Azelia is creative and on point with the details. I will definitely call on her for our next event.

We hired Austin Occasions servers and bartenders and every single one of them was AMAZING! We had a rain plan and a no-rain plan, and as it is Texas, the weather decided to do its own thing, which meant we went with neither plan! All the staff were extremely helpful in setting up what was needed and making changes on the fly, all while still providing an excellent experience for us and our guests. Would definitely hire again for future events!

Caroline has been in the industry for several years and thus has amazing connections with vendors. I booked with every one of her recommendations and had zero regrets! Her timeline management and communication made the day-of feel so much easier, and we were able to focus on being present instead of managing others. She is organized, efficient, and was always available for questions or planning. Caroline has beautiful taste and I was able to trust her opinion 100% when I had design questions! She thoughtfully collected mementos from our wedding night to save as keepsakes, and I am forever grateful. Definitely recommend her for your design and planning coordination!!

Valerie Miller Events is truly the best in Texas! Our daughters May 17, 2025 wedding was amazing! Valerie found the perfect venue at the perfect price for us. Her experience and years in the business provided us with vendors who were attentive, professional & dependable, which made the planning process with Valerie worry free and fun. I must add the flowers were gorgeous! Don't bother shopping around, Valerie does it all in style within your budget.

Becky and Laney from Pearl were incredible! Becky has deep knowledge of the wedding industry, especially in Austin, and provided expert guidance throughout the planning process for my wedding at a venue that required complex detail. Becky's name (and Pearl Events) definitely carries weight - every vendor went above and beyond when they knew she was working with me! Being a bride who wanted to be in control of a lot of my planning, Becky complemented this well by providing realistic opinions and an expert perspective while still respecting my decisions and ideas. My wedding day couldn't have turned out more perfect, thanks to Becky and the Pearl team!

Working with Doyin was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, she was attentive, professional, and truly listened to our needs. We hired Barbara's Brides as a day-of-coordinator for our August 2020 wedding, which was ultimately moved to May 2021 because of the pandemic, after our venue coordinator recommended her. Barbara is well-established in the Austin wedding community. I had no doubt that she and her team could pull off anything with their experience and connections. Because of this, I was relieved that I didn’t have to worry about missing details or checking things off my list because I knew Barbara would make sure things were addressed. Barbara provided a preferred list of vendors early in the process, which was super helpful in reviewing and deciding on our many options, though many of our vendors were not on her list. She preemptively checked on us during the pandemic, moved our date with no issues, shared a wedding checklist, shared a wedding timeline with me and the vendors in advance of the big day, and after the wedding, she ensured I received a reimbursement for services not rendered by one of the vendors. She was especially kind when she gave us a lovely Driskill cookbook, which we decided to use as our wedding guestbook. Barbara's associate Gerad ran the day-of coordination and did a fabulous job. There were a few small details that I would have changed, but in the grand scheme they didn't matter, and certainly without Barbara and Gerad, our wedding wouldn’t have turned out so great. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and established team that pulled together all the major details while allowing me to enjoy and soak in the day.
