Modern Wedding Planning for LGBTQ+ Folks & Allies!

Hi, I’m Cindy, queer feminist wedding planner and secular officiant. My team and I help LGBTQ+ and our allies create meaningful, modern weddings without all the stress! We're based in Seattle with travel available throughout the Pacific Northwest.

We offer a wide range of wedding planning services from wedding planning subscriptions for DIY-ers to our signature wedding management package to full-service, start-to-finish wedding planning and design, plus a la carte options you can mix and match. If you want to plan with us, we’ve got something that will fit your needs and your budget. And with modern technology, we do most of our planning virtually, which means that no matter where you are, we can help! And we're happy to collaborate with your local planner to handoff all the details for a smooth wedding weekend.

An absolutely joyous experience!

Cindy did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job as our officiant! She was an absolute pleasure to work with, she took the time to get to know us and make the ceremony meaningful and personal, and when it looked like the weather might make it dangerous to actually get to our wedding she went above and beyond in making sure there were other options in place (thankfully a precaution that wound up not being needed!). The ceremony itself was just beautiful, and all we heard from guests was what a joyous celebration it was. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Perfect wedding! No notes!

Cindy was the perfect choice for a wedding officiant. We were looking for somebody who could deliver a speech that felt personal to us and that had a pretty particular tone- and Cindy absolutely delivered!

We planned our own wedding- and Cindy was such a pleasure to work with in setting things up! Every step of the process was communicated to us clearly and with ample time for us to make decisions and to know in advance how things were going to work. Additionally, we felt really comfortable checking in!

For LGBTQIA+ couples like us, I don't think there is anybody better to officiate your wedding. We felt so supported!

Worth every penny!

We used Cindy's Choose Your Own Wedding Subscription service to plan our wedding, and it gave us a really strong foundation to imagine the wedding we wanted and could afford. Many of our original plans were disrupted by COVID, and the resources she created (the budget spreadsheet, the Facebook community & monthly calls, and the manifesto) were invaluable in helping us re-frame and re-plan the event under new circumstances. Cindy is a delight to work with, a real cheerleader for the unique wedding YOU want to have, responsive, professional, and full of deep knowledge and helpful hints.
