Wedding Caterers in Austin

They were very accommodating with catering request up to few weeks beforehand. Their servers were great, quick set up and clean up, kept guests fed. The food itself is great and I have no objections. Price is reasonable and they don’t charge extra for some stuff such as chips & dip, linens, and etc.

We were so looking forward to holding our reception for 30 at The County Line on the Hill, however, due to the pandemic, nearly all of our family members opted not to travel to Austin for our wedding, which meant cancelling our reception with them. Despite an initial miscommunication regarding the cancellation, The County Line on the Hill was great about it. Nicole (the Office Manager) and Tayler (the Events Coordinator) both reached out to me and refunded our deposits to us, and Nicole even offered us a free dinner on the house! Super awesome of them, and I would book with them again in the future!

We’re still hearing from guests that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had—and honestly, we agree. The hangar steak and lemongrass chicken were out of this world, and every dish was cooked to perfection. Throughout the planning process, the Peached Tortilla team (Emily and Patricia in particular) was a dream to work with: responsive, thoughtful, and endlessly accommodating, especially when it came to our many dietary preferences. On the wedding day, their service was seamless and their execution flawless. We couldn’t believe how good the food was—elevated, flavorful, and memorable in every way. We did passed apps and a taco station during cocktail hour, had a buffet for dinner, and ice cream and cookie bar for dessert—everything was incredible. We absolutely love the Peached Tortilla restaurant, and we were still blown away by the food on our wedding day. We’d choose them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who cares deeply about great food and great service!

I used Elevate Bartending for my sister-in-law's Bachelorette Party in Austin, and I cannot say enough great things about them. From the minute I submitted a request, they were communicative, professional, listened to my requests, made great suggestions and made everything so seamless. The day of, our bartender (Kendra- who was the literal best), was on time, organized, prepared, fun and engaging, we all learned something about cocktail making, and we felt like all the drinks were a little more elevated than just a typical cocktail that we normally make at home. I 100% recommend using them for anything you need throughout the wedding process. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Lucy's Fried Chicken came out to The Videre for a wedding, and they are one of the best vender team's I've seen in a while. From coordination to bussing to the food itself, it was all spectacular. I cannot recommend them enough!

Andre has catered for our family several times and al says been wonderful! From Brazilian food to Mediterranean! It is al says yummy and delicious!

Lori at PEJ was immensely helpful with our wedding and really guided us through a lot of options. She is professional yet personable and really saved us time and effort by connecting many of the "dots" at play. Also, everyone at our wedding raved about the food (we went with the BBQ option). I honestly wasn't expecting people to love the food that much (when do we ever really love food at the wedding?) but it was really really great. And just know, you can work with PEJ to tweak things how you need to - just give them a call and discuss!

I can't imagine a better caterer. We had an atypical wedding starting with Chinese food that they showed flexibility about getting traditional dishes along with dishes to cater to vegans or vegetarians or people with special needs. Afterwards we have Mexican snacks. We continued with donuts and ice cream with a variety of personal drinks. We changed a few things at the tasting and they never blinked, there was never food missing, they were gracious and smiling. If we were high maintenance, they never let on and our guests were treated beyond what we could have imagined with delicious food. Guests are still sending us message about it.

We loved everything about our experience with 2 Dine 4 catering!! They were efficient, very professional and the food was delicious. A month out from our wedding day, we still have people telling us how amazing the food was. They helped my dream of Mexican food stations come alive! We could not be happier that we chose to work with 2 Dine 4.

I hired Courtney's Catering for my organization's staff holiday luncheon and was so beyond impressed! I have worked in hospitality and event planning industry in Austin for many years, and finding a good caterer has always proven extremely difficult. Leading up to the event, Brandi was extremely communicative and flexible with my needs. There was a long period of time where things kept getting delayed on my end due to my organization's policies, but Brandi remained so patient, kind, respectful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the day of the event, her and her team arrived on time and set up a stunning buffet complete with layered linens and touches of greenery. For the price I paid I was expecting just a standard black tablecloth and chafers on a table, so I was very impressed with the presentation. It made it very clear to me that this is a business that takes pride in their work. On top of this already great experience, the food was fresh and delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say every single thing was seasoned to perfection! I went around to each table and asked everyone how they liked everything, and they all commented on how flavorful the food was. Even our staff with dietary restrictions that received alternative proteins were impressed. I had only paid for the basic-level buffet service, so I was't expecting them to do anything beyond serving the food- but I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I looked up and saw Brandi and her team walking around to each table bussing plates. This was not expected of them at all and I was so amazed with the level of service throughout the entire event. I will absolutely be hiring them for more events in the future, and I recommend you do too!
