Lindsay from Flowing White was literally a dream come true of a wedding coordinator. We planned a big, multi-day wedding weekend at a totally DIY venue. We knew we were signing up for a lot, but Lindsay made everything feel so manageable. She helped us stay on track and think through every detail, asking us about things we hadn’t even thought to consider! She exuded so much calm and competence throughout the entire planning process, and that helped us feel calm going into the big day. She is a clear and direct communicator and has a great sense of humor. After literally every call, my fiance and I would hang up, look at each other, and say “wow, Lindsay is THE BEST.” From vendor recommendations to help with tablescapes/decor rentals to emotional and logistical support navigating a power outage at the venue, Lindsay was our rock throughout the year+ we spent planning our wedding, and I don’t think it would’ve been the same without her. We did so much planning work as a couple, but on the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to lift a finger and got to just sit back and enjoy everything, thanks to Lindsay’s hard work and incredible organization. Our wedding was 6 months out when my elderly parent’s health took a turn. We dropped everything and took on their care in another state. All the major contracts for our vendors were in place and the invitations had been sent… we couldn’t even track RSVPs well. We called Trish and handed everything over. She made it all happen. Even with bad weather, she pivoted with grace. It was amazing!

Cristine and Wendy were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond in ensuring that our wedding was successful. My partner and I found them friendly, professional, respectful, and fun. 10/10 and can not recommend highly enough!

We absolutely loved working with Lindsay from Flowing White! She was the perfect balance of fun, organized and knowledgeable, as well as firm when needed. From our first meeting, Lindsay was friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel at ease. Whenever we had questions during the planning process, she expertly helped us find a solution, she checked in frequently to keep us on track with planning, and she was detailed in developing our event timeline. I also really appreciated that early on she took over coordinating “day of” related details with the rest of our vendors so there was a cohesive plan and point of contact. The day of our wedding was smooth and completely stress-free (for me) thanks to Lindsay’s coordination and leadership. I later found out that we had significant issues with our shuttle vendor, but Lindsay went above and beyond to correct the situation and keep things rolling. She and her assistant also shouldered a huge amount of the teardown/cleanup responsibilities so that our wedding party/family didn’t have to. I can’t recommend Lindsay enough!

We were really blessed with Kat as a day of coordinator but felt like she helped way beyond. Kat is super amazing: easy to reach, responds quickly, organized, answer questions, and keeps your spirits high. The best part she is nice to you but she can be tough on vendors when she needs to be. We were debating on wedding coordinator and we are 100% glad we went with Kat. Cannot say enough good things about Flowing White Events LLC!

Without a doubt, hiring Kat was the best choice we made for our wedding day. We chose the "partial planning" package, and from the very first meeting with Kat we knew we were in good hands.
