We had an amazing experience with James as our wedding officiant. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the start. He added such thoughtful personal touches to the ceremony that made it feel truly special and unique to us as a couple. He also brought the perfect amount of humor, which kept everything lighthearted and enjoyable while still making the moment meaningful. Our guests loved him, and so did we. We are beyond grateful for Ms Stacy and everything she did to make our wedding day so special. She went far above and beyond what we ever expected. We originally only asked her to officiate our ceremony and she agreed to allow us to get married in her living room. We wanted something small and sacred. She surprised us by bringing a cake, decorating, and creating such a beautiful and meaningful atmosphere. It meant more to us than words can express. She has also been a mentor to me even before we got engaged, and when the time came, I knew without a doubt she was the one meant to bring us together in marriage. Her love, care, and genuine support made our day unforgettable. We are forever thankful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly pours their heart into what they do.

Katrina Baecht is absolutely amazing at what she does! She truly got our story down perfectly for our special day! Our wedding ceremony was beautiful and brought our friends and family members to tears! When planning for our big day, Katrina helped us every step of the way! She was very detailed and understanding. She was very fast at responding to us! She truly knows how to capture a couple. I highly recommend Katrina for your wedding!

We opted to do a signing only elopement at their ranch, which has the cutest little chapel. She was the absolute sweetest, made us feel extremely comfortable, and we could feel the love she has for officiating. We had a little ceremony and the opportunity to take pictures and spend time with some adorable animals. I'm a wheelchair user and I was able to access everywhere with a bit of help.

Took into account our families dynamics, persuaded us to include our children. Last moment decision to have an elopement ceremony, Gloria came thru with a beautifully worded ceremony. Highly recommend!

I recommend Pastor David 100%. He was great since our phone call until the ceremony, which it was beautiful and light! He’s very friendly, responds quickly and super helpful answering all of our questions!!!

My experience with Officially Oaks was amazing! They were very responsive to emails/calls throughout the entire process. If I wanted to make a small change to the ceremony script that was done very quickly which is great for brides like myself who wanted things done as quickly as possible. Luke rolled with the punches during our ceremony since we had crazy weather. Cost and payments were low and easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing an officiant.

My fiance and I had such a positive experience working with Nancy for premarital counseling. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with and brought such a polished, professional presence to our ceremony. He arrived early, matched the formality of the wedding party by wearing a tuxedo, and was incredibly thoughtful in every detail. He provided us with ceremony templates that allowed us to thoughtfully curate a ceremony that felt completely our own, blending traditional and personal elements in a way that felt seamless and intentional. At the start of our ceremony, a train passed by, and he handled the moment with such grace, keeping everything calm and uninterrupted. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and well-executed the ceremony was. He also took care of mailing our marriage certificate, which made the entire process effortless, and we received it just a week later. We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant.
