5/24/25 Wedding

The Madison Event Center was absolutely wonderful for our wedding venue! We felt like we got on a personal basis with Zoe and Riley. They helped us book our venue and showed us plenty of different halls between Hotel Covington and Madison Center. They were also very transparent about their prices and showed us how much each hall would be depending on how many people we could have. They even printed off all the pricing. Compared to other wedding venues; this is the most transparent upfront pricing I’ve gotten so far and we have toured 5 different venues. If you book with the Madison center you will most likely not need a day of coordinator as they assign you someone that plans the whole day for you ahead of time and that was Riley. She was very detailed, concise, and extremely helpful. The day of the wedding they provided us with captains that basically run the show for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We were extremely impressed with how professional they were on our wedding day. We seriously cannot thank them enough for making this absolutely the best day of our lives. Myself, the bride, got sick at the reception and they were extremely helpful and flexible with the timeline being out of wack. It’s been 3 months since the wedding and anytime I talk about our wedding day I don’t shut up about how seriously amazing our wedding day went due to The Madison Center and their crew. We can’t thank you guys enough for making our day so special. Also - the halls are beautiful. We picked the Grande Ballroom for the reception and the Loft for our ceremony and it’s such a classic elegant wedding. But all their rooms are beautiful in their own way! If you can dream it, Madison Center can do it. Thank you Madison Event Center.

The absolute best!!!

Our wedding day was literally so perfect and everything we dreamed of!! I wish I could relive it all over again! Dylan (our day of captain) was the best!! He was always there when we needed him and made sure everything ran smoothly!

The planning team was also amazing and makes the process so easy for you! I was rarely stressed during the wedding planning process because they handle almost everything and are the best at communicating if you have any questions!

There is a wide variety of food that was delicious as well and the service was amazing! I would choose hotel Covington and the Madison over and over again!!

Best Night Ever

Planning and day of was amazing! We throughout enjoyed the entire process and the assistance we received along the way, even from out of town. The staff was friendly and observant, the venue was beautiful and everything pieced together perfectly. Vendors are very familiar with the venue which makes that planning seamless. Using Hotel Covington also allowed guests to have simple travel (walking) to their rooms.

Highly recommend The Madison & Hotel Covington!

The Madison Event Center was the perfect venue for our Wedding Day! From start to finish, The Madison team took such great care of all our needs and made us feel so special. The planning process was very easy and stress free because they offer an all-inclusive package and handle everything on site, so we didn’t have to do much. We enjoyed working with the Details Specialist, Riley. She made sure no detail was missed while offering great advice too! It was nice having Hotel Covington next door, we took advantage of the Wedding Room Block offerings, Suites to get ready in on the day of, and we even hosted our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception at the Hotel! Our family and friends loved the convenience of it all! When it came to the night of our Wedding, everything was truly perfect! The Madison provides a Banquet Captain to take care of everything throughout the night, our Captain went above and beyond our expectations. We have such beautiful memories to carry with us and are beyond thankful for The Madison & Hotel Covington bringing our dream Wedding to life!

Wonderful Experience with Madison Event Center

The Madison Event Center and their staff were extremely professional. Timely in response to every request, very pleasant, beautiful facility (we had the Emerald Room). Food and drink were wonderful. They gave us hints and ideas I would not have thought of and provided very detailed information on seating charts and room layout and alternative menus for guests that don't eat meat. They had everything in place as they said they would. There was no last minute scramble for anything. We had a sit down and the food was delivered to each guest very timely and cleared away just as quickly. I don't know where they found such terrific and thorough staff, but everyone was wonderful to work with. We only have one daughter, so only one chance to host a wedding, but I would hire The Madison Event Center again if I could!

Absolutely anazing!

Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT! It was way more than I imagined. The day went so smoothly for me. Our captains were amazing!

I brought my decorations in labeled boxes, I had a vision in my mind of what I thought the decor would look like, but they BLEW MY MIND!! Our rooms were absolutely beautiful and our head table was chefs kiss!!

Our food was so good! The service from start to finish was 100% 5 stars. I am so happy with the turnout. Communication was great as well! Riley Clark helped me every step of the way!

Best Experience

We had the best experience from Madison Event Center for my daughter’s wedding. From Ashley, Riley and Amy the Captain our time on Saturday was perfect. We had the ceremony in The Loft and the reception in The Galleria. The ability to have everything in one place was so helpful. The communication was always quick. They helped with every aspect of the reception. The bartenders were fantastic and the servers were helpful throughout the night. We loved having a venue that knew what they were doing and obviously communicated in-house so well. We went into that day without a worry because of them and we thank you!

Great all-inclusive package

Our wedding day was perfect!! In no small part because of Janet C, our event captain. She checked in with us several times through the morning in the bridal suite, walked blocks to my (now) husband’s car with him to help move parking barriers due to the “great bridal chase” run happening so he could park in the 8th Street lot, the sound system was stuck on Sirius Radio and she worked to fix it so we could connect our device playlist, our photo booth printer wouldn’t recognize The Madison Wi-Fi so she spent well over 30 minutes helping us troubleshoot it and finally got it connected and working.
Our guests had a wonderful time and Jason and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The room was decorated exactly how we imagined, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were so kind and gracious. The Madison sells itself as being as an all-inclusive venue and that is 100% what you delivered!! From decor and linens, food and bar options, choices of ballrooms, ceremony spaces and bridal suites, and your impeccable service, The Madison was absolutely the “the complete package” for us! Thank you again for all your help in making our wedding perfect for us!

The Madison Event Center helped bring my dream wedding to life!

