We had an amazing experience with Rickshaw Rides for our wedding day transportation! They shuttled our family of nine from our cabin to the chapel and then to our reception, and everything went seamlessly. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the entire process was stress-free. Our driver was incredibly patient, professional, and always right on time. They truly helped make our wedding day effortless and enjoyable. We are so grateful for their service and would highly recommend Rickshaw Rides to anyone needing reliable transportation for a special event. We would absolutely hire them again in the future!

We hired Austin Pedicab for the send-off at our April 2022 wedding at Umlauf Sculpture Gardens. It was the perfect getaway for the location, and it gave us a moment to reconnect and take a breath (and take in the sights of downtown) before we joined our afterparty. :)

If you are looking for a warm, intimate getaway experience, this is the car and driver for you. We can’t say enough great things about the experience that we had with Adam from the beginning contact point until he drove the happy couple away he was a delight to work with. I had 100% confidence in his ability to show up on time, be there for the bride and groom and offer them a warm and welcoming exit - including bringing homemade treats. They loved every minute of the experience and his beautiful car with that just married sign on the back and his license plate. That says I’m here made a perfect wedding photo for their getaway.

Great service and communication! The driver was wonderful, and the Classic 1951 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith was perfect for our family of four. It made our Wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. Ivan at Buda Taxi took such good care of our friends and family on our wedding day. We hired him to transport our guests from our Buda hotel to our Buda wedding venue in one of his shuttle vans. Not only did he create a personalized sign to put on the van for our wedding day, but he also pitched in at the end of the night and helped our wedding party transport bags and boxes of stuff at the end of the night! I can't recommend Buda Taxi enough. They are incredibly affordable, AND these guys are veterans... several are even Purple Heart recipients!
