Truthfully, the wedding took place a while ago and I may be just getting to this review, but she was an exceptional service provider. Very professional and caring and follow through with everything.

The venue we fell in love with required to have one of their three preapproved wedding planners in order to book the venue. After interacting with all three planners, we chose to go with Maddie. We picked day of coordinating because I was iffy about having someone else be so involved. She would step in at the 1 month before mark and organize the vendors for the day of. Months later, Maddie is reaching out via her portal to let me know she will be stepping in soon and I don't check my email frequently so I miss it. Thank goodness she later reaches out via text. I get her most of our vendors info and she starts working on the timeline. I didn't have the HMUA confirmed yet and our cake baker and videographer changed but Maddie was patient. The week of the wedding up until me getting ready, I'd tell Maddie I'd like this and this to happen but if it doesn't, its okay because I wasn't really sure what all I could have Maddie do but she would be like "yes, we can do that". The day before our wedding , there is a 70% chance of rain and we have an outdoor venue. Maddie found us a second venue that is indoors and we met there to see the space, details and we book it. Maddie really made that go as smooth as possible. She took care of notifying all of the vendors. It was then I realized I was so grateful we had her! At rehearsal for the ceremony, she took over all of the questions being directed at us and I was grateful all I had to do was walk up and down the aisle a few times. We didn't get her to coordinate a rehearsal dinner because we all just went to a restaurant and eat. The next day, the day of the wedding, Maddie and her team were amazing! We were running about an hour behind her timeline I think but it wouldn't have really been my wedding if it wasn't. They would come up to us very little because they were already figuring it out or to ask how we were doing. Overall, I recommend Maddie and her team to anyone on the fence about getting a wedding planner/coordinator!!

On the day of our ceremony, I knew everything was taken care of, and all I had to do was enjoy the day. I was so incredibly relaxed because I knew that all would be well. As someone who is anxious most of the time, that is saying a lot! The feeling of relaxation on the biggest day of my life is something I really wanted, and Maddie made that possible. I cannot thank her enough for giving me such peace knowing the entire day would be perfect.
Maddie was such a valuable part of the event, and truly without her, we may not have had this special day. Even when I said something quietly, she made sure I was always heard and advocated for us. I can’t thank her enough for noticing small things like that.
