Precious is seriously the best! Our wedding was absolutely perfect & there is no way we could have pulled off such an amazing wedding without her. She is very knowledgeable and was always on top of everything. She’s there for you every step of the way and is the best support system to lean on throughout the whole process. Every request was granted with a smile & nothing was overlooked or fell through the cracks. We were able to enjoy a stress free wedding day all thanks to her. By the end of it, Precious was like family to us and we couldn’t thank her enough for helping make our day so special. She is a joy to work with and I recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Caroline has been in the industry for several years and thus has amazing connections with vendors. I booked with every one of her recommendations and had zero regrets! Her timeline management and communication made the day-of feel so much easier, and we were able to focus on being present instead of managing others. She is organized, efficient, and was always available for questions or planning. Caroline has beautiful taste and I was able to trust her opinion 100% when I had design questions! She thoughtfully collected mementos from our wedding night to save as keepsakes, and I am forever grateful. Definitely recommend her for your design and planning coordination!!

Valerie Miller Events is truly the best in Texas! Our daughters May 17, 2025 wedding was amazing! Valerie found the perfect venue at the perfect price for us. Her experience and years in the business provided us with vendors who were attentive, professional & dependable, which made the planning process with Valerie worry free and fun. I must add the flowers were gorgeous! Don't bother shopping around, Valerie does it all in style within your budget.

We just had our wedding and I am absolutely over the moon with how perfectly everything went and cannot sing Jennifer’s praises more highly! When we were meeting with coordinators she let us know on our first call that she had not been at our venue (Mayfield Park) before but had already found and read through the parks department’s guidelines and had suggestions/considerations already. She immediately got what we wanted- a wedding that felt easy, unfussy and relaxed- and was such an enthusiastic cheerleader throughout the whole process. Her planning portal and checklists were so easy to use and thorough that the whole process felt simple, and having her available to review all our contracts was so reassuring. But the real magic happened when we handed everything over to her to take over 6 weeks out- I can’t speak fully to all the work she did then and the day of the wedding because so much of it was completely invisible to us!!! We were able to relax and enjoy the anticipation and excitement of the weeks leading up to the wedding and be fully present with our friends and family this past weekend, and we owe all of that to Jennifer and our team of vendors. Every interaction we had with Jennifer and her assistant was just full of joy and laughter and ease— they made it seem like they were having almost as much fun as we were and they made sure we had everything we needed exactly how we wanted it. If you want a coordinator who handles all the details with calm, grace, and fun so you can just have a good time, Jennifer is the one! Our wedding was the most perfect version of the event we envisioned and Altar Ego made that happen.

I cannot recommend Megan Bronner more. She is the type of planner that solves problems before I even knew about them. Creative, fun, and incredibly resourceful. She can execute your vision but she can also take a small idea and run with it on her own. I truly cannot recommend someone more, she is the best in the business and she makes it look easy.

Working with Doyin was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, she was attentive, professional, and truly listened to our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure our big day was everything we dreamed of and more. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail helped everything run smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment without stress. What made Doyin stand out even more was her continued support after the wedding—she made sure we had everything we needed and followed up on the little things that truly made a big difference. We hired Barbara's Brides as a day-of-coordinator for our August 2020 wedding, which was ultimately moved to May 2021 because of the pandemic, after our venue coordinator recommended her. Barbara is well-established in the Austin wedding community. I had no doubt that she and her team could pull off anything with their experience and connections. Because of this, I was relieved that I didn’t have to worry about missing details or checking things off my list because I knew Barbara would make sure things were addressed. Barbara provided a preferred list of vendors early in the process, which was super helpful in reviewing and deciding on our many options, though many of our vendors were not on her list. She preemptively checked on us during the pandemic, moved our date with no issues, shared a wedding checklist, shared a wedding timeline with me and the vendors in advance of the big day, and after the wedding, she ensured I received a reimbursement for services not rendered by one of the vendors. She was especially kind when she gave us a lovely Driskill cookbook, which we decided to use as our wedding guestbook. Barbara's associate Gerad ran the day-of coordination and did a fabulous job. There were a few small details that I would have changed, but in the grand scheme they didn't matter, and certainly without Barbara and Gerad, our wedding wouldn’t have turned out so great. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and established team that pulled together all the major details while allowing me to enjoy and soak in the day.
