We were out on budget for a fancy car to pick us up, we almost scheduled an Uber, but for the value they provided, we were able to have a nice car pick us up and take us to the hotel.

I got married in mid-September and used Prime Limo to transport my wedding party from two getting ready locations to the venue. Prime Limo arrived early and waited patiently for the bridesmaids to be ready as we were running a bit behind schedule. I really appreciated Prime Limo's flexibility and would definitely recommend them. They gave me peace of mind on a very hectic day!

In January, when we started the journey of planning our November wedding we were turned away on our first weekend of touring venues because we were a same sex couple and the owner of the venue told us that we were not part of God's plan for marriage. It was heartbreaking. We shared our story and pressed pause on our plans, unsure if we were up to the challenge of planning a wedding in Texas as a gay couple. We were not prepared to come out to every one of our vendors and hope that they would accept us. One of the many vendors that heard our story and jumped to our defense was Michael B at Prime Limo. He was upset at what had happened to us and wanted to do something to help make it right and offered to donate a free sendoff car for our wedding. We were blown away! He didn't have to do that, we were complete strangers and they are one of the best limo companies in Dallas, but he wanted to do it to show that they are committed to equality and they understand that everyone deserves love. The car was there on time (an hour north of Dallas), the car was awesome, the driver was super friendly and we arrived safely to our hotel after the wedding reception. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. They are not just a great car service company, they are amazing people. We know that there are plenty of limo and car service companies out there that you can hire but if it is important for you to support a company that not only welcomes but celebrates all couples no matter what they look like then please give Prime Limo a look. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I'm really glad prime limo was so flexible. I originally booked point to point for pickup at 11pm, but then I thought it would be too late and wanted to change it to 9pm. I was able to call them on the phone and it was very easy to change my reservation. They even said the driver would be willing to wait if we weren't ready to leave yet, it would just charge for extra time to my credit card. This really helped us because we didn't end up wanting to leave right at 9pm. The driver let us take pictures inside with our photographer, then we did a fake send off and drove around back to the venue to get the rest of our stuff before we left for real. He was very nice and patient and helped us try to connect our phones to the sound system. Unfortunately we were not able to get that to work and we had to listen to the radio the whole ride, but I still would not have rather picked a different limo service because I really wanted prime limo's limo. I looked through so many limo websites and saw so many lackluster limos. But prime limo has cool lights and lasters inside you can change, champagne, glasses, and water bottles. It really was an amazing experience and one of the best parts of our wedding night.
