I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful and talented Mindy is!! We met for a tasting and she asked us how we would like our cake and while explaining to her my vision she drew it right then and there within seconds!! It was amazing. EVERYONE raved about our cake. Seriously. One of my family members didn't believe the cake was real until he actually had a piece. She was super professional, timely, and personable. She also delivers the cake herself to the venue which is always a plus! Seriously, I still think about our wedding cake. I also messaged her a week before the wedding asking for an extra small cake for one of my bridesmaids and she accommodated that with no issues even though it was super last minute! Love love love Mindy and will forever recommend her cakes to everyone I know. Thank you SOOO much Mindy!!

Mindy was amazing to work with. We met up with her to do a taste testing before booking and also to figure out which flavor(s) we liked and to discuss design and any other details. We had a 4 tier cake and ended up choosing a different combination of flavors/fillings for each tier to try and make all guests happy! We ended up changing our mind on the cake design closer to the wedding and Mindy was flexible and told us that was totally fine. Our cake turned out SO beautiful and delicious and we got so many compliments on it. Counting down the days until our anniversary so we can eat that top layer and try it again! :)

We had Mindy’s delicious cake for the greatest day in our life -- our daughter's wedding (07/08/2023)! Mindy is absolutely the best person to work with on the wedding cake!I was not only a mother of the bride but also a wedding coordinator, and Mindy’s great personality, energy, creativity, talent, and flexibility helped me to relax and continue with my multiple responsibilities. I completely trusted Mindy with everything including the absolutely heavenly taste and elegant decoration of the cake and its timely delivery. Mindy organized tasting with the variety of flavors and fillings for the cake to choose from. It was really hard to choose, because all the flavors and fillings were SO delicious, and we wanted all of them. Mindy helped us to make absolutely the best choice. At the wedding, the cake was disappearing from the cake table as soon as it was served. We had the four-tier cake with four different flavors and fillings, which usually served 120 people, and all of our guests could not get enough. It was SO great!!! We absolutely recommend Mindy to everyone who wants scrumptious and stunning cake and are looking forward to MANY YEARS with Mindy’s cakes!!!

Mindy did an amazing job on our wedding cake! We had a 5 tier cake with 4 different flavors. The cookies and cream icing is to die for- we got so many compliments on it! The cake was delicious and was exactly what we wanted it to look like.
