Great Transportation option!
They were very responsive, timely, reasonable, and did a great job the day of! We also had two drop off locations at the end of the night - one to the after party on Rainey and one to the hotel. They were able to navigate their 55-person bus on Rainey to drop our guests off at the right location!

There are certainly no lack of transportation options in this day and age. But as a Wedding Planner, we rely on building relationships with vendors we can trust and who can quickly have a plan in place for when something goes wrong. That reliability no matter what is the difference in a cheap unknown service and a professionally run company. Uptown Valet maintains a team of drivers who are known for being professional and prompt throughout your most important day. Their vehicles are clean and comfortable. But what truly makes them stand out to me are two separate times they came through above and beyond for my client. I had a bride whose venue had hired a no-name valet service for her event, against my recommendation. On the night before the wedding, I received a call from the venue that they had not been able to get in touch with this other company for the last two weeks and weren't sure that anyone would be showing up the next day! One phone call to Arrington and he gathered a team of people together and showed up the next day to the rescue. Another time, I received a call the day of a wedding that there was a potential issue with one of the reserved vehicles. Not only had Uptown Valet already sent out a replacement vehicle before even calling to let me know, they were on the phone with me throughout the day coordinating with me to make sure the needs of the bride and her family and friends were taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out of the hotel to find not only the vehicle we thought was broken down had arrived, but an additional vehicle was there as well as a backup in case there was an issue. They came through on their end and went above and beyond to make sure the bride's day would not be interrupted with any potential issues before they happened! I am so grateful to work with Arrington and his team that I can trust and would without fail recommend Uptown over and over again to my clients!
