I don't even know where to begin about Victoria and her team. My wedding was on 9/6/24 and if I hadn't have found Victoria, I do not know what my day would've looked like. From the beginning, Victoria was always open to my ideas and plans. She made the whole process so easy. She would send me 4-6 vendors for each category that she had previously worked with and had positive experiences with. If I found someone not on her list she would look into them prior to me booking to see if herself or any of her wedding friends had any experiences with them. Every single one of our vendors, minus venue and desserts, came from Victoria and it was so fun to have the day go so smoothly since they all knew each other or had worked together before. Victoria felt like a friend throughout this process not just a wedding planner. She helped me try to stay on track with budgeting and always sent me ideas for some wild thought I threw at her. She made our day so special and go so smoothly. (also she did all of this while working on planning her own wedding!! super woman) I cannot recommend her enough!! Her assistant Lacey joined her team a few months prior to our wedding so I only had a few interactions with her but she was amazing as well. Day of she drove back from our ceremony venue to the reception because of a forgotten item, she was on top of making sure myself and the groom were having a good time day of, and even helped box us up desserts for us to take that night so we didn't miss out. Vevents was the best investment we made. Definitely hire them for your special day or any event you need assistance with, they do an amazing job!!!

Victoria is a rare find in an industry that is absolutely saturated with options. She is passionate about her job, and has so much knowledge and experience that it was so impressive. She was our wedding coordinator for a fall wedding in 2025, and to see her in action that day was honestly, a beautiful sight to see! Victoria was incredibly helpful through the entire planning process - but on the actual wedding day she shined. The entire VEVENTs team that day made everything seem so effortless and perfect, nothing was going to phase them and in turn phase me. All I did on my wedding day was focus on me. And that is priceless. I will miss working with her and Lacey and the entire team, but I am left with the best memories that would not have been possible had I not chosen VEVENTs for my special day. If you want the best of the best, most experienced, joyous, super detail orientated, and people that enjoy what they do - then choose VEVENTs!!!

Victoria and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise +1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. The Blue Angel jets were scheduled to be flying over our outdoor wedding during welcome time, Victoria went the extra mile in contacting them to figure out their show times, giving us a heads up and assuring us the timing would be okay! We would not have thought about this otherwise. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!

Victoria from V Events is incredible. I am also a wedding planner in the industry and am happy to trust any potential clients with her. She has stepped into last minute situations and handled herself with pure professionalism. Not only is she organized, solid and dependable as a vendor, but I am happy to send any additional business that I may have, her way. I know that they will be well taken care of and she goes the extra mile for her clients and her vendor teams. You can't go wrong hiring her for all of life's most important events.
