We had an amazing experience working with Dorothy while planning our wedding at Atelier Playa Mujeres. From our intro call all the way to assisting our group with airport transfer assistance, she really made our process as smooth as can be when traveling for a destination wedding. From the moment we arrived at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, we knew we had made the right choice for our destination wedding. The resort itself is breathtaking — white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and beautiful grounds everywhere you look. The all-inclusive experience made everything effortless. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food, fun activities, and incredibly friendly staff. The wedding team took care of every detail and helped bring our vision to life, making the planning process so much easier (even from afar!). On the big day, everything was absolutely perfect — from the gorgeous ceremony location overlooking the ocean to the lively reception and delicious wedding cake. We especially loved the little touches, like a private dinner on the beach and the amazing hospitality everywhere we went. Our family and friends left with smiles and memories that we will cherish forever. If you’re considering a destination wedding, we cannot recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun highly enough. It was the most magical experience and truly the wedding of our dreams!

Krista was able to find exactly what we wanted in such a short period of time. I described to her what we were looking for and within a couple of hours she had the itinerary. Barbados was beautiful and we owe it all to her for planning such an amazing trip. Looking forward to booking with Krista in the future!!!

Fort Worth Key magazine is a fun, free resource to anyone planning a wedding in the Tarrant County area. I found my caterer through Key, and they were a huge hit. Furthermore, their list of current and ongoing events is great for your residential and out-of-town guests, and they often have listings for wedding/bridal events in the metroplex.

I honestly can’t imagine planning my destination wedding without Dana. She’s so kind and thoughtful with every step of planning we’ve done. She’s also so accommodating of different requests we’ve had for venues and has given us the best options possible for our wedding!
