We hired Austin Pedicab for the send-off at our April 2022 wedding at Umlauf Sculpture Gardens. It was the perfect getaway for the location, and it gave us a moment to reconnect and take a breath (and take in the sights of downtown) before we joined our afterparty. :)

We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. I had the pleasure of hiring Bluebonnet Limo as transportation for our wedding and the phone contact was very pleasant. Very accomodating to our schedule. The driver arrived early and was ready both ways! Highly recommend :D

We booked Austin Trolley Company for our downtown wedding, to transport the wedding party between church/reception. When we were looking around for transportation, we really wanted a trolley. Austin Trolley Co was reasonably priced (similar to/slightly less than bus/limo bus options). Laurie was GREAT to work with and always responsive. She helped us nail down the day-of schedule. Our driver was fantastic! He arrived on time and we had no issues getting from place to place. We even stopped to take pictures at the Capitol at one point, and he handled it like a pro! We had plenty of room for our large wedding party, and plus-ones, AND, the trolley is in beautiful condition! Would highly recommend! Note: they do have minimum durations for reservation times, which we found at most transportation companies.

Austin Carriage was great from the beginning. I sent an email initially, and got a quick phone call response. They booked me right away for the date I wanted (I called well in advance). I paid through an online portal by credit card. Leading up to my wedding, I send an confirmation email, to which I got a very quick reply. The day of the wedding, they pulled up to my venue 10 min. early, just as planned. They picked by husband and I up, and took us on a leisurely carriage ride around downtown and to the Capitol. As we rode down Congress, they even took some photos for us! We had two drivers. After we departed the carriage, they even took some more photos. They were very kind and made the end of our wedding a ton of fun. I'd highly recommend Austin Carriage to any couple who wants to depart in to a carriage after their reception!

With there being so many limo services out there, I chose one that could provide what we needed at an affordable cost. Given that I was married on a busy weekend in Austin, they were more than helpful in assuring everything would be taken care of. When the day came and we ran into a few snags and had to move our timeline up, send the driver on extra errands, etc. EVERYTHING was taken care of without even so much as a thought. They were so nice and helpful and every time I called they met my needs immediately with zero hassle. I would recommend Austin Black Car Service to anyone!
