Wedding Rentals in San Antonio

Choosing to work with Guada-Loo to provide portable restrooms for our Church's Christmas Party was the best decision ever. Ed arrived early and got everything set up and did a walk through with us. Not only was the the restrooms exceptionally clean, they were really nice... nothing looked cheep. We have our Christmas Party at one of our church members house. This is why we rented the 3 restroom trailer (Men, Women, And Family Restroom). It was our hope to eliminate the need for anyone to have to go in their house to used the restroom. Mission accomplished even with over 200 guest. If you are looking for a clean and high end portable restroom for you next event there I think you are going to be hard pressed to find anyone as good as Guada-Loo. This business has every color of table linens to match your wedding. I highly recommend you check them out!

This was the most laid back of all my vendors, but they came though with all they promised and more. The set up was beautiful and in the end, we got to keep the lanterns! Fair price and flexible set up.

We rented a soft serve ice cream machine for our wedding reception. My only wish for the reception was soft serve. They were very helpful in showing us how to use the machine. It was a huge success!

M&O Rentals couldn't have done a better job with our wedding! From the initial meeting to answering all our questions promptly to the delivery & pickup. Oz made it super easy and even met up with us so we could see the chairs first before anything. The chairs are beautiful, we chose the gold chiavari chairs because it went with our wedding colors and it pulled everything together! I’ve been referring this family- owned company to all my friends/family.Thanks again M&O, you made my day extra special.

The Margarita Man SA was great! They provided bartending services for our wedding and also a photobooth that was a really big hit with all of our guests! The bartenders were very professional and kept the drinks flowing! And our signature drink came out great (would have been even better had the venue not lost the food coloring we had provided to make it purple). Overall I would definitely recommend The Margarita Man SA for any event! Thank you!!!

I used Yarlen Decor & Linens for my wedding on Aug. 22, 2015, I cannot express what a wonder job they did setuping venue with their beautiful centerpieces, linens and flowers. My guest were blown away with the amazing job they did. They have such beautiful decor items, flowers and linens to choose from. I showed Yaramin (decor specialist) pictures of how I wanted my wedding to look like, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I get exactly the look I wanted for my wedding. She was so helpful and would even send me pictures of mock setups of table linens with centerpieces so that I would feel at ease and make adjustments if needed. What impressed me the most about Yarlen Linens and Decorations is the amount of beautiful items they had and their willingness to provide it. My wedding was perfect thanks to Yaramin.

Peerless Events & Tents made the rental process super easy from beginning to end. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our changes and special requests, and everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition, including linens that were WRINKLE FREE. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that as linens with creases are my biggest pet peeve. Hiring Peerless Events & Tents was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. 10/10 would recommend!
