Online Planning Tools & Music Request
We have an easy to use Online Planning System with helpful tools that allow you to plan out your entire event, creating a detailed Timeline in minutes.
With our Music Request system, you can have as much input with the music as you would like! You can browse and even listen to songs in our database while filling in custom playlists of your favorite "Must Play" songs. Most importantly, you get to fill out a "Do Not Play" list for all the songs you do not want to be played.
Flawless Ceremony Sound
All of our wedding packages include an extra speaker setup for your ceremony and/or cocktail hour, so there is never any downtime with the music. We will be set up early playing background music as all of your guests are arriving and make sure the audio is crystal clear for your special occasion.
Backup Plans For Everything
We also provide backup equipment for everything, we mean everything, and in a truly worst-case scenario we even have an emergency professional DJ on call, ready to go with your requested music and details! A superior DJ experience
As soon as we signed with them, they gave us clear guidance for everything we needed to do, with timelines and deadlines plainly laid out; I don’t need to tell anyone who’s planned/planning a wedding what a big help that is.
Even more impressive is how intuitive and user-friendly their digital tools are; we were able to work out all the details for songs, playlists, genres, etc., on their website— everything, down to the minute. They have an AWESOME system, which made it a lot of fun for my wife and I to map things out and focus on the music and tone we wanted to set. Once we realized that this process was tailored to our ease of use, we were free to enjoy planning our ceremony and reception.
What’s more, we had several special requests, some of which we weren’t able to nail down until two days before the wedding, and despite that, our DJ Anthony Brinson was in constant contact with us and assured us that everything would be as we wanted it—and most importantly, it WAS.
Anthony nailed every request and detail we asked for and was a total pleasure to work with. Everyone had a wonderful time and we feel like we gave all of our guests a joyful memory they’ll have for the rest of their lives.
This was a first-class experience start to finish, and I will happily recommend TOAST and Anthony Brinson to anyone we know who needs a professional, personalized DJ/music experience for any event.
Hit or Miss
Photo Booth - Fabulous! The attendant was great and made sure we had copies of every photo strip in a guest book & even printed additional extra copies of any photos me and my husband were in just for us to have! The photo quality was also really good - would definitely recommend! They also emailed us about 2 weeks after with a full digital library of every photo strip & individual photo taken!! Highly recommend their photo booth package!!
DJ - Super nice guy, not a great DJ. Really wouldn’t recommend. The ceremony music was pretty rough timing wise and when the ring bearer took a while to get down the aisle, the song ended and he didn’t loop it back around so it was just silent. He played the wrong song during the father/daughter dance, played multiple songs on our do not play list, didn’t play hardly any of our must play list, and accepted song requests from guests after we explicitly said not to many times. He also played “Closing Time” and started packing up a whole hour early while we went out for a fake exit so everyone thought it was over and we were pretty much forced to end the reception there. All around just didn’t seem to follow any instructions despite us filling out all the in depth forms and having a meeting with him the week of the wedding. All around very very disappointed in our experience with the DJ. Wish we would’ve spent a little bit more money on a more reliable DJ.