I had set many venue tours when I first got engaged and The Madison was first on the list. After one tour and learning about all the Madison had to offer, I cancelled all of my other tours and began planning. Shortly after booking, Covid hit. To help with social distancing for our original date, The Madison offered us upgrades at no charge that consisted of a plated meal (instead of a buffet) and a larger room that was available at the time. We found out 3 weeks before our original date that KY had limited weddings down to 25 people. We had always envisioned a big wedding due to having a large family and many friends that we wanted to celebrate with us. I remember frantically calling to learn my options with The Madison and being given a list of available dates within a few hours. Since we had planned a winter wedding, we ultimately decided to keep everything the same and move it to a year later (12/11/21❤️) and, to my surprise, The Madison let us keep our plated meal upgrade! Once our new wedding date got close, Riley, our events specialist, reached out and began to plan our final details and everything went so seamlessly! We were provided times for decor drop off, set up, rehearsal, etc and even an exact timeline for the big day down to the minute. The actual week/day of my wedding was so stress free and this is purely thanks to the Madison. They even called my vendors the week of the wedding and provided an hour of decor set up the day of and because I didn’t have much, they knocked it out as my florist set up our arrangements. Riley was our ceremony captain and told us exactly when to walk down the isle and even answered last minute questions as I sat in the get ready room. Amy & Hayleigh were our reception captains. Amy met us at the door, introduced herself immediately and made sure my husband and I, as well as our parents were enjoying the evening. Paired with our DJ, our captains informed me when it was time to have our intro, eat, cut our cake, etc. Amy even made sure that we each had a drink in our hand whenever we wanted one and my husband says that he felt like royalty all evening! 😂 At the end of the night, Amy handed us a bag that had a hand written note, a bottle of champagne, and a piece of each flavor of our wedding cake that they had saved specifically for us. I can’t thank The Madison enough for making this such a great night - let’s just say they know how to treat their couples and tick all the boxes when it comes to the small details! 😊

Best Wedding Venue, Highly Recommend

The Madison was the perfect venue for our November 2021 wedding! We loved working with every person we came into contact with. They set up the space perfectly, and I love that they do it all, you don't have to do anything the day of your wedding! Everyone was so friendly and responded so quickly to any emails I sent. The day of the wedding our day of caption, Andrew, was amazing. He came and introduced himself right away to us and to our parents. He was slightly short staffed, given the circumstances everyone is experiencing, and he handled it so well. The staff that we had were amazing. Overall it was a great experience that I wish we could relive again! Highly recommend The Madison!

Nothing but amazing things to say about The Madison!

We held both our ceremony (The Loft) and Reception (The Madison Ballroom) at The Madison. We booked our August 2021 wedding back in February 2020 and worked with Ashley. She was awesome and helped to answer every question we had – and even brought up things we hadn’t considered when looking at other venues like the level of service included, champagne toasts, etc. Zoe was our details specialist and went above and beyond to give us the wedding we envisioned. She and the pastry chef even managed to pull off a layered rainbow cake that both looked and tasted amazing! During the planning process we stopped by The Madison multiple times, and everyone there was always so nice and accommodating. They really made us feel special, even if we were just there to take a quick measurement in the ballroom. Patty was our day of coordinator, and she deserves so much praise! She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She checked on us and our parents multiple times throughout the night. She always made sure I had a full glass of water too! I wish I’d had more time to thank her in-person the night of, because I know she’s one of the main reasons everyone had such a great time. It’s been about a month now and our guests are still talking about the food because everything was so good. Overall, if we were to plan our wedding again we would 1,000% choose to hold it at The Madison!

Amazing Venue and Staff

The Madison staff made my wedding experience perfect! We looked at this venue in January 2020 and booked that day with Ashley. Ashley was so kind and so easy to work with! With planning our big day, we met with Zoe and she made sure everything was perfect. From the decor, linens, food, answering the smallest questions and everything is between, Zoe truly did amazing. Getting married in 2020 was definitely one for the books with COVID. Unfortunately we had to postpone two weeks before our big day. Ashley took care of us and truly supported us which I will forever be thankful for. Our wedding celebration happened five months after postponing and everything was what we truly wanted and more. Our wedding celebration was a day I wish we could relive over and over again. The Madison staff will take care of you and support you with your needs and others you won't even think about. They are truly amazing and I will always recommend them. Book with The Madison!

Best Wedding Ever

I wish I could put into words how immensely thankful/grateful I am for the Hotel Covington/The Madison staff. Our wedding day was better than anything I could’ve ever dreamed of. The room, the food, the staff, the experience… it was all perfect. It was a fairytale and a day that will play over and over again in my head. If you are thinking about holding your wedding at Hotel Covington/The Madison—BOOK NOW. You won’t regret it. Zoe helped turn my wedding vision into a reality. She was with us throughout the entire process, answering every little question I had and ensuring my wedding day was everything I wished for. She is truly one of the sweetest souls and it really was a joy working with her. I don’t know if I could’ve made it through COVID wedding planning without Zoe. Zoe and all of The Madison staff were so helpful in dealing with COVID protocols. I also would like to shout out Patty Cunningham, our night-of coordinator. She was absolutely amazing. She not only made sure my husband and I were taken care of all night, but also our parents. She made sure to box up each flavor of cake/cake pops and she is the only reason we got to try our wedding cake. She was our wedding night fairy godmother. Her attentiveness did not go unnoticed and she deserves all of the accolades in the world. I would 100% recommend. If I had to do it all again, I'd book here every time.

Amazingly perfect!

We honestly couldn't be more thrilled with the service the day of our wedding and reception. Zoe was there every step of the way leading up to the day of and you were so attentive to our anxiety especially during the pandemic. Our day of coordinator, Ashley, was absolutely AMAZING! She was so detailed and attentive to our needs. She was amazing at the rehearsal as well. The ceremony was flawless and absolutely beautiful! The courtyard at Hotel Covington is the most beautiful spot for a ceremony. We couldn't have asked for more. I was stunned when I walked into the reception! Everything was exactly how I expected it and the room was just beautiful. Ashley and William were so attentive to not only use, but our families. Anything we needed, they were right there with it! My drink glass was not empty at any point during the night thanks to the two of them.
We couldn't be more pleased with everything! You all take care of every detail and make the process and the day of extremely easy! I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley Bangi who showed us the spaces when we were looking for a place to have our wedding. I cannot speak highly enough about you, always returning our emails and answering our phone calls. You never sugar coated anything and the honesty was extremely helpful during this crazy time. Finally, Ashley and William were ALL STARS with their attentiveness and services.
We are so grateful that we were able to have our special day at The Madison.

Wonderful venue!!

