo jumped in to help with everything from cake cutting, to champagne pouring, to table set-up and decor. Their ability to spot a need and handle it made it possible for us to fully relax and enjoy our party.   Great experience, Just who we needed!

  We hesitated to find wedding planner due to pricing and had finally decided not to get one (especially because our venue came with a coordinator) when we found Kate and Fiona. We are so grateful we did and our wedding would have been a huge struggle had we not found them. Having two people on our wedding day allowed for so many more things to get done. They folded all our napkins, put up all our decor, moved all our decor halfway through the day, among countless of other things. We wanted to choose our own vendors and already were halfway through the planning process (or so we thought- turns out theres a lot more to plan in the month of than we realized). This caused us to get the middle tier package- we still pick our vendors and make the majority of wedding decisions, but they are there for support of everything. They met with us to understand what we wanted and knew what kind of decisions to make day of. They worked closely with our venue coordinator and all our vendors so everyone knew what was going on. I want to say our day was flawless and perfect, but I'm sure things happened I'm not even aware of. I know there was something about the seating arrangement but they handled it. Something about decor not working out but they handled it. It was so worth hiring them, don't think you can have a wedding day without a planner!

They also had ALL of the answers to our questions, and made us feel confident in any and all decisions we made. The day of our wedding, they showed up at our venue bright and early, equipped with an emergency kit that had everything we might need in it. They even drove somewhere to pick up our linens instead of waiting for delivery so that they could set our tables up earlier!! Speaking of tables, they set EVERYTHING up for us, and they took EVERYTHING down after the wedding. They made it SO easy for us to have the most stress-free, amazing, most memorable day we could have ever imagined.
