I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the wedding planners at This Will Be. From our very first interaction, Paytons communication style was open, calming, and enthusiastic. She was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and providing honest, detailed guidance throughout the planning process. The quality of her work was truly outstanding - she was dedicated, determined, and meticulous in ensuring every aspect of our special day went smoothly. When I didn't have a hair stylist, Payton stepped in and did my hair perfectly. She also constantly checked on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. Payton kept me calm and focused in the hectic moments before the ceremony when other vendors fell through, and she executed all the last-minute changes flawlessly. Payton was our Day-Of Coordinator with This Will Be, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without her. She helped with every level of setup, time management, and—most importantly—made the day something I could fully experience instead of manage. One moment that stands out was during cocktail hour when our group photos ran long, and we started falling behind on time for couple portraits. Since we didn’t do a first look, those photos together were incredibly important to me. The photographer asked what I wanted to do, and between worrying about delaying dinner, keeping guests happy, and how it might impact the caterers, I completely froze. Without skipping a beat, Payton stepped in and confidently said we were going to take more photos—that guests were happy and enjoying cocktails, and that the caterer could easily adjust. Because of her calm decisiveness, we took our photos completely guilt-free, and I’m so thankful we did. Payton also went far above and beyond in ways I never expected. She steamed my dress and veil ahead of time so the photographer could capture photos of them hanging before I arrived—something she absolutely did not have to do, but meant so much to me. Our son was only five months old at the time, and I knew getting ready would be challenging while also wanting to relax and enjoy the morning. Not only did Payton take care of my dress and veil, but she also set up his playpen in the bridal suite so he had a safe, comfortable space. That level of thoughtfulness meant everything. From start to finish, Payton’s communication was quick, easy, and incredibly detailed. She coordinated the rehearsal seamlessly and took over immediately, allowing me to let go and trust the process. Her work and value are pristine—completely worth it. She is detailed yet easygoing, natural, and incredibly capable. As a very Type A bride, Payton absolutely excelled at taking over the day and made it possible for me to enjoy every moment of our wedding.