The Madison was amazing!!! From the time we had our first visit to the last minute of our wedding, they were wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and caring and they made sure we had everything that we needed and that everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Amazing place to have a wedding!

The Loft and Galleria

The Madison was one of the best decision we made for our wedding day. They made everything so so so easy. From the space, staff, food, coordnation- everything was exceptional. We had so many compliments on our food in particular (we have the gold level). Our wedding was in The Loft and our reception was in the Galleria (the new renovations are really beautiful).

Perfect venue for our needs!

I am not a DIY'er, I wanted a place to help me pull off an amazing wedding for a reasonable price, and this place was a perfect fit! I had a million little questions and each one was answered quickly and I was never made to feel like it was a pain or that I was asking too much. We had our ceremony and reception there, and the team made sure we wanted for nothing! Seriously we had no issues or hiccups the entire day! The food was perfect, I will dream of their brisket for the rest of my life! The space was decorated beautifully and they even moved my memorial table from ceremony to reception! They even communicated with all the vendors so my stress level was always low. I can't thank everyone enough for helping us have the perfect day!

The Full Package

The Madison Event Center does a ton of weddings but I never felt as if they treated my day as any less special. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The day of, all we had to do was enjoy the ride. The food was wonderful (we got quite a few compliments) and the ceremony/reception spaces were so beautiful. I would definitely recommend!

Wedding Reception

Our wedding was the best ever!! The Madison helped make our wedding so special! Zoe was awesome with helping us with our details, she is so kind and nice! Patty and Jake were amazing at our reception! They were always there to help us and make sure we were having a great time and asking what we needed. They helped with my dress and even gave us a hot towel after our cake smash when cutting the cake. They made sure we had enough to eat, were comfortable, and if we needed a drink they were there! They wanted us to have the best night ever and they for sure made our night amazing! Everyone we met at the Madison was great and so helpful we are so happy and lucky they were our venue! Everyone was great! Best day ever.

Ideal experience

The Madison does it all. Their pricing is up front and all inclusive, no surprises. They communicated with our outside vendors (photo, video, flowers, DJ) and coordinated everything. We didn’t have to worry about any details. They are thorough and make sure everything is exactly how you want it. They even let you taste all menu items a few months out so you know exactly what to choose. I would recommend to anyone.

Heitkamp/Nuesse June 1, 2019 Wedding Reception

My daughter recently (June 1, 2019) had her reception at the Madison. There is not enough time or space to even begin to tell you how wonderful they were to work with! From our first meeting in November with Ashley Bangi to our final details meeting with Zoe Mendenhall in May, they were extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Both were eager to help in any way, promptly returned emails/calls, and took care of everything!! They were fabulous!!! The night of the event, the night coordinators Jake, Spencer, and Ashley had everything under total control so we could thoroughly enjoy the reception. They went above and beyond, to help us and ensure the evening went well. At the end of the event they helped us load everything up and even helped us get all the gifts, decorations, etc. to where they had to go---again above and beyond! The guests continue talking about the great service and attentiveness of the staff, how they all worked so hard, and what a wonderful place the Madison was! Many even expressed that they couldn't believe how they were greeted by staff offering them vouchers for the parking and how they were made to feel so welcome. Many of the guests have also expressed that based on their experience of the evening, they have recommended the Madison to others. As for us, there aren't enough stars to adequately rate the Madison. They excel in all areas--personnel, service, facilities, support, presentation, quality, food, etc. We personally have also told others that if they ever have to have a wedding reception, look no further than the Madison! They are definitely "one stop" wedding event planning! Thank you to each of the employees for making my daughter's wedding reception absolutely perfect in every way! You are the best!

Wonderful and Accommodating

The Madison was extremely accommodating to our needs. They were able to work with our budget to help make my dreams come true. They were helpful every step of the process making sure they had every detail that I wanted for the reception. They also worked with all the vendors to coordinate set up and drop off times so that I wouldn't have to worry about it the day of the wedding. The night of the wedding there was someone who was dedicated to make sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. They made sure we had whatever we wanted to drink and they brought us the food from the buffet. Everyone was wonderful throughout the whole process!

So far so good!

I've had a great experience so far with The Madison. I've recommended them to multiple brides so far and I love it. I've been to several weddings here as well and had a great time as a guest.

Amazing and helpful

We were working directly with Zoe and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating and answered emails quickly. The staff even helped us clean up decorations we brought in ourselves after the reception even though it's not required of them. They were always coming up to me throughout the night to see if there was anything I needed. I would definitely recommend using this venue.

Absolutely Amazing!

We met with Ashley at the Madison and she was wonderful. The space is gorgeous! The staff is so friends and made me for at ease that every little detail will be handled without having to stress about it. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vendor

We loved our experience at The Madison. It started with a great wedding planner who was easy to work with and ended with such hospitality as the workers packed up desserts for us. The food was delicious and they were willing to accommodate guests with unique food needs, which is rare.

Perfect Night

I cannot thank the staff at the Madison Event Center enough. Everything about our wedding was absolutely perfect. From the food, to the venue, the decorations – I do not even have one complaint.
Thank you to Zoe for helping us with every question we had along the way and making this so easy to set up and prepare for. Nicole also was there for our initial tour of the venue and some stuff initially, so thank you to you as well.
Also, I have to give the highest praise for Ashley our event captain the night of. She was AMAZING. She had everything figured out for us, and she made sure there wasn’t a single hold up the entire night. Honestly, Ashley did more than I would have ever expected her to, checking on us occasionally and making sure things were great. Without her I don’t think the night would have been as great.
Also, FANTASTIC bartending/food service staff. They were so funny and wonderful, the guests also LOVED them.
15/10, absolutely recommend.

Amazing experience

My daughter got married at The Madison and from the moment we walked in it was an amazing experience. Very professional, they make you feel special every step of the way. Their prices are reasonable, and they handle all the details. Ashley took such great care of every detail, answered a ton of our questions and the whole experience was exactly what we wanted and expected. Food was delicious, the Emerald Room was the perfect size and so beautiful it didn't need much decorations. I could not have been happier. Nothing negative to say at all. Every single staff member was attentive and helpful.

I now understand why EVERYONE goes to The Madison to get married!

