We had a great experience working with Flowing White Events for our couple Kaylie & Carsen’s wedding! They kept us updated throughout the day, so we were able to focus on capturing all of the beautiful moments. As a fellow vendor, this is so important!!
They were organized, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made our job stress-free and ensured the couple enjoyed their big day.
We’d be happy to work together again and recommend them to any couple looking for a great Coordinator!! -

Our wedding was 6 months out when my elderly parent’s health took a turn. We dropped everything and took on their care in another state. All the major contracts for our vendors were in place and the invitations had been sent… we couldn’t even track RSVPs well. We called Trish and handed everything over. She made it all happen. Even with bad weather, she pivoted with grace. It was amazing!

We were really blessed with Kat as a day of coordinator but felt like she helped way beyond. Kat is super amazing: easy to reach, responds quickly, organized, answer questions, and keeps your spirits high. The best part she is nice to you but she can be tough on vendors when she needs to be. We were debating on wedding coordinator and we are 100% glad we went with Kat. Cannot say enough good things about Flowing White Events LLC! -

Best choice we made for our wedding day
Without a doubt, hiring Kat was the best choice we made for our wedding day. We chose the "partial planning" package, and from the very first meeting with Kat we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely organized, experienced, knowledgable, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. She had an answer to every question I had, and she knew all the right questions to ask us (some things we would have never thought of but made a huge difference). Because of Kat, on our wedding day we got to truly sit back, relax, and enjoy our special day. She took care of EVERYTHING from setting up our tables with decorations and coordinator vendor arrivals and gratuities, and she helped make our day so incredibly special. Her and her assistant Milan did such a wonderful job and we can't thank them both enough. Trust me: hire Flowing White Events. -

I'm a DJ that worked with Flowing White Events at a recent Monroe, WA wedding. I've worked with a lot of day-of coordinators and most of them are quite good, but I feel like Flowing White are at higher level. I get to see "behind the curtain" and was witness to their utmost professionalism. Like a lot of modern weddings this one had many moving parts, three distinct areas, personalized moments and almost all of it happening outside. They kept everything flowing smoothly and aligning with the other vendors in a harmonious way. I also work in the corporate event space and was reminded of that level of proficiency. The quality timelines and floor-plans, use of iPads and walkie-talkies and general calm and clear communication is the standard that other planners and coordinators should aspire to. -

I seriously could not have made a better choice when picking a wedding coordinator. I was unsure if I wanted/needed one and after reading reviews for Flowing White, I was convinced I needed them! Best decision ever. Brides, listen to me- you know this is the most stressful event you’ll ever have to plan on your entire life and I PROMISE you if you hire Flowing White, you will not be disappointed! You will be the happiest, most stress free bride on your wedding day. From last minute Covid craziness to every detail on the wedding day to calming my bride nerves, Tiffany was such a dream to work with. Her assistant Alejandro and partner Cat were also AMAZING! All 3 of them did so much to help my husband and I and we seriously couldn’t be happier. Now, stop reading this review and book them!! -

It is hard to express in words how wonderful it was to have Kat as our day of planner! She handled all of the details of that day and kept the timeline moving. I don’t know what we would have done without her there. Our day was perfect. We were able to smile and be present with one another instead of worrying about what should
be happening next. It was so worth it! -
