Erica was lovely to work with! She made every second of my wedding exactly what I had envisioned, which I’m sure was an incredibly difficult task as I often didn’t have a strong answer to her questions. I reached out to work with Erica as I realized my wedding was coming up in a few months and I hadn’t planned much yet (I was on maternity leave and anticipated having far more free time than I actually did for wedding planning). She helped me focus my vision, get things done on time, and made the wedding day 10000% stress free even with an entirely DIY decor. Highly, highly recommend her work!

Erica is an extremely talented, dedicated, and organized wedding planner. She's extremely graceful and very good at handling any last minute things that can pop up. Erica handled all the communication and timelines for our wedding, and if any issues came up, she fixed them! She's so supportive and loves what she does, my husband and I felt very taken care of and secure that she was handling our wedding. We highly recommend Erica for your wedding (or honestly any event!!). We had a small Catholic ceremony and Erica handled every single detail, from reminders on what to bring and helping us organize our family the day of. The last thing you want to think about on your wedding day is where the tablecloths go. Working with Erica was a dream, she is detail oriented and reliable. She is competent in managing and completing tasks, and she’s so much fun to work with! So much stress was taken off of my shoulders as a bride, which allowed me and my husband to be more present on our wedding day. Cannot recommend her enough!

Erica was recommended to us by a mutual friend, and boy are we happy we hired her as a day of coordinator! I was a 'do it yourself bride', but am so happy Erica jumped in and helped take the reins so I could enjoy my wedding day. We meet starting about 4 months before our wedding, and Erica quickly understood the vision of the wedding, and helped brainstorm planning solutions, as well as helped write the timeline, and attended the venue walkthrough with me. She also attended and helped run the rehearsal.

Jump to day of, and there are countless little issues Erica dealt with I had no clue about (just as I wanted it). She was keeping us on track vs the timeline, helped coordinate all vendors arriving, worked with my family to run the sound during the ceremony, and still had time to capture some personal pictures that my photographer didn't. She stayed until the end of the day, picking up every last paper airplane from our grand exit, and completing walk through with venue. Plus, she remembered to send some food home with us.

Even afterwards, my venue took about $100 from my security deposit, and the second I told Erica, she was on the phone with them and got me my money back.

Erica is excellent at her work, insightful, and simply a joy to work with! For a little background, my husband and I did our wedding planning without a planner. As the wedding date quickly approached however, we realized that a coordinator was definitely needed in order for our wedding and reception to run smoothly and stress-free. We reached out to Erica, and we knew from the start that we were in good hands. When we met to discuss the wedding, she was extremely quick to understand our vision and asked thoughtful questions to ensure that we were on the same page. She also accompanied us to visit our venue and attended our rehearsal. On the day of the wedding itself, she coordinated with all our vendors and volunteers in the background so effectively that we truly enjoyed our wedding day to the fullest! She helped us to be present to one another and our guests during our wedding day without worrying about the logistics. Still to this day, we are so thankful for Erica.