Our wedding, ceremony, and reception was beyond anything we ever dreamed of! EVERYTHING went off without a hitch, the timing was perfect, every detailed was cared for, and THE SERVICE was absolutely astounding!

I now understand why EVERYONE goes to The Madison to get married, they all are THE BEST at what you do and make every event you host feel personal and one of a kind, and Ian and I cannot thank them enough for making our day unforgettable!

We just had our wedding at the Madison South (Madison Ballroom) this past weekend and it was truly a night we will never forget. We were so happy with all of the staff we worked with (Ashley, Zoe, and Amy). The venue was classy and all of the staff was organized and responsive. The food was amazing!

Married on 9/23/18 at The Madison-South...The Loft and The Galleria! The entire process was wonderful! Candace, Zoe and Carla helped to make rhis rhe wedding that I'd always dreampt of. Everything went off without a hitch. I can't thank them enough for making our day PERFECT!

My husband and I chose the Madison Event Center for our wedding reception and we could not be happier with our choice!! It is a beautiful event space, conveniently located and with great perks (1 free hour of decorating, Hotel Covington upgrades, etc). Most importantly, the staff is SO friendly and SO hardworking they will go above and beyond to ensure you have the most fantastic day. Zoe was out event details specialist and she is a dream come true. She ensured our day was perfect and was very communicative throughout the whole planning process. The day of coordinators - Amy and Jake - were also incredible. They really looked out for us and ensured every moment was perfect. Amy even packed up all of our decor and wheeled it across the street for us to our Hotel Room in the middle of a downpour. She was super patient, never rushed us, and extremely helpful. We could not have survived this day without the help of the Madison staff. We are SO happy we chose them and can't recommend them enough!

We held our daughter's wedding in the Emerald room at the Madison Event Center. It couldn't have been more perfect! The event coordinators were fantastic. They always had an answer to our many questions. The staff the night of the event was very attentive to our needs. They were in constant contact with my daughter, making sure she had everything she needed and also with my husband and I. It was the easiest planning from start to finish. My daughter's wedding was on a Friday night, so they let us decorate the day before with ease. At the end of the reception night, I blinked and everything was cleaned, boxed up and on carts to take to our car. They even loaded it for us. I am so pleased we chose this venue. It truly made our daughter's day magical.

Our daughter and son in-law had their wedding reception at The Madison in June. Through the whole process of planning and preparing, the personnel was amazing! During the preparations, they offered many options and ideas for how to make the ballroom look just right! The option of the Chiavari chairs-- amazing! During the event, we couldn't have had better service. With appetizers on the Sweetheart table - ensuring the bride and groom ate when they arrived, and wine pre-poured for the parents of the bride when we arrived - it was all so perfect! The food was fabulous - people were commenting for days after. The Madison made our daughter's most important day - perfect!

My husband and I cannot say enough about The Madison and its staff. They were AMAZING!!! We didn't want for anything the entire night, never had an empty glass :) They are so accommodating, willing to work with you to make your day exactly how you want it to be. I will recommend them always. Candice was our planning person and Tracy was our day of person. These two ladies were outstanding!!! Our day couldn't have been what it was without them!!

My husband and I are so glad we had our ceremony and reception at the Madison! Having an all inclusive venue made everything so much easier and I don't think we could have done it otherwise. Candice made sure we had everything figured out and ready to go and she was always so sweet and kind with my many questions and indecision. She was so wonderful to work with and I feel so so so lucky that she was part of our wedding. On the night of our rehearsal we met our coordinator, Dwight, who I can not speak more highly of. He was good humored, professional, efficient, and so nice. He made the night go absolutely perfect and made sure my husband and I, along with our guests, had everything we needed. All night we just could not believe how lucky we were to have him there! I don't even think I can express my gratitude for him. The venue looked beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious (the mashed potatoes are AWESOME), and they accomadated everyone's dietary restrictions with no extra charge. Candice and Dwight, you two are priceless. Thank you thank you thank you!

The Madison was an awesome venue to work with! I as well as my guests couldn't get over how nice the staff was the entire night! Everyone was blown away by how well they were treated by our day of coordinator, Jake. He made sure everyone was comfortable the entire time. Jake put me at ease during the rehearsal as well as the actual wedding day. His cool and calm demeanor really kept a relaxing temperament for everyone. Also, Candice Rains was a great help leading up to the big day. She was very flexible when I wanted to make changes and was very prompt with responses. If you want your reception to stand out from the rest, you will have to pay the price, but I can assure that it will turn out beautiful. Amazing venue with amazing service!!!

We cannot thank The Madison Event Center enough for making our wedding day beyond perfect. From the start every detail was taken care of and it made the adventure of wedding planning so enjoyable. Our wedding day was the very best. They took very good care of us, our bridal party, and all of our guests in attendance. Tracey Herron and Ashley Proffitt were our event captains and made sure the reception went exactly as planned with all the joy in the world. Ashley Bangi and Emily West were fabulous at helping with all of the initial planning for our perfect day. The food was also excellent. We did the buffet setting and got so many compliments on the food. We also did the skyline coneys as our late night snack and they were an absolute hit. If we could go back to our wedding day and do it all over again we would do it exactly the same way down to the smallest detail. It was our best day ever!

I don’t even really know where to start. Our experience at the Madison was wonderful! Emily who met me the week prior to the wedding went over all my ideas and thoughts and put it all together on our wedding day better than I could have imaged it! Now for the actual staff who were there during our wedding reception. These individuals were above and beyond excellent! Every single wait staff were all very kind, happy, professional, and willing to do whatever they could for you. A huge thanks to Jake- who was amazing! He introduced himself to my husband and I as soon as we got there, and made sure we had everything we needed and more! He constantly made sure we had a drink, he offered as well as made us both dinner plates- so we didn’t have to go through the buffet line. He brought us appetizers to our head table to ensure we got some, and was just on the ball. Everything flowed very smoothly without any hitches. I unfortunately can’t remember all of the staffs names but Tim our Bartender for the night was awesome! Thanks to everyone at the Madison for giving us the reception we had only dreamed about!

