I could not - and would not - have made it through my wedding without Blake and Frida. Hiring Occasions & Co. as my day-of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. From the start, Blake went above and beyond. He checked in regularly, answered every question I had, and made sure every detail was in order leading up to the big day. Every email was answered promptly, every change I made was met with positivity, and I always felt like he was just a call or message away. He created a perfect day-of timeline and coordinated seamlessly with every single vendor. The moment Blake took over communication, I felt an instant wave of relief. And then there’s Frida - my GIRL. From the moment she arrived at the venue until we drove away in our getaway car, she was right by my side, making sure everything ran flawlessly. Somehow, she managed to be everywhere at once - setting up, coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting, and yet still making me feel like I was her only priority. My husband and I always had a drink in hand, our needs were anticipated before we even voiced them, and everything around us came together effortlessly. When a couple of vendors I had booked separately dropped the ball, Frida handled it with grace and professionalism, making sure everything stayed on track. She was a dream to work with, and I truly owe so much of our perfect day to her. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and hire Occasions & Co. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for - and more - because of them. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat for any future event. If I could go back in time, the only thing I’d do differently would be to hire them for full-service planning from the start! ❤️

Lauren was absolutely the best choice for our wedding. She executed our vision efficiently with smile on her face the entire day. She is very organized and an absolutely pleasure to be around even our toddler son enjoyed her presence! I honestly don’t even know where to start with how incredible Anna was. From the very beginning, she understood what we wanted, even when we were still trying to figure it out ourselves. She listened to every idea, every change, every random thought, and somehow turned all of it into something that felt so true to us. What I appreciated most was how calm she stayed through the whole process. Whenever I started stressing about timelines or tiny details, she just had this way of grounding everything and reminding me that it was all under control. And she really did have everything under control. Our wedding day went so smoothly that I kept waiting for something to fall apart, but if anything did, we never knew. She handled everything quietly and confidently, and our families kept telling us how beautiful and organized the entire day felt. That was all her. If you’re looking for peace of mind throughout the wedding planning and wedding day process, she’s your girl:)

It was an absolute dream working with Tina! She was the wedding coordinator at my sister's wedding and I knew I'd have to work with her when I got married! She was attentive throughout the entire wedding planning process and made everything seamless on the day of my wedding. I felt that her price point was more than fair considering all the services she provided, such as handling contracts from other vendors, making sure decorations (and people) were where they needed to be on the big day, along with ensuring everything happened at the designated time. I cannot recommend Tina enough!

Working with Sophie at TheSogency made the entire wedding process not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable for both of us. We were planning a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico while living in New Jersey, and Sophie was based in Dallas. Despite the distance, she ran the whole operation like she was right there with us every step of the way. She kept every vendor in sync, handled all the back-and-forth communication, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. What stood out to me was her ability to keep us calm. There were moments where things could have felt overwhelming, but Sophie had this way of handling challenges so quickly and smoothly that they barely even reached us. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t think about logistics once—I was just able to focus on marrying the love of my life. I’m not someone who throws around the word “perfect,” but Sophie came pretty close. She made sure everything ran on time, every detail matched what we wanted, and the atmosphere felt effortless for our guests. I didn’t just feel like we hired a planner—I felt like we had a teammate, an advocate, and honestly, a friend in our corner. If you’re a groom wondering if you really need a planner, trust me—you do. And you need Sophie. She’s the best decision we made after saying “yes” to each other.

Hannah Switzer was undoubtably the best decision of my wedding. She was spectacular during every part of the process. She was incredibly organized, which appealed to me as a person who loves Excels. She was very accommodating, which was a must due to my difficult work schedule. She went through all of my vendor contracts in fine detail, identifying multiple areas to cut cost or streamline production. One of my favorite things about Hannah is how she worked to get to know me, so that when things came up day of the wedding (which is bound to happen) she was able to make decisions she was confident aligned with my vision and preferences, without having to bother me on my wedding day. Seriously, cannot emphasize enough how impactful that was. I never imagined it was possible for my wedding to be as stress-free as it was, but Hannah made it happen. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and is an absolute must. With so many decisions to make while wedding planning, all you need to do is work with Hannah and can be assured everything else will work out perfectly.
