We decided to go very non-traditional with our cake, as this was a second marriage for us both. I just loved my dress, and Liz said she could replicate the design on our cake. We were all blown away by the results! We had three flavors: red velvet with chocolate ganache, hummingbird with cream cheese filling, and vanilla with lemon curd filling, and there were fewer than a dozen slices left at the end of the night! People were raving about how delicious all three were! Everyone there was so easy to work with, the cake was delivered on time, and the pricing was more than fair given the quality and the service. Highly recommend!

The only option
Look no further!! These girls were INCREDIBLE. I had so much going on that cake was the LAST thing I wanted to worry about and these girls really did work with every bit of indecisiveness I had. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and even the day of when they called to ask about the decorations (because I hadn’t given them a single inspo pic!!!) they used their better judgement and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
Not to mention the insane variety of options they have, but I would have to say, I HIGHLY recommend the hummingbird!! I was absolutely praying we would have some left over because I knew I wouldn’t get a chance to snag one and luck was in my favor LOL.

try the hummingbird cake
My favorite wedding cake is their hummingbird cake. If you like carrot cake or spice cake, try it!! Also, our cake was designed to mimic our parent's cakes which were very similar. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did in customizing this! They are the best!

Best wedding cake!
A Spoon Fulla Sugar was delicious, beautiful, and so easy to work with! First of all, I am primarily gluten free, so it was important for me to have a cake that I could eat at my own wedding. I tried 3 or 4 different cake shops, and all of them but A Spoon Fulla Sugar had something about them I didn’t like: cake was too crumbly, icing tasted like store bought icing, they wouldn’t do a full 5 tier wedding cake like I wanted, and other issues. Then, we tried A Spoon Fulla Sugar. They had so much variety for icings and fillings, delicious cake, delicious gluten free cake, and beautiful designs! They were a no-brainer.
Our cake turned out beautiful and delicious. We had many great reviews from guests about how tasty it was! Also, we had quite a few people attend who are also gluten free who were so happy that they could still eat cake. Especially my celiac bridesmaid who got to eat multiple slices of the gluten free red velvet cake with gluten free oreo icing filling. 10/10 recommend!

Delicious Wedding Cake
A Spoon Fulla Sugar did a great job making our wedding cake. We ordered more cake slices than number of guests and there were no leftovers because the cake was such a hit! The raspberry filling with white buttercream on a white cake was the perfect combination. It was so delicious that people left the dance floor to have another slice of cake! The delivery person also did a great job placing the flowers, pinecones, and greenery into the cake to make sure it went with my vision. From the initial contact to the final result, A Spoon Fulla Sugar made sure everything turned out perfectly.

Best wedding bakery!!
Absolutely amazing! We and all of our guests LOVED our wedding cake. We did a 3-tier cutting cake and it was beautiful - Spoon Fulla Sugar nailed the simple, elegant design I was going for and I couldn't have been happier - and of course it tasted amazing! The tasting where you get to choose cake & icing flavor combinations is also SO much fun (and delicious!). Highly recommend!

Great Cake & Customer Service
Molly, Tori, and the team were so helpful with the choosing of our cake design and flavors. Every time I called with questions, or concerns there was always someone on the other line with a friendly voice calming my nerves.
A Spoon Fulla Sugar's cakes are absolutely delectable. Moist and full of flavor; you will NOT be disappointed and neither will your guests. I still get compliments on our cake.

Best Wedding Cake Ever
I cannot say enough good things about Spoon Fulla Sugar! The cake was AMAZING and we still have guests telling us how good it was.
We had to postpone due to covid, and they were so easy to work with. They even provided as an additional tasting after we postponed our a year to be sure of our choices and it was so appreciated!

Amazing Cake!
We used A Spoon Fulla Sugar as our wedding cake and also ordered buckeye candies as favors. The cake was beautifully decorated and the best wedding cake we tasted. Our guests raved about the cake and said the buckeyes were the best they ever had! Working with Tori and the team was great and were able to bring our vision to life.
