Online Planning Tools & Music Request
We have an easy to use Online Planning System with helpful tools that allow you to plan out your entire event, creating a detailed Timeline in minutes.
With our Music Request system, you can have as much input with the music as you would like! You can browse and even listen to songs in our database while filling in custom playlists of your favorite "Must Play" songs. Most importantly, you get to fill out a "Do Not Play" list for all the songs you do not want to be played.
Flawless Ceremony Sound
All of our wedding packages include an extra speaker setup for your ceremony and/or cocktail hour, so there is never any downtime with the music. We will be set up early playing background music as all of your guests are arriving and make sure the audio is crystal clear for your special occasion.
Backup Plans For Everything
We also provide backup equipment for everything, we mean everything, and in a truly worst-case scenario we even have an emergency professional DJ on call, ready to go with your requested music and details! The Toast Team really brought our Wedding Dream to life!
Horace, our DJ, really kept the party alive and even filled in a gap left by a no-show vendor during our cocktail hour. He brought our entire vision to life, and our guests are still raving about his ability to cater to our musical needs. It was certainly no small task mixing R&B, Bachata, Reggaeton, Soca, Dancehall, and other genres, but he absolutely nailed it. It was a very diverse crowd (120 guests), but everyone loved it!
Our photographers, Norman and Jennifer, were equally amazing. They captured every moment beautifully and made us feel completely at ease. Their guidance, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond their roles played a huge part in bringing our wedding dream to life. We're so excited to see the final pictures, and we loved having them as part of our vendor team!
The experience fell within our budget, and we even had a little extra at the end to upgrade our experience.
We upgraded to include the audio phonebook (which was a hit), up lighting, and the dancing-on-the-cloud effect! All of these helped elevate our wedding and really wow our guests! Our friend group has been to numerous weddings over recent years, and our wedding is being talked about as the best wedding some people have ever been to! This is, of course, thanks to the Toast Team among our other booked vendors!
The whole booking process was great as well! You do have to dedicate time to filling out planning forms, but once done, you can work directly with the booked team. We cut it a bit close with the timing for a few aspects, but the Toast Team worked with us and secured everything leading up to the day. They are a very responsive, caring, and professional company to work with. The event follow-up was also welcomed, and they made every effort to accommodate our wants and needs. Highly recommend!
