Owner and lead creative, Philadelphia has spent many years in the wedding planning business while honing her skills. She first began her journey at University as she studied a minor in event planning. From there she has worked in the event industry for over 8 years planning large 1000 person events, galas, bar/bat mitzvahs, and hundreds of weddings. Whether you need full, partial, or day-of assistance, Philadelphia is more than happy to help.

Best decision!

Out of all the vendors we utilized, we spoke with the most planners. None felt right until meeting Philadelphia. It was clear she had the vast event experience we were after, while still being open to helping us with whatever needed to be done. She was organized from the start, going above and beyond even what her services outlined. She provided great catering recs, tablescape mood boards, floral ideas and quotes, and even decor rental options. This was all before taking over vendor communications at a month out. The day-of, she wasn’t above helping with anything that was necessary - from setting tables to orchestrating last-minute changes to sweeping the floors at the end of the night. Philadelphia even surprised us with our favorite drinks as we got to the end of the aisle after the ceremony and made us the most perfect video highlight reel with details from our day. Philadelphia was truly the biggest blessing in the planning process and on the day-of. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, look no further and hire Philadelphia. Philadelphia started her career in events in the classroom. During her formal education she obtained a minor in event planning from West Virginia University. She started out by working for a local wedding planner and for the Arts and Entertainment department at her University. Philadelphia left the hills of West Virginia to pursue a career in events and sales at a hotel franchise in Cleveland, Ohio. She then went down to Columbus, Ohio to work as a Wedding Coordinator at the oldest country club in the city. Four years ago she moved out west to Washington with her high school sweetheart. She has spent the last few years working at a prominent waterfront venue executing hundreds of weddings and corporate events. Philadelphia has made a career out of making sure someone has the ability to soak in all of the feels with out all of the stress of planning an event.
