Great Transportation option!
We celebrated our wedding in Austin, TX and hired Uptown Valet for our transportation service for guests to and from the venue.
They were very responsive, timely, reasonable, and did a great job the day of! We also had two drop off locations at the end of the night - one to the after party on Rainey and one to the hotel. They were able to navigate their 55-person bus on Rainey to drop our guests off at the right location!

Uptown Valet was great! They were prompt, professional, and let our guests listen to their own music to and from the Wedding Venue. They offered many choices for the size and how many passengers could be picked up! I would recommend them to all of my family & friends!

Our wedding planner recommended Uptown because they had local dispatch and a person on the ground to make sure guests were picked up and delivered. They traveled between 2 hotels, a church and reception site with multiple trips between all three. Buses were clean and drivers were friendly and courteous. Excellent service! Would use them again in a heartbeat! -

I recently used Uptown Valet for my wedding in Austin and want to highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a limo service in the Austin area. Arrington was great to work with and made planning from out of state very easy. His whole staff was extremely reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Uptown Valet was always on time and provided an excellent service for our wedding. We cannot thank them enough for the great work they did. -

When I told my other wedding vendors I was using Uptown for our transportation, everyone’s response was the same: “They’re fantastic!” And they truly were. We used them to transport our bridal party, groomsmen, and guests from our hotel to the venue and back, as well as for our getaway car. To me it seemed like a complicated endeavor – there were a number of different pickup and drop off times, some of which required a charter bus, others a shuttle, etc., but Uptown never batted an eye. They were truly professionals – courteous, responsive, on time (or even early), and had a fleet that looked like it was in brand-new condition. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Uptown was fantastic from start to finish. My husband wanted to see the buses in advance bc of a prior bad experience. Uptown sent a stretch limo to pick him up and take him to see the buses! We requested refreshments on the buses and they bought the drinks and ice. We didn't have to do anything. On the wedding day, the owner or manager was present with the bus driver to ensure everything went smoothly. It's been 5 months and our guests continue to comment on how great it was we had a bus and how nice it was. We could not have been happier with Uptown. -

Arrington Grawunder with Uptown Valet was so helpful and accommodating for the wedding I planned last year. We were constantly making changes to the 3 day schedule and he was able to make everthing happen in record time. Drivers were very professional and worked with us when we moved around drop off and pick up times. I would highly recommend Uptown Valet for any of your transportation needs. I will be using them in the future for sure!! -

Arrington and his whole staff were amazing. My wedding planner recommended him, and I'm so glad we didn't think twice when looking for valet for our guests and transportation to the wedding for the wedding party and families. Arrington was professional, friendly, and fair. All of our calls and emails were returned quickly, if not answered immediately.
It was literally FREEZING the day of our all outdoor wedding, and I never heard of any complaints or saw any slacking from the valets. Our wedding was held at a unique venue that offered nothing but the space, and though we had well over a dozen vendors working our monster party, I'd have to say that Uptown was in my top three. It may sound weird that I loved the valet company more than my photographers or florist, but they really were such a dream to work with! -

We provided transportation to and from our wedding. Uptown provided 2 shuttles and was extremely prompt about the pick up and drop off times. Our guests said they had the best time on the ride home because the drivers had great music playing so they could keep the party going! -

Arrington is awesome. I contacted him and within 12 hours he responded, even sometimes responding quite late into the evening. I had no idea what I needed for transportation until the very last minute and Arrington accommodated it all! The limos and buses were early and got everyone there in one piece and on time! Many guests also raved about how bad ass the driver was and how kind he was to the guests.

Transportation was a HUGE part of our wedding day as we provided transportation for all of our guests from our wedding hotel. It went flawlessly. The buses were more than prompt ready to take our guests to our wedding and reception. The buses were clean, the drivers more than just polite and we were very satisfied with our transportation arrangements. -

If you need transportation or valet for your event, Uptown is it! I cannot sing enough praise for Arrington and his team! Valet service was more than I expected. The staff worked efficiently, they were so kind. I received compliments from many of our wedding guests. We held a large reception in our backyard. Many neighbors stopped to ask questions and they were patient and accommodating....thank you. My event coordinator said they helped her with a few things totally unrelated to valet. Hard workers! The get away car was amazing!
Arrington was super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I think they are a great value and HIGHLY recommend them. -

Uptown Valet was an excellent choice for our daughter's wedding. The 1963 Bentley and the Limo were in excellent shape, the driver's were on time and very flexible. We really appreciated Arrrington's quick responses to phone calls and emails as well.

We have worked with Uptown Valet on several occasions and they have been wonderful every time. We just had a large wedding at our home and had to scramble at the last minute to oblige the city on some unknown parking restrictions and Uptown Valet handled it with grace and ease. It could have been a huge headache if handled by a less experienced person but they did it without batting an eye and made the situation stress free for us. I will definitely call them again when we need valet services! -

Uptown Valet was incredible!!! The assertive valet team not only took care of all 200 guests attending the wedding at The County Line but they even took overflow from the restuarant and parked over 100 cars of guests dining at the restuarant too. The professionalism and flexibility of Uptown was just OUTSTANDING! The Owner of The County Line, Skeeter Miller, appreciated the Uptown team taking such great care of the guests attending his only daughter's wedding and taking care of his guests at the restaurant that he vows to only use Uptown for The County Line Austin, TX restuarants and we will always reccomend their services. -

Arrington was wonderful to work with. He would respond immediately to my emails and calls. He made sure that everything was perfect. He's one vendor that you won't have to worry about!! Uptown Valet service was fabulous! We had many obstacles with parking during my daughter's wedding and the reception that followed. They solved each problem and provided quick and very pleasant service throughout the entire evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any sort of event. We will certainly use them again.

