David is it. His work is AMAZING! David and the Orion Entertainment team are so organized, professional, fun, and talented. He knows exactly how to read the dance floor to keep the vibes going ALL NIGHT. Our dance floor was lit beyond belief and we have Orion Entertainment to thank for that! Not only did they knock it out of the park for the party, but they also ran our reception and ceremony so smoothly with the music, transitions between speeches, and gentle direction to guests to take seats and get food. David perfectly curated a playlist from our short list of requests for cocktail hour and ensured all the bangers were hit on the dance floor at just the right moments. We trusted David to select the our final song night and we seriously could not have chosen it better ourselves. We hired Orion as our wedding DJ and let me tell you, David was SO amazing! All of my guests raved about the DJ and how fun the reception was. He was so accommodating and professional throughout the planning process. On the night of, nobody stopped dancing - moms, dads, grandmas, younger people, everyone loved it. Our DJ, Conan, from Orion's team was the most amazing DJ I have ever heard! He was the reason our wedding was the biggest and best party I could have imagined. He played EVERY single song I asked, made all the right song cuts during the grand entrance, walk down aisle, and first dances. He was truly incredible! Conan responded to all my emails during planning within 10 minutes, no matter what time of day. I knew hiring Orion was going to be a good decision but I did not realize just HOW GOOD!! Please hire this company for your wedding/event if you want a PARTY. Thank you again Conan and Orion team!

David was absolutely incredible for our wedding in Bellingham! He is extremely communicative and detail oriented, which made planning a breeze. He worked seamlessly with our day-of-coordinator to make sure we stayed on schedule and guests were clear on what was happening next. Austin was an amazing DJ/MC for our wedding in June of 2023! Communication was easy ahead of time, all the audio worked great for the ceremony, and the whole reception felt like it had such a natural flow. We're not even the biggest dancers, but we couldn't be happier with our choice! Way more people danced than we expected, and it was such a source of fun and happiness for everyone on and off the dance floor. Austin created the vibe that fit us perfectly and I'm sure he could match yours, too!

David and Austin were fantastic to work with for our wedding. We received a link to a questionnaire (music preferences, timeline, etc.) early on in our planning. With the craziness of wedding planning we lost track of it and we reached out Orion to get more info on the song list and they helped point us to the questionnaire in the app. Once we remembered the questionnaire existed it took us about 15 minutes to fill out the timeline, and another hour or two to choose some songs in the app. I love choosing music for things, so I created Spotify playlists for songs that I wanted and the approximate duration of the different scheduled times. The app had a way to import a Spotify playlist and it was seamless. On the day of the wedding I heard many of the songs I had submitted, but I also had left a comment that they could ignore any of my playlist songs and explained to them what I was looking for in the songs I had picked. For instance, for dinner time I had fairly down beat music that I wanted pretty quiet so folks could chat and mingle. David and his team did a great job following these instructions (and other notes I included) and everything went very smoothly. David and our wedding planner worked together incredibly well and we never had to think about the music through out the day. We also booked the photobooth. The pictures came out incredible; we got the printed copies in a guestbook and we also got access to digital versions. The pictures are very high quality and it was very easy to download them/copy them to Dropbox. At the end of our wedding, David and the team were nearing time to pack up everything and they realized that we hadn't had the opportunity to take any pictures with the photo booth. They came and found us on the dance floor and pulled us over to take some photo booth pics before disassembling everything. That was very thoughtful. There is a lot going on during the wedding and it's easy to forget about things that you were excited about when you were planning! We would absolutely work with Orion again.

Orion Entertainment, and specifically David, were AMAZING. Book them for your wedding! David listened to our suggestions, threw in some other songs we didn't think to include, and we had an incredible day! Our guests have continued to rave about how much fun they had. David is kind, thoughtful, professional, but also such a fun person. We loved having him be a part of our wedding. Thank you, Orion and David!!

David at Orion Entertainment saved the day in making our wedding the best party it could be. We had originally booked with another DJ, and when that DJ backed out with a month remaining we figured our chances of finding someone in this busy wedding year were slim, and we'd have to ask a friend to MC and put a spotify playlist on. David heard what happened and was able to seemingly pull the best DJ we’ve ever seen (Kevin Gaylor) out of thin air for our date. Kevin was so easy to work with and nailed the musical vibe we were going for. Through the booking process, to the day of the event, Orion Entertainment and all of the people involved made the process so easy, we can’t recommend them enough. We also went with the photo booth and it was a massive hit with our guests. Don’t make the same mistake as us, book Orion Entertainment from the start!