The Madison was a wonderful choice for our wedding. I don't know what I would have done without having our event coordinator Dwight there on our wedding day. He took care of everything I needed and things I didn't even think of. I could not have had a more perfect day and that was all due to the amazing staff at the Madison. We held our ceremony there and it was gorgeous- so easy for everyone to just head downstairs to the reception after. The food was amazing- our guests were all raving. We chose to do a dessert bar vs. cake and everyone loved it. The bourbon bar added a special touch to our day. We couldn't have been more pleased. Ashley was our coordinator and she helped me with all of the planning was so responsive throughout the process. I could not have asked for more.

We just had our perfect reception in the Madison Ballroom. We came in a week after getting engaged and were hooked from the first time we spoke with Ashley Bangi. She was very relatable, understanding, and accommodating. She put all of our fears at ease and made it a truly pleasant experience. She was incredibly flexible, which was very important for this Indecisive Bride. She made everything so easy! The night of was AMAZING! Our Team Leader Tabitha was INCREDIBLE. She made sure my groom and I had drinks in hand if needed, got us more from the buffet so we didn't have to get up and wait in line (which we did NOT mind doing!). The whole team was fantastic, very on top of timing and making the night go smoothly. If there was any kind of problem, we wouldn't have even known! THE MADISON IS AMAZING!

Having our daughters wedding and reception at the Madison was the best decision hands down. Ashley was extremely easy to work with and did a great job guiding us through the whole process. The day could not have gone smoother. Every single person was helpful and accommodating. The Terrace was beautiful for the wedding and the reception in the Emerald was amazing. The food was awesome- everyone commented on the food! Decorated beautifully! We loved every thing about the Madison!

The Madison was the best to work with! Being an out of town bride they were quick and very responsive to any questions I had no matter how big or small. The venue and the services they provided were the best we found on the market. We had our reception in The Emerald Ballroom which provided the perfect ambience and size we were looking for. My whole wedding experience was wonderful! Candice helped me plan every detail with ease (which was hard some days since I did not live close.) Now let me tell you about Jake. I cannot say enough amazing things about this man and his event team. He kept me calm, helped me relax, took care of everything my husband and I needed, and even cleaned and packed all of our décor and chargers! I had forgotten to move my car to the center for décor loading and this AMAZING MAN and his AMAZING TEAM walked all of my stuff down to Hotel Covington without any of my friends or family lifting a finger. My guests were commenting on how they were taken care of by Jake and his team and were blown away by the customer service.

If you want a seamless planning process, OUTRAGEOUSLY good food, and to have you and your guests completely pampered on your day then book the Madison Event Center and request Candice and Jake!

We really appreciate the effort and personal attention we received from the entire waitstaff. Big thank you to our event captains Darren Rose and Ashley Fossitt. Not only did they take care of everything they also took the time to talk with us, get to know us and make sure everything was running smoothly.
Big thank you for assisting my grandfather with getting the cake set up and if he says the place was impressive then it must be true.
We 100 percent recommend the Madison and you will not be disappointed.

This place is amazing. Candice was my coordinator and she was extremely professional and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. You get day of coordinators on the day of the wedding and these people make everything perfect. They all did their best to service and check in on everyone. This place went above and beyond to make our special day worth every penny. I truly cannot recommend this place enough.

We had an amazing experience having our son's wedding/reception at the facility. Everything was perfect! Jake was incredible managing the entire evening and the wait staff was attentive, kind, and professional. The food was so good (everyone thought so.....so many complements) and my son and his wife were treated like royalty.......they loved it! If you're looking for a venue to have your event at, look no further than the Madison because they will take excellent care of all your needs. We even had a couple come in very late (through no fault of their own) and I asked if we could make a couple of plates of food for them (the food had been taken away at this point of the evening) and without hesitation I had two plates in my hands while he loaded them with food (which was kept warm in the warmer) so as I laid the food on the table for our very hungry guest, I was quickly followed by the waiter with utensils & napkins.......amazing!! The whole event without issues....just perfect!

We could not be more please with the how amazing our reception turned out, how friendly and responsive all the staff members were, and how accommodating everyone was to our requests. Ashely, was our wedding coordinator and we absolutely loved her! She was so easy to work with and made all of the wedding planning a lot less stressful. Hands down the best decision we made for the wedding was to book with The Madison! We booked our wedding almost a year out and ended up switching event coordinators due to the original girl leaving (both were amazing and helpful). Not sure how other brides are, but I had SO many questions and was constantly emailing Jessica and then Lindsay Rogers (our event coordinator when Jessica left). They were both quick to respond, even during evening hours and holiday breaks. I was really impressed with how quick they were to help!

In addition to the helpfulness of the coordinators, another great part was we had to do nothing besides pick what we wanted and drop off additional decorations if we wanted. I had helped my sister with her wedding two years ago and it was all DIY and all stressful. Having it at The Madison was no stress at all because they did everything and truly were all-inclusive.

My guests loved the venue, the bar, the food, and the late-nite breakfast that we included! The day-of coordinators were just as wonderful and helped everything go off without any hiccups. Dwight helped with our ceremony and Ashley helped with our reception. I don't recall the name of our bartender becasue Ashley was constantly getting me drinks (I literally didn't have to do anything on the wedding night besides say "I do" and that's it)!

If you are looking for a beautiful, classy, and elegant venue - book The Madison. If you are looking for easy, no stress, and fun - book The Madison. Seriously, I don't have anything negative to say. They decorated, they made the food (which was amazing - definitely try the goetta bites and the brisket), they even packed up everything at the end and loaded it in the car.

Hands down, greatest venue I could have asked for for my wedding night!

We booked this place four weeks out from our wedding date after our previously booked venue cancelled on us. It could not have gone any better. The staff is incredible, food was spectacular and I really can't say enough great things. The Madison made this the best day of our lives. It is worth every penny.

We 100% recommend The Madison. They delivered a first class, picture-perfect wedding. Ashley, our event specialist, was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Jake, our day-of coordinator, was incredibly professional and went above and beyond expectations to make our wedding as seamless as possible. Planning was so much easier because their package pricing includes things like centerpieces, linens, champagne toast, complimentary parking, etc. The Taste & Toast event (complimentary dinner and drinks prior to the event) was wonderful and made us even more confident in the food, service, and staff. Several guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding and were very impressed with the ballroom and overall décor. It could not have gone better, and we’re so happy we chose The Madison.