Pat at Uptown Valet was incredible to work with. He as quick to respond (via phone and via email) to questions about rates, timing, set up, end of night, etc. We talked through budget and expectations and he was open to discuss how to make it worth our time as well as worth the guys he staffed for our wedding! We hired he guys as Uptown Valet from 5:30 - midnight. We had 350 total guests, and roughly 200 of those guests were driving and needed valet.

With all the planning for the wedding, small details can be missed like we almost did with our drive from the church to the reception venue. We were blessed to come in contact with Uptown Valet and Transportation. The car we were able to use was in pristine condition, a beautiful color, and provided us with not only classy and beautiful pictures but memories to last a lifetime. The services were prompt, professional, and relaxed which definitely helped decrease stress on the big day. We were blessed to be able to work with this wonderful company and the pictures and memories we have with our beautiful "get away" car will always be cherished. -

This is a transportIon company that you can trust and depend on. We contracted from them a large bus to transport our bridal party and out of town guests to and from Church, reception, and hotel the evening of our daughter's wedding. The bus arrived on time and the driver was courteous and followed our schedule as requested. Prior to the actual day, UT was very responsive to every email that we sent. They checked in with us the week of our event confirming our reservation and providing the name and contact number of our driver as well as one for a customer service representative should we have any questions or problems. We had neither. This company is great and stand behind their word and reputation. I recommend them very, very highly!

We used Uptown Valet & Transportation Feb. 11, 2012 for our daughter's wedding. We had a sedan pick up the bride and parents and take to the church, wait at the church during the ceremony, and then drive the bride and groom to the reception. The driver showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, neatly dressed and courteous. He returned at the end of the evening to transport bride and groom to local resort. At our reception of 260+ guests, we used 5 parking attendants for parking management. They were superb as well. Again, they were courteous and nicely dressed given the temperature was in the 30s. We did not have a glitch. Arrington Grawunder, Pres., offered great advice in our transportation needs and was responsive to emails and calls. -

Uptown Valet and Arrington were a pleasure to work with and they were great to have at the wedding. Arrington responded promptly to all communication and was very accommodating. I dropped off some special signs we wanted them to use and he made it so easy. I would use them again and again. He was also very reasonable in his pricing. Thank you Arrington for a job well done. -

Totally stress free. I made the reservation and didn't think about it again until we were climbing in the car after our wedding. The driver was great, very professional and sweet. -

Uptown was referred for us for wedding. We wanted a get away car, but did not want to spend a lot. They were amazing and the professional the entire time. I will always use & recommend them as a car service to use in the future. -

The only criticism I have it that one of the bus drivers was negligent in her driving by slamming on her brakes and causing 2 of my guests to fall down in the aisle of the bus. One had a serious cut on her knee and the other had to get xrays and still has a knee issue.
Otherwise, we thought Arrington and his company did a great job and we would use them again. -

IAmazing customer service! Our planner recommended Uptown and we are so happy! She told us they were reliable and provided the best communication and we found that to be true. The drivers were professional and the vehicles clean. We did have an issue with one of our shuttle buses, they were involved in a minor accident causing them to be delayed for a 45 minute trip therefore causing a delay in the wedding start. The drivers did keep our planner informed, not sure what else could have been done. -

Uptown Valet was great! They were prompt and a great value for the level of service. I had to call them a few times to confirm details and get the contract emailed to me but other than that things were excellent. The driver was very professional and knew an alternate route when the main road was closed. Great pick for event transportation! -

Arrington and Uptown Valet were amazing. Arrington was so flexible and more than willing to accommodate my guests. I changed my mind 100 times or more in the course of the year that I was working with Arrington and he was patient and understanding the entire time. The pricing was higher than some of the other shuttle companies I looked into, but it was worth it for the quality of everything our guests received. My guests were so grateful for the service and had a great time partying on the bus :-). I'd definitely recommend working with this company, trustworthy, professional, on time, flexible and everything else you could ask for! -

Because my daughter's wedding was held at a venue with a steep hill, Arrington went out and assessed the complicated situation before presenting a plan. Therefore, every detail was covered, and the valet parkers were able to accomodate our guests. We also used his limosines the night of the rehearsal dinner. The drivers were on time, professional, and courteous, and I was comfortable in the knowledge that they would get everyone home safely. Our experience was top notch! -

Of my vendors they took the longest to respond and I frequently had to send multiple emails to get my answer. After confirming all my services multiple times they were the only vendor to really mess up on the day of. Apparently they had a car at my venue then decided it was the wrong one and instead of asking if it was alright they sent it back leaving us waiting for a car to arrive after our grand exit. It really ended up working for us as we got to talk to a few people we had missed and say goodbye to our guests but I was obviously not impressed with the predicament from a service perspective. -
