We had such a wonderful experience working with Luisa for our destination wedding! She was professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. She always took the time to answer our questions and explain our options, and we never felt pressured into choosing something that wasn’t right for us. She was also very mindful of our budget and helped us find options that worked for what we wanted to spend without making us feel like we had to sacrifice the experience we were hoping for. Having her knowledge and guidance was absolutely worth it, especially with all of the extra details that come with planning a wedding in another country. Luisa was always patient and had such a positive attitude, even when we had lots of questions or needed help figuring something out. She made the process feel much less stressful and gave us someone we could trust throughout the entire experience. Our wedding in Jamaica turned out beautifully, and we’re so thankful for everything Luisa did to help us get there. We would absolutely recommend her to other couples, especially anyone considering a destination wedding

From the moment we arrived at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, we knew we had made the right choice for our destination wedding. The resort itself is breathtaking — white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and beautiful grounds everywhere you look. The all-inclusive experience made everything effortless. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food, fun activities, and incredibly friendly staff. The wedding team took care of every detail and helped bring our vision to life, making the planning process so much easier (even from afar!). On the big day, everything was absolutely perfect — from the gorgeous ceremony location overlooking the ocean to the lively reception and delicious wedding cake. We especially loved the little touches, like a private dinner on the beach and the amazing hospitality everywhere we went. Our family and friends left with smiles and memories that we will cherish forever. If you’re considering a destination wedding, we cannot recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun highly enough. It was the most magical experience and truly the wedding of our dreams!
