We had an amazing experience working with Dorothy while planning our wedding at Atelier Playa Mujeres. From the very beginning of the planning process Dorothy was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. From our intro call all the way to assisting our group with airport transfer assistance, she really made our process as smooth as can be when traveling for a destination wedding. Dorothy’s knowledge of the areas, and understanding what we were looking for made everything perfect. She made booking travel and coordinating details stress-free for both us and our guests. From the moment we arrived at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, we knew we had made the right choice for our destination wedding. The resort itself is breathtaking — white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and beautiful grounds everywhere you look. The all-inclusive experience made everything effortless. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food, fun activities, and incredibly friendly staff. The wedding team took care of every detail and helped bring our vision to life, making the planning process so much easier (even from afar!). On the big day, everything was absolutely perfect — from the gorgeous ceremony location overlooking the ocean to the lively reception and delicious wedding cake. We especially loved the little touches, like a private dinner on the beach and the amazing hospitality everywhere we went. Our family and friends left with smiles and memories that we will cherish forever. If you’re considering a destination wedding, we cannot recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun highly enough. It was the most magical experience and truly the wedding of our dreams!

Andrea Williams was great with giving us options and helping us choose a destination for our wedding. She was on point with sending emails to our guest. At times, it would take a while for her to get back to us with information we requested but other than that, working with her was a pleasure.

Cassidy Robins did an amazing job at helping us plan our honeymoon! She booked our resort, transportation and excursions. We for sure will be using her in the future to help us plan our other trips.

My husband and I worked with Skip from Your Getaway Guru to plan our honeymoon. Previously, we had never used an agency to plan any type of vacation. Skip had a lot of knowledge and advice regarding an all-inclusive adult only resorts in the Caribbean. He was extremely helpful helping us locate a resort in our budget. Skip was so great to work with that we are in the process of using him again for a trip to Cancun. We had a wonderful time/experience on our honeymoon. Would definitely recommend!