My husband and I chose the Madison as our venue for both our ceremony and our reception. The whole process was so easy and so fun. Candice Rain was our coordinator up until the event, and she was outstanding. For the price and everything they offer, it was easily the best decision I made during the whole planning process. Our day went off without a hitch, it was picture perfect in every way! The rehearsal dinner and day of team were phenomenal. They answered every question and allowed the ceremony to go so well! If I had to do it again, I'd do everything at the Madison in a heart beat. The food was wonderful, decor perfect, and the staff was outstanding. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved The Madison! We had our wedding in The Loft and our reception in the Grand Ballroom and it was the best wedding experience. Our wedding planner handled everything. I'm a very "Type A" person and I was able to sit back and enjoy the whole process! The night of our wedding ran so perfectly. I have had many people compliment that it was the best wedding they've ever been to!

My husband and I absolutely loved the Madison. I can't think of anything but positive things to say about this venue. Every part of the process was made easier by getting married at the Madison and they were extremely personable. I felt like they knew exactly what they were doing because they had done it hundreds of times before but still felt very special! The reason that we went with the Madison in the first place was because it's mainly "all-inclusive", that is to say they have the tables, chairs, linens, decorations, bar, drinks, food, buffet, vases, votives, etc. You really don’t have to book a TON of vendors and there's not much to bring in for your reception. We loved that we only had to bring in the items that personalized our reception and not all the "basics". We chose to do our ceremony and reception at the Madison and it was absolutely perfect. It was easy for our guests and for us! The ceremony was just as beautiful as the reception. I would recommend the Madison to anyone looking for a wedding venue! They do such a wonderful job that you can really focus on what makes your wedding day so special and leave coordinating the details up to them!

Absolutely beautiful. Lindsey Rogers was our planner. She is amazing!! My daughter was married in 2016 and the reception was at The Madison South. Emily's reception was beautiful. When her twin, Patrick, became engaged we knew we wanted to look at The Madison for the rehearsal. I can not say enough about the venue and the staff.

Our son and daughter-in-law had their wedding reception at the Madison Event Center in the Crystal Ballroom in September, 2016. We appreciated the pre-planning, including the food tasting, which gave us plenty of options from which to choose. The food, service and atmosphere were great! We had such a wonderful time and are so thankful for the Madison staff for all they did to help the bride and groom and all of us to have such a special, memorable evening.

The Madison was absolutely amazing. We brought in a lot of our own decor with a certain vision in mind and the Madison staff nailed the set up. The food was amazing and tasted the exact same as when we first tried it. The grande ballroom was gorgeous, fit 240 of our guests comfortably and looked better than what we could have imagined. Ashley was the absolute best to work with and I know everything looked perfect and went so smoothly due to all her hard work. She always responded quickly to my questions and gave me some of the most helpful suggestions. The staff the night of the wedding was exceptional as well! My husband and I never had an empty drink in our hand and after boxing up all of our decor for us they even went next door to Hotel Covington where we were staying to help us drop if off in our hotel room. I am so thankful we chose the Madison Event Center for our special day!!

My husband and I originally wanted an outdoor, rustic/”grungy” wedding, but living in Cincinnati, we knew it wasn’t a great idea, especially for early October. Once we saw the Madison we both knew we found the perfect location for our wedding. We were married in the Terrace which is amazing without having to bring in additional décor. It was the perfect amount of rustic/grunge (exposed brick walls and ceiling) while still romantic and very warm. Once we saw the Grande Ballroom for our reception we were completely sold. It was different from every other venue we visited and it was spacious enough for our huge families without seeming too big.
Not only were the ceremony and reception spaces amazing, but the team at the Madison was just as awesome. Ashley was such a help while I was having breakdowns over napkin color choices (the struggle was real) and throughout the entire planning process. If we ever had a question, hesitation or new idea she was there with a quick response and trying her hardest to make our day perfect for us. Both Tabitha and Josh were GREAT during the ceremony and reception. They made sure we had what we needed at all times and always had a smile on our face! We could not have asked for a better venue and better individuals to work with. You can truly tell they care and your big day is just as important to them as it is to you! On top of it all, the food was unreal. Our guests commented multiple times how fun and different our food choices were (we were able to do all night appetizers verses a sit down dinner and had a mini burger/buffalo chicken bar that came out later in the night). The drinks were just as good as the food. I can honestly say there is not one thing I would have changed about the entire process with the Madison!

I absolutely loved having my wedding ceremony and reception at The Madison. During the planning process, wedding coordinator couldn't have been more helpful. She was attentive, quick with responses, and so willing to work with all of our special requests. The food was incredible. The chef worked with our many requests: gluten-free, vegetarian, food with very little spice/seasoning for our elderly guests who can't handle many things. We have gotten so many compliments on it. Our DOC couldn't have been more helpful. We had monsoon rain and brief power outages leading up to the ceremony, but she kept everyone calm and things moving along. During the reception, she was working nonstop to give myself, my groom, and our parents anything we could have needed. I definitely recommend The Madison to all brides and grooms.

I am so happy we booked The Madison for our reception venue. I couldn't of asked for a better place and they really take all the stress and worry out the wedding day and pre wedding planning. All of our guest were very impressed by the place and kept telling us how good the food was and how nice the staff was. I would always pick the Madison they are the best.

The Madison was great! We had so many compliments from our wedding about how great the food was, the decor and how fun it was! I would choose the Madison over and over again. I highly reccommend them! Also, Candice the wedding planner at the Madison was awesome! She was so easy to talk to and was a huge help. What is also great is that the Madison doesnt have any hidden fees and lays everything out on the table that makes everything easy to follow. I was never worried that anything wouldnt get done. Do yourself a favor and book with the Madison!!

