We're so glad we worked with Caroline and cannot recommend her highly enough! She was an absolutely fantastic planner, and our wedding wouldn't have come together the way it did without her. We planned a large wedding in San Antonio from New York City, and Caroline made the distance a non-issue. She helped us find our venue, connected us with great vendors, negotiated our contracts, helped us with the design choices that pulled everything together, and most importantly, stayed on top of every single detail for both our welcome party and the wedding itself, making sure both events went off without a hitch. It made our wedding the most special day of our lives, and it wouldn’t have happened without Caroline! Valerie Miller Events is truly the best in Texas! Our daughters May 17, 2025 wedding was amazing! Valerie found the perfect venue at the perfect price for us. Her experience and years in the business provided us with vendors who were attentive, professional & dependable, which made the planning process with Valerie worry free and fun. I must add the flowers were gorgeous! Don't bother shopping around, Valerie does it all in style within your budget.

Brittney with Pearl Events was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. Her biggest strengths are her organization, professionalism, and positive, fun attitude. She truly made all of my wedding dreams come true—no matter how big, small, or specific the request! She handled every curveball quickly and gracefully. For example, my mom needed an emergency hem on her dress the night before the wedding, and somehow, it was simply taken care of. The morning of the wedding, we ran out of ribbon for our ceremony programs, and Brittney immediately had an assistant pick some up and bring it over so we could finish them. Those are just a couple of examples of the countless ways she went above and beyond. One of my biggest wishes was to have an “after party,” but we couldn’t figure out where to have it and had some hesitation about bussing everyone to a new location. Brittney came up with the perfect solution: flipping our space and moving the after party inside the venue, with our band member acting as the DJ, while the team could simultaneously begin breaking down the tent outside. It was such a creative and seamless solution to a problem we hadn’t even thought to solve! She also helped bustle my dress and calm me down before our first dance—two small moments that meant so much to me. My mom and I were incredibly thankful to have Brittney leading our planning team. She brought so much expertise, professionalism, organization, and, most importantly, FUN to the entire process and to our wedding day. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help bring our wedding vision to life!

Jen was so communicative and on top of each task that I needed help with. She made wedding planning fun and exciting and took all of my day-of stress off my plate which truly allowed Ryan and me to enjoy our day to the fullest. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Nicole did an amazing job with the floral design. My husband asked her 100 questions and was very involved with the flower choices. Nicole was so nice to answer all his questions. We gave Nicole a Pinterest board of inspiration photos and she made our dream come true!

We hired Barbara's Brides as a day-of-coordinator for our August 2020 wedding, which was ultimately moved to May 2021 because of the pandemic, after our venue coordinator recommended her. Barbara is well-established in the Austin wedding community. I had no doubt that she and her team could pull off anything with their experience and connections. Because of this, I was relieved that I didn’t have to worry about missing details or checking things off my list because I knew Barbara would make sure things were addressed. Barbara provided a preferred list of vendors early in the process, which was super helpful in reviewing and deciding on our many options, though many of our vendors were not on her list. She preemptively checked on us during the pandemic, moved our date with no issues, shared a wedding checklist, shared a wedding timeline with me and the vendors in advance of the big day, and after the wedding, she ensured I received a reimbursement for services not rendered by one of the vendors. She was especially kind when she gave us a lovely Driskill cookbook, which we decided to use as our wedding guestbook. Barbara's associate Gerad ran the day-of coordination and did a fabulous job. There were a few small details that I would have changed, but in the grand scheme they didn't matter, and certainly without Barbara and Gerad, our wedding wouldn’t have turned out so great. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and established team that pulled together all the major details while allowing me to enjoy and soak in the day.

My daughter in love hired Posh & Prim as their planner and decor/floral services for their wedding on 11.19.2022. We also hired them for the rehearsal dinner.. They were incredible!! So organized and professional. Such amazing people, so easy to work with, so accommodating. They listened well and understood our vision and delivered beyond our expectation. I’m truly grateful for this team. Not only were they our planners, they became our friends. They had two ceremonies to set up on the same day in a crazy weather situation, a reception and the rehearsal dinner the night before. Erika worked with the bride, groom, both set of parents and if that isn’t complex enough, add two different religions. It’s remarkable how she kept everything intact. Erika understood our personalities as well as those of our wedding party; she was personable, relatable, but also effective and efficient. Her team was on top of their A game..
