Shoutout to Carlos for creating a memorable evening and keeping the dance floor packed all night! Cutting Edge Entertainment (CEE) is a vendor associated with the Scenic Springs wedding venue, and they completely exceeded expectations in service throughout the entire process. I appreciate how accommodating their coordinator; Ron, was with helping us secure a bilingual DJ to make sure announcements and music selection was inclusive for all of our friends and family in attendance - this was an important request that we vocalized in our first meeting to make sure our preference was captured. You can expect in the first meeting to review the functionality of their music dashboard, VIBO; this is where you'll input song preferences and build out the musical timeline for your special day. As soon as you're given access to the dashboard you can start loading your favorite songs and making notes if applicable. If you're planning on getting dance lessons or doing choreography for your first dance or any other special dances throughout the night, make sure the song or associated timestamps that you're using in practice is captured in the notes and that you review the timing during the consultation call. That'll be important because you won't have the ability to practice the music timing with the DJ (including the rehearsal) until the actual moment; so be as detailed as possible to avoid any confusion. Overall, we were very pleased with the CEE team and their professionalism was top tier. Feel comforted that all of their DJ are experienced and excited to keep the energy and spirits high; you're in good hands, I promise.

Having Milton as DJ for my wedding was honestly the best decision I made! He is super easy to work with and is a super nice and genuine person. I came across his instagram page after doing extensive research on a DJ for my wedding. I based my decision upon reviews and his instagram videos did not disappoint. He is quick to respond to emails/text and answered all my questions. Sent him a playlist of music we like/what we wanted for our wedding and that is how he based off the music for our wedding. The set up he has is pretty cool, had never seen anything like that. What I loved the most was the CO2 guns, they were a major hit at the wedding. That was something I also looked into when deciding on a DJ for my wedding, what is something different that he offers. I had several guest ask my for Miltons info! My husband and I had a blast that day.

Dave was the DJ for our wedding and he did an AMAZING job!! Our dance floor was full the entire night, he made sure to play all the songs we wanted. He was very thoughtful with everything he did and helped to give us the night of our dreams

Bottom line up front: Lumen Entertainment and Bryan in particular are stellar, utmost professionals, and choosing them was the best investment into the night of our wedding that we could have asked for. In 2022 we had an amazing experience with Bryan (MC) and Xavier (DJ) for our wedding event in Boerne. We have a few stories.. First, we had planned to speak with several DJ/production companies during the planning phase and our wedding planner suggested Lumen because she had just recently worked with them and it was a great experience. After the first meeting with them we were convinced by Bryan that it would be a good fit and decided to go with them right away. Fast-forward to wedding day and we were so glad we did. Not only can Bryan and company talk the talk during the consultation period, but they deliver on everything they promised, and all the way through they maintained responsiveness and professionalism. So many people mentioned that it was the best-run wedding dance party they had been to and we were even blown away by how much energy Bryan and Xavier brought to the event, and how much energy they drew out of our guests. We had a few "special requests" of Bryan during our event. We had a live musician playing our lead-up to the ceremony and I also planned a serenade during the reception. Bryan answered all of our A/V questions and saw to it that they were met. We also had some cultural dances that not every MC would know how to manage, and Bryan ran it perfectly and asked all the right questions about how to do it. Everything went off without a hitch and there was never any question that A/V wouldn't be covered. Last story which speaks volumes about who Lumen Events is as a company and who Bryan is as a person -- our wedding arch broke due to wind shortly before our event and Bryan was nearby setting up A/V along with some of our friends helping out. Without hesitation Bryan saw the crisis and stepped in --> apparently he doesn't travel anywhere without his tools and he repaired the arch with the help of our friends finding some wood to replace the broken pieces. We were none the wiser until our friends told us post-ceremony -- this speaks volumes of Bryan's humble character and the ownership he takes over events he is a part of. He truly went above and beyond, and the fact that he did not make a big deal of his deed also shows that while his charisma can truly command a crowd, he doesn't center the spotlight on himself. He gives everything he can to the event and uses his talent to raise others up and I think that's am amazing quality to have as an MC. For practical matters -- the song request system is simple enough to use and while it doesn't catalog every song it was easy to request songs not included in the database. The songs we/the guests wanted to hear were all played and Xavier did a great job of including other songs that fit our tastes and made the genres flow into each other very well through the night. We couldn't be more grateful to Bryan and his team, and we are still reeling from how awesome he helped make our wedding day.

Rgv Beats made our night so fun and memorable! He was always prompt for meetings and I never had to worry about anything the day of. He was very accommodating and the set was sleek and modern! I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ for any event.

From the first consultation to the last song of the night, Dragonscale Music made our wedding seamless. Jason read the crowd perfectly and kept the dance floor packed. Highly recommend!

I can't express enough how great DJ Roux was during our wedding reception. He somehow managed to entertain young and elderly and both the English-only and Spanish-only members of the audience and kept the dance floor full all night! That combined with excellent MC skills helped make the night truly memorable! Very organized and professional with the meeting leading up to our big day. He has has multiple options that really made it feel like he can adapt to any type vibe you're looking for. He was also super quick to adjust during the reception when we had to change the order of our itinerary slightly. We really felt we got excellent value for an extremely reasonable price.
