Exceptional Planning and Organization by Geni!
She also created an event timeline leading up to the wedding as well as a detailed schedule for the day of. This planning and attention to detail ensured that the wedding was seamless and everyone could enjoy the day. Her assistant on the day of the event Whitney, was also phenomenal. Both Geni and Whitney were calm, warm and absolutely exceptional. I am so grateful as the mother-of-the-bride I could enjoy myself and focus on my daughter and guests. Thank you Geni for helping to create a gorgeous and stunning event. Our friends and family raved about the wedding and said it was the best wedding they have been to!

I have lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since childhood and started to work in the event industry as an assistant event planner at a high-end country club while attending college.
After graduating with a Business degree, I decided my passion was working with people to create an amazing experience through event planning. Over the span of 25 years, I have worked with thousands of weddings, social and corporate events. During that time, I have worked at venues, in off- premise catering and also my wedding planning company. When I decided to start Genevieve James Event Planning, I knew I would utilize that experience and strong vendor relationships that are so invaluable in this line of work.
