How do you even begin to describe the impact Amanda had on our wedding day? From the very start, she made the entire process feel effortless. We had no idea where to begin with planning, let alone how to handle all the tiny details that come up on the day itself—but Amanda handled absolutely everything. She truly gave us the gift of being able to “set it and forget it,” which is priceless on such an important day. Instead of stressing, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing she had everything under control. Amanda was there for us every second, anticipating needs before we even realized them and stepping in wherever needed. I trusted her completely to decorate the venue, and she exceeded every expectation. I didn’t even feel the need for a final walkthrough, I just knew it would be perfect, and it was. She went above and beyond in every possible way. Our wedding day felt seamless, joyful, and easy—and that’s entirely because of her. We genuinely can’t imagine how the day would have gone without Amanda. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Amanda—you are amazing!

We hired Austin Occasions servers and bartenders and every single one of them was AMAZING! We had a rain plan and a no-rain plan, and as it is Texas, the weather decided to do its own thing, which meant we went with neither plan! All the staff were extremely helpful in setting up what was needed and making changes on the fly, all while still providing an excellent experience for us and our guests. Would definitely hire again for future events!

Caroline has been in the industry for several years and thus has amazing connections with vendors. I booked with every one of her recommendations and had zero regrets! Her timeline management and communication made the day-of feel so much easier, and we were able to focus on being present instead of managing others. She is organized, efficient, and was always available for questions or planning. Caroline has beautiful taste and I was able to trust her opinion 100% when I had design questions! She thoughtfully collected mementos from our wedding night to save as keepsakes, and I am forever grateful. Definitely recommend her for your design and planning coordination!!

Valerie Miller Events is truly the best in Texas! Our daughters May 17, 2025 wedding was amazing! Valerie found the perfect venue at the perfect price for us. Her experience and years in the business provided us with vendors who were attentive, professional & dependable, which made the planning process with Valerie worry free and fun. I must add the flowers were gorgeous! Don't bother shopping around, Valerie does it all in style within your budget.

We hired Barbara's Brides as a day-of-coordinator for our August 2020 wedding, which was ultimately moved to May 2021 because of the pandemic, after our venue coordinator recommended her. Barbara is well-established in the Austin wedding community. I had no doubt that she and her team could pull off anything with their experience and connections. Because of this, I was relieved that I didn’t have to worry about missing details or checking things off my list because I knew Barbara would make sure things were addressed. Barbara provided a preferred list of vendors early in the process, which was super helpful in reviewing and deciding on our many options, though many of our vendors were not on her list. She preemptively checked on us during the pandemic, moved our date with no issues, shared a wedding checklist, shared a wedding timeline with me and the vendors in advance of the big day, and after the wedding, she ensured I received a reimbursement for services not rendered by one of the vendors. She was especially kind when she gave us a lovely Driskill cookbook, which we decided to use as our wedding guestbook. Barbara's associate Gerad ran the day-of coordination and did a fabulous job. There were a few small details that I would have changed, but in the grand scheme they didn't matter, and certainly without Barbara and Gerad, our wedding wouldn’t have turned out so great. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and established team that pulled together all the major details while allowing me to enjoy and soak in the day.
