The Madison Event Center was absolutely wonderful for our wedding venue! We felt like we got on a personal basis with Zoe and Riley. They helped us book our venue and showed us plenty of different halls between Hotel Covington and Madison Center. They were also very transparent about their prices and showed us how much each hall would be depending on how many people we could have. They even printed off all the pricing. Compared to other wedding venues; this is the most transparent upfront pricing I’ve gotten so far and we have toured 5 different venues. If you book with the Madison center you will most likely not need a day of coordinator as they assign you someone that plans the whole day for you ahead of time and that was Riley. She was very detailed, concise, and extremely helpful. The day of the wedding they provided us with captains that basically run the show for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We were extremely impressed with how professional they were on our wedding day. We seriously cannot thank them enough for making this absolutely the best day of our lives. Myself, the bride, got sick at the reception and they were extremely helpful and flexible with the timeline being out of wack. It’s been 3 months since the wedding and anytime I talk about our wedding day I don’t shut up about how seriously amazing our wedding day went due to The Madison Center and their crew. We can’t thank you guys enough for making our day so special. Also - the halls are beautiful. We picked the Grande Ballroom for the reception and the Loft for our ceremony and it’s such a classic elegant wedding. But all their rooms are beautiful in their own way! If you can dream it, Madison Center can do it. Thank you Madison Event Center.

Our wedding day was literally so perfect and everything we dreamed of!! I wish I could relive it all over again! Dylan (our day of captain) was the best!! He was always there when we needed him and made sure everything ran smoothly!

The planning team was also amazing and makes the process so easy for you! I was rarely stressed during the wedding planning process because they handle almost everything and are the best at communicating if you have any questions!

There is a wide variety of food that was delicious as well and the service was amazing! I would choose hotel Covington and the Madison over and over again!!

Planning and day of was amazing! We throughout enjoyed the entire process and the assistance we received along the way, even from out of town. The staff was friendly and observant, the venue was beautiful and everything pieced together perfectly. Vendors are very familiar with the venue which makes that planning seamless. Using Hotel Covington also allowed guests to have simple travel (walking) to their rooms.

The Madison Event Center was the perfect venue for our Wedding Day! From start to finish, The Madison team took such great care of all our needs and made us feel so special. The planning process was very easy and stress free because they offer an all-inclusive package and handle everything on site, so we didn’t have to do much. We enjoyed working with the Details Specialist, Riley. She made sure no detail was missed while offering great advice too! It was nice having Hotel Covington next door, we took advantage of the Wedding Room Block offerings, Suites to get ready in on the day of, and we even hosted our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception at the Hotel! Our family and friends loved the convenience of it all! When it came to the night of our Wedding, everything was truly perfect! The Madison provides a Banquet Captain to take care of everything throughout the night, our Captain went above and beyond our expectations. We have such beautiful memories to carry with us and are beyond thankful for The Madison & Hotel Covington bringing our dream Wedding to life!

Our day was perfect and we had no issues at all, everyone at the Madison Event Center was super helpful and very nice, couldn't have asked for a better time!

The Madison Event Center and their staff were extremely professional. Timely in response to every request, very pleasant, beautiful facility (we had the Emerald Room). Food and drink were wonderful. They gave us hints and ideas I would not have thought of and provided very detailed information on seating charts and room layout and alternative menus for guests that don't eat meat. They had everything in place as they said they would. There was no last minute scramble for anything. We had a sit down and the food was delivered to each guest very timely and cleared away just as quickly. I don't know where they found such terrific and thorough staff, but everyone was wonderful to work with. We only have one daughter, so only one chance to host a wedding, but I would hire The Madison Event Center again if I could!

Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT! It was way more than I imagined. The day went so smoothly for me. Our captains were amazing!

I brought my decorations in labeled boxes, I had a vision in my mind of what I thought the decor would look like, but they BLEW MY MIND!! Our rooms were absolutely beautiful and our head table was chefs kiss!!

Our food was so good! The service from start to finish was 100% 5 stars. I am so happy with the turnout. Communication was great as well! Riley Clark helped me every step of the way!

We had the best experience from Madison Event Center for my daughter’s wedding. From Ashley, Riley and Amy the Captain our time on Saturday was perfect. We had the ceremony in The Loft and the reception in The Galleria. The ability to have everything in one place was so helpful. The communication was always quick. They helped with every aspect of the reception. The bartenders were fantastic and the servers were helpful throughout the night. We loved having a venue that knew what they were doing and obviously communicated in-house so well. We went into that day without a worry because of them and we thank you!

Our wedding day was perfect!! In no small part because of Janet C, our event captain. She checked in with us several times through the morning in the bridal suite, walked blocks to my (now) husband’s car with him to help move parking barriers due to the “great bridal chase” run happening so he could park in the 8th Street lot, the sound system was stuck on Sirius Radio and she worked to fix it so we could connect our device playlist, our photo booth printer wouldn’t recognize The Madison Wi-Fi so she spent well over 30 minutes helping us troubleshoot it and finally got it connected and working.
Our guests had a wonderful time and Jason and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The room was decorated exactly how we imagined, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were so kind and gracious. The Madison sells itself as being as an all-inclusive venue and that is 100% what you delivered!! From decor and linens, food and bar options, choices of ballrooms, ceremony spaces and bridal suites, and your impeccable service, The Madison was absolutely the “the complete package” for us! Thank you again for all your help in making our wedding perfect for us!
