They arrived on time, the booking procedure was seamless. The driver was very professional and the party bus and Rolls Royce were great. They were super clean. The party bus was super fun.

Would highly recommend! Melissa is so attentive and prompt with communication. She made scheduling and booking so easy, even with changes in the schedule. AMAZING prices for the DFW area! Cheapest by a landslide.

We used Premier transportation for both our main wedding shuttle to and from the venue, and a smaller shuttle for the wedding party. The drivers were timely and respectful, and the buses were in good condition. Customer service was fantastic - a guest left their phone on the bus and personally returned it. Highly recommend!

Heaven On Wheels went above and beyond with our grand entrance, as the driver was patient with our pictures - staging the car and driving up to the main entrance numerous times. The Maybach S-Class is a dream!

We rented a sprinter for our wedding party, and our driver, Will, was exceptional. He was not only professional but also super accommodating, handling our loud and lively group with ease. We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy.
