Tara is everything you need in a wedding planner; patient, thoughtful, logical, and creative! She helped us so much planning and executing our wedding day and we could not have done it without her! It was an absolute dream working with Tina! She was the wedding coordinator at my sister's wedding and I knew I'd have to work with her when I got married! She was attentive throughout the entire wedding planning process and made everything seamless on the day of my wedding. I felt that her price point was more than fair considering all the services she provided, such as handling contracts from other vendors, making sure decorations (and people) were where they needed to be on the big day, along with ensuring everything happened at the designated time. I cannot recommend Tina enough!

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how incredible Anna was. From the very beginning, she understood what we wanted, even when we were still trying to figure it out ourselves. She listened to every idea, every change, every random thought, and somehow turned all of it into something that felt so true to us. What I appreciated most was how calm she stayed through the whole process. Whenever I started stressing about timelines or tiny details, she just had this way of grounding everything and reminding me that it was all under control. And she really did have everything under control. Our wedding day went so smoothly that I kept waiting for something to fall apart, but if anything did, we never knew. She handled everything quietly and confidently, and our families kept telling us how beautiful and organized the entire day felt. That was all her. Working with Sophie at TheSogency made the entire wedding process not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable for both of us. We were planning a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico while living in New Jersey, and Sophie was based in Dallas. Despite the distance, she ran the whole operation like she was right there with us every step of the way. She kept every vendor in sync, handled all the back-and-forth communication, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. What stood out to me was her ability to keep us calm. There were moments where things could have felt overwhelming, but Sophie had this way of handling challenges so quickly and smoothly that they barely even reached us. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t think about logistics once—I was just able to focus on marrying the love of my life. I’m not someone who throws around the word “perfect,” but Sophie came pretty close. She made sure everything ran on time, every detail matched what we wanted, and the atmosphere felt effortless for our guests. Hannah Switzer was undoubtably the best decision of my wedding. She was spectacular during every part of the process. She was incredibly organized, which appealed to me as a person who loves Excels. She was very accommodating, which was a must due to my difficult work schedule. She went through all of my vendor contracts in fine detail, identifying multiple areas to cut cost or streamline production. One of my favorite things about Hannah is how she worked to get to know me, so that when things came up day of the wedding (which is bound to happen) she was able to make decisions she was confident aligned with my vision and preferences, without having to bother me on my wedding day. Seriously, cannot emphasize enough how impactful that was. I never imagined it was possible for my wedding to be as stress-free as it was, but Hannah made it happen. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and is an absolute must. With so many decisions to make while wedding planning, all you need to do is work with Hannah and can be assured everything else will work out perfectly.

Are you still debating whether or not you need/want to hire a wedding coordinator? Well, allow me to paint a picture that may help you make your decision. It's true when they say that something will inevitably go wrong on your wedding day. It happens! It's a huge undertaking with lots of moving parts and lots of people involved and it's easy for something big or small to slip through the cracks. But would you rather be the bride frantically rushing to figure out who to send to the store to find a suit because the best man's brother accidentally brought the wrong suit that was a completely different color than the groom and groomsmen... or be the bride who is happily getting ready in the other room, none-the-wiser, and doesn't even know that this misstep happened, was entirely avoided, and flawlessly resolved to the point that you couldn't even tell a difference between the suits until after you and your new husband have said your "I-do's" and the ceremony has already happened? Because this was a huge thing that actually happened during the morning of mine and my husband's wedding day. Blake, Frida, and everyone on the team that had a helping hand in the day were the ones there to swoop in and make sure that even with this, everything still ran SEAMLESSLY, and I, the bride, hadn't a worry in the world! Without them? I can't imagine the panic I might have felt. Day-of aside, leading up to the day, my now husband and I worked closely with Blake and left every meeting with smiles on our faces and weights lifted off our shoulders. Blake is a true professional who excels at his craft with care, kindness, attention to detail, and an uncanny ability to see and execute the vision you have for your day. As many others have stated in other similar reviews already, just as he did with everyone, Blake answered all questions thoroughly and in a timely manner, he was the organization my chaotic bride brain needed, he was understanding of concerns and quelled the fears with actionable plans and comforting words, and he and his team truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected. On the day, Frida was by our side and saw to our every need sometimes even before we knew we had a need! She was a constant, comforting presence, guiding us through the day and ensuring things ran smoothly according to the timeline that we had put together with Blake. Occasions & Co. were the support system that we knew we wanted from the very first interaction, and we couldn’t be happier having worked with them. They did everything and more with smiles and grace. You will not regret hiring Blake and his team!!

10/10 I had apprehension about the process of hiring a wedding coordinator as we live a bit out of Dallas and I was just unsure of how it all would work. From the first 5 minutes on the phone with Geni, I knew we had found a match within 10 mintues I was asking her to send her contract information and then held my breath afraid it would be beyond what we could do. Not only is she very fair and reasonably priced she is worth every penny and then some!!! She had different packages of time you could utilize her and I personally highly recommend the full package. She blessed me and my daughter so much through this process from her calm kind spirit to her patience and kindness throughout the whole process. Her knowledge and guidance as well as communication were top notch! Our daughter got married on 11/1 and from 6 mo. out until the day of all the way through loading up at the end of the wedding day we felt cared for!! I can honestly say through this process I would consider myself and my daughter to have not only have had a fabulous wedding coordinator we have made a new friend! Her response time and communication were so refreshing in today’s day and time! Highly recommend!!
