Austin Carriage was great from the beginning. I sent an email initially, and got a quick phone call response. They booked me right away for the date I wanted (I called well in advance). I paid through an online portal by credit card.

Leading up to my wedding, I send an confirmation email, to which I got a very quick reply.

The day of the wedding, they pulled up to my venue 10 min. early, just as planned. They picked by husband and I up, and took us on a leisurely carriage ride around downtown and to the Capitol. As we rode down Congress, they even took some photos for us! We had two drivers. After we departed the carriage, they even took some more photos. They were very kind and made the end of our wedding a ton of fun.

I'd highly recommend Austin Carriage to any couple who wants to depart in to a carriage after their reception!
