I hired Courtney's Catering for my organization's staff holiday luncheon and was so beyond impressed! I have worked in hospitality and event planning industry in Austin for many years, and finding a good caterer has always proven extremely difficult. Leading up to the event, Brandi was extremely communicative and flexible with my needs. There was a long period of time where things kept getting delayed on my end due to my organization's policies, but Brandi remained so patient, kind, respectful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the day of the event, her and her team arrived on time and set up a stunning buffet complete with layered linens and touches of greenery. For the price I paid I was expecting just a standard black tablecloth and chafers on a table, so I was very impressed with the presentation. It made it very clear to me that this is a business that takes pride in their work. On top of this already great experience, the food was fresh and delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say every single thing was seasoned to perfection! I went around to each table and asked everyone how they liked everything, and they all commented on how flavorful the food was. Even our staff with dietary restrictions that received alternative proteins were impressed. I had only paid for the basic-level buffet service, so I was't expecting them to do anything beyond serving the food- but I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I looked up and saw Brandi and her team walking around to each table bussing plates. This was not expected of them at all and I was so amazed with the level of service throughout the entire event. I will absolutely be hiring them for more events in the future, and I recommend you do too!

I used Elevate Bartending for my sister-in-law's Bachelorette Party in Austin, and I cannot say enough great things about them. From the minute I submitted a request, they were communicative, professional, listened to my requests, made great suggestions and made everything so seamless. The day of, our bartender (Kendra- who was the literal best), was on time, organized, prepared, fun and engaging, we all learned something about cocktail making, and we felt like all the drinks were a little more elevated than just a typical cocktail that we normally make at home. I 100% recommend using them for anything you need throughout the wedding process. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Peached Tortilla was an absolute gem to work with! They were on top of things the entire way through, and the food and drinks turned out beautifully on the day of our wedding They were really easy to work with, even when we were going back and forth on decisions that we'd made and remade a dozen times over, and we got a ton of compliments about the food and cocktails from our guests. Everything turned out delicious, and everything went smoothly!

I can't imagine a better caterer. We had an atypical wedding starting with Chinese food that they showed flexibility about getting traditional dishes along with dishes to cater to vegans or vegetarians or people with special needs. Afterwards we have Mexican snacks. We continued with donuts and ice cream with a variety of personal drinks. We changed a few things at the tasting and they never blinked, there was never food missing, they were gracious and smiling. If we were high maintenance, they never let on and our guests were treated beyond what we could have imagined with delicious food. Guests are still sending us message about it.

The food from Maudie's was incredible! This is a fantastic choice for anyone who loves tex-mex. It also provides a great range of food for people with gluten allergies or for vegetarian guests. The service was amazing and we had no issues. You can't go wrong using Maudie's to cater your wedding!

Dream Events handled a huge chunk of our wedding including catering, floral arrangements, linens, and bartenders. The appetizers and food were excellent, the bartenders were great and mixed VERY good cocktails (its rare to get a good old fashioned at a wedding), and the service staff were quick and attentive. They even fixed our small groom's cake when I dropped it in transport!! (They repaired it with small leftover flowers from the arrangements). The flower arrangements were really pretty for the reception and ceremony, and we loved the bouqets and boutonniere they made for us. Going to Dream Events for all these parts of the wedding took a lot of stress off of us for planning our own wedding. I shopped quotes for around 5-10 different vendors, and they were right in the middle of the pack for cost. They did everything right and knocked it out of the park. 10/10.

Tapas Bravas catered our wedding. It was amazing! Jed and his team were responsive, the food was delicious, the sangria was refreshing. We loved it all. Thank you guys!

We hired Verde's to cater our wedding this past November at the LBJ Wildflower Center and it was truly one of the best choices we made. Alanna and Cody are true professionals who personally ensure that your event will be perfect down to the smallest detail. My husband and I tested out numerous other caterers prior to choosing Verde's and what particularly stood out to us was how personal the experience was with Cody and Alanna compared to the corporate feeling we received with others. One thing we focused on throughout the process was being intentional with our choices and Verde's made that easy for us. Not only did their team do a fantastic job on the day of our wedding, Cody and Alanna were both personally there as well to calmly handle details, answer questions, and ensure that the food was better than any our guests had ever had at an event. I truly cannot give a higher recommendation of their services and am looking forward to visiting their restaurant in person now that we're a married couple!

This is hands-down the best decision I made for my wedding. Not only was it incredibly affordable, it was DELICIOUS. One of the best burgers in Austin, and Daniel Oliveira doesn't even charge a "wedding tax."

I just used MobyDish for our 4th of July wedding! So if you haven’t heard of Moby Dish, they are a catering company but without a kitchen! They were born in California and New York and the idea is to pick up drop catering from restaurants (you get to choose the restaurants on their site) but they provide drivers for pick up, staffing, beautiful chafing dishes and displays, etc. to serve the food. They just branched out into Austin fairly recently and the wedding industry in general. With the wedding package, they also provide bussing and cake cutting and packing/cleaning catering related things. We were thrilled with them! The food looked amazing, and the servers came around often to clear plates and trash, etc. In addition to the wedding services, for $3884 we got appetizers for cocktail hour (queso/chips, pimento cheese/crackers, hummus/toast for 75), a three meat/four side BBQ buffet for 96 people (we fed our vendors and also wanted to pay for 10 people more than needed in case of heavier eaters), 8 veggie burgers as replacement for meat for vegetarians, a wedding cake for cutting (fed 8), and 75 matching cupcakes for guests. I also want to give a special shout out to head caterer Vanessa! She has a wedding coordinator background and was ON IT on the questions she asked on how we wanted food staged, timed, etc. She was worth her weight in gold! I really think Moby Dish should have an add-on service for day-of coordinator and use her in that capacity! Moby Dish is such a great idea to save money on catering and get a lot of options, as you can mix and match food items from different restaurants that partner with them, and you still get the high level you expect from wedding caterers!