My daughter used this venue for her wedding and reception. We used the smaller room. The staff was wonderful. We provided many of the decorations and table settings. They were very accommodating in allowing that to happen. We had purchased much of it prior to deciding to use this venue. They set the tables and had everything set up beautifully. We only had to do the decorations. At the end of the night they even helped to break it all down. I thought we would have all that to do ourselves. The only name I remember is Carly and she was absolutely the best. the bartender and the guy who took care of the buffet was also great. The only two things i can say that are negative is that i think they took the food away too quickly, however maybe i just didn;t realize how long it had been out. The other issue is the construction in the area, which they have no control over. They provide valet parking which is a major plus for anyone who is not familiar with the area or if it is raining like it was that night. All in all everything was great.

We just hosted our daughter's wedding in The Madison Grand Ballroom. The venue was fabulous. The food delicious, the service wonderful, flowing drinks and the guests loved the photo booth. My wedding day at the Madison couldn't have been any better. All of my family and friends have called it the "event of the year!" It's been two months, and I am still getting texts and calls regarding how amazing it was. The ballroom was stunning and set up exactly as I wanted, the food was fantastic, and the night of staff waited on my husband and I hand and foot - making sure we never had an empty glass. It was truly amazing - they don't miss a beat. All of the staff I have encountered there have been very passionate and kind during the entire planning process. My husband and I could not be more thrilled with the wedding day and that is all thanks to The Madison. Thank you for making our big day absolutely perfect!!!!

Our entire experience with the Madison has been fantastic. Their staff was quick to respond to any questions, attentive to our needs, and personally invested in making sure our big day was everything we had hoped for.

We needed a venue that would be all-in-one (ceremony+reception), catering, and a little ambiance. The Madison delivered on all of these fronts, and then some. The galleria ballroom was beautiful, and the perfect size for ~105 guest wedding. Our guests all commented to us how much they loved the appetizer and dinner selections.

On the day of our wedding, the staff was extremely courteous and personable. We felt as if they were celebrating with us. Tracey Herron was a godsend, and we are so grateful she was there to ensure our night went smoothly.

I recently had my wedding there it was amazing I'm the groom so I didn't expect the event coordinator to ask me what I wanted like when to serve the food ext. But she was asking me if I needed this or that an how about doing this now it took me by suprise. Its a great affordable place I would give them ten stars if I could

We love the idea of having a venue that's all inclusive, but we didn't expect it to be this great! from food, service, chairs & tables, lighting everything was fantastic! Jessica Bothman was our wedding specialist, she was so great to work with, very quick to respond and accommodating to her clients. I was getting nervous as we get closer to our date, and was sending her back to back emails questions about every little things, but she was so patient and reassuring. The food was phenomenal! everybody was talking about how great the food taste!, best wedding food we've ever had!. The service was amazing, Jake Buckler was our event captain/coordinator, he made sure I had everything I need to have a great time in our wedding reception. The staff provided an amazing service and everybody in our wedding had a great time! Definitely worth every penny, a memory we will share with our family :)

Beautiful ballrooms and ceremony rooms to select from. It's so nice that's its all in one (food, bar, tables, setup/cleaning, etc) instead of contracting multiple different vendors. This a time is when all eggs in one basket seems appropriate! All representatives we've worked with have been more than perfect. I'd recommend that Madison to everyone :)

Amber at the Madison was AMAZING!! She was so great to work with and I had an amazing experience with her! I only invited around 50 guests to my ceremony and reception and the Madison accommodated me perfectly. We had our reception in the Madison Ballroom at the Madison Event Center. Amber was our coordinator and she was great! She was there to answer any questions we had and was so easy to work with! The night of the reception was perfect with the help of the staff! They definitely made the entire process easy and as stress free as you could get!

The Madison Event Center staff is everything a bride and groom could ask for. They were amazing and always there by our side when we needed a drink. We could not have asked for a better staff. We love them and want to thank them soo much!!!

The Madison Event Center was an AWESOME venue to have our wedding and reception at. We were in The Madison South building. The Loft was beautiful and had a great ambiance for our ceremony. The Galleria Room was set up wonderfully with our decorations, and the service was awesome. Robbin (our event planner) was great to work with, as she helped up coordinate the night to make it into something we would never forget!

We had our reception in the Grande Ballroom of the Madison on 03/28/2015 (our rehearsal dinner was also at the Madison the night before). Our night turned out absolutely perfect. We had 200+ guests and the Grande Ballroom very comfortably held everyone. We received many compliments on the food. All of the employees there are fabulous. Brittney was our wedding coordinator and worked with my husband and I. She is extremely pleasant, was always quick to respond to our emails and calls, and even helped me with parts of planning that weren't necessarily a part of her job. Our head server during the reception, Nancy, frequently checked in on my husband and I throughout the night, and always made sure our glasses were never less than half full. We also received many compliments on the bartenders. I have nothing negative to review on the Madison and absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Amazing team here at the Madison! Brittney was my coordinator, and was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I reside in New York, but I am orginally from Ohio so we had our wedding at this location. Brittney assisted me in planning my wedding while out of state. She was very flexible in planning meeting times, as I had to travel to OH/KY to plan when I had free weekends. I am so grateful to Brittney and the Madison team! Our wedding was amazing and all my guests keep talking about how beautiful it was! I even had a guest say it was the event of the year! Thank you so much Brittney and the Madison team that was apart of the Fleary wedding! I will recommend to everyone I know getting married.

We had both our ceremony and wedding reception at the Madison Event Center on May 9, 2015. Our ceremony was in the Loft and the reception in The Grande Ballroom. The loft and Grande Ballroom are both so elegant and beautiful! We had so many compliments from our guests, many saying the Madison was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. We had originally planned to have our reception in one of the other ballrooms at the Madison but after seeing the Grande Ballroom we fell in love!! It was worth the extra money to us.! The food and beverages were great as well! We planned our wedding from out of town and did not get a chance to do a taste testing before hand. We went with the Madison's recommendations for food choices and it was all delicious!! Many guests complimented on this as well. The staff at the Madison were great from the start!! Our event planner Robbin was on top of things throughout the entire planning process! She was easy to work with, very sweet and provided answers and suggestions to all of our questions. Our rehearsal and day of coordinator Sharon was awesome as well! She helped things run smoothly at the ceremony and catered to us during the reception! We never had an empty drink in our hands!! We have no complaints or regrets regarding the Madison and are so glad we choose this venue!! We would definitely recommend the Madison to anyone who wants a beautiful and awesome wedding!!

Where can I begin to share how amazing The Madison was for our daughter's wedding! As parents of the bride, and our first experience with wedding planning and the fact that we lived out of town, we thought this was going to be a very difficult challenge for us! This couldn't be further from the truth though. Brittney Lee was our planner and she was simply AMAZING! When they say they're all inclusive, they mean it! From the beginning, our initial search for a venue, after checking out three other places, The Madison was hard to compete with! The Emerald Room was the perfect choice for an elegant wedding reception. Since we were working with a specific theme, we chose to use our own décor; however, their centerpieces would have been beautiful as well. The organization and planning that Brittney walked us through was second to none. If we had a question, she had a specific answer or "looked into" it. Brittney also had some recommendations for a florist (Blossoms) and renting an extended dance floor as well. We couldn't believe how detail minded and organized both Brittney and the Madison were! This was HUGE since we were out of town. One of the best parts of the planning was that Brittney suggested we have all décor delivered to The Madison the week of the wedding and we labeled all boxes with table numbers, cake table, bridal table etc. They helped set things up the morning of the wedding as the groom and friends helped as well. Another part of the planning that was really beneficial was the tasting we attended a couple months before the wedding to help determine our menu. Our final meeting with Brittney was very detailed and she took numerous notes. We can't say enough about Brittney and all she did to make sure everything went perfect for our daughter's big day! The food was delicious as well and when we walked into the reception everything was as planned... AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL! We received so many compliments on how gorgeous everything was!

I have been working with Robbin Walker at the Madison. She has been nothing but great and down to earth. No games or beating around the bush or salesman type of service. She new my tight budget and got me exactly what I wanted out of a venue. I'm excite she is on this journey with us!

The Madison Event Center gave me my dream wedding and I could not be happier with my decision to have my reception there. Brittney was my event planner and made my planning process SO easy. She was always quick to respond to any of my texts/calls/emails and had answers to all of my questions/requests, no matter how big or small. Brittney was able to provide me with opinions when I couldn't make decisions on my own and also provided me with several recommendations for vendors around the city. The day of my wedding was like a fairytale and I truly felt that I was treated like a princess. The staff at the Madison were SO accommodating to not only me but my guests as well. I constantly had a staff member checking on me to see if I needed a drink or anything at all really - and this alone relieved so much stress off of myself. We had our reception in the Grande Ballroom which was absolutely beautiful and timeless. My guests have raved about the Madison since the day after wedding which makes me feel great. We had a large wedding (around 350 guests) and there is no doubt that the Madison was the best bang for our buck, by a landslide. The food was DELICIOUS, and they even offered a late-night food bar which was a nice surprise to my guests. Bottom line is choose the Madison, choose Brittney, and choose the late-night slider station :)

We had our daughters wedding reception in the grande ballroom. We worked with Brittany, who got every last detail we expected. The food, service and drinks were beyond my expections. We still have people raving about the dinner. Everything was very organized and went just perfect!

Absolutely LOVED this venue. My coordinators name is Amber Celesti. She is BEYOND amazing, so helpful and actually cares about your big day and helping in every way possible. I would highly recommend The Madison Event Center. We are having both ceremony there and wedding. We chose the loft for ceremony and the crystal ballroom for the reception. This staff does pretty much everything for you and makes it so simple to plan. They do pretty much everything for you. Amber played a big role in why we chose the Madison as well. She is the most friendly, amicable, energetic and not pushy at all person. She took time to listen to our questions and concerned and i feel she really cared about us and that we weren't just a dollar sign. She did SO much to help us and was just perfect. The entire staff was very professional too. we looked at other venues and they went through everything so fast didn't really listen very well and were outrageously priced. Amber answered any question we had, after we had left in a matter of minutes. they truly care about you there and they really want your big day to be perfect and I love that about them. again I would HIGHLY recommend The Madison Event Center, especially if you want the least amount of stress possible in planning your big deal. hope this review can help I could go on for days and how amazing that place is. It is BEAUTIFUL too! Great for pictures. I can not wait !!

My daughters wedding took place at the Madison Event Center. Her wedding was everything we dreamed it could be. Elegant but very affordable. The Madison staff did such a fabulous job in both the planning and the execution of the ceremony and reception.

Our event planner was on top of everything during the 8 months we were planning for the wedding. The night of the ceremony and reception our event coordinator Carla was fabulous.

Do also have to add that the food was wonderful as well.. So many of our guest commented on how good the food was, and that they went home stuffed :)

I am more than pleased with the services provided by the Madison for my Nov.1 wedding. They were very accommodating, the food and drinks were great and the staff was extremely professional. The all inclusive package made for easy planning but they were flexible enough that I could do some things on my own to make my wedding uniquely mine.

Got married there in September and could not be happier with the day our wedding went! The Madison helped with the entire planning process and gave the bridesmaids a bridal suite the day of including champagne and snacks. The rehearsal and "day of" coordinator was fantastic and made the process easy. Highly recommend Amber C. as an event planner - she was fantastic! Very flexible and easy to work with.

The food and service received many compliments from friends and family. We had our wedding in the Grande Ballroom - what a gorgeous setting! Would definitely choose the Madison if we had to do it all over again. Thanks!

I was highly satisfied with The Madison. We met with them over a year before our wedding date along with many other reception halls in the Cincinnati area. We were convinced as soon as we got there. Not only is the place BEAUTIFUL, but we got it 50% off for having our reception early (it was 12pm-5pm on a Saturday)! Following our initial meeting, our representative contacted us several times during the next year to work out every detail. I could email/call anytime with questions. The Madison is truly an all-inclusive deal. Each hall holds a certain amount of people and you pay one set price. We got the largest hall (The Grand, I believe) and it held over 350 people. Since it is a set price, we felt the freedom to invite more guests because it wasn't per person like most other reception halls. They also provided food, tablecloths, seat covers, and center pieces. They took care of every detail and were so efficient throughout the whole process. We could not have been more impressed. The food is also EXCELLENT! We got several comments about the great food and the great hall after our wedding reception. I highly recommend the Madison!
