Pearl Events is the BEST event planning company in Austin! Brittney Dolan went above and beyond with absolutely everything. She was incredibly organized, efficient, and professional. She was immensely helpful in advocating my vision to vendors and explaining everything thoroughly to me so that I felt confident and secure in all of my decisions. Megan at Pearl Events was amazing! She really made our vision come to life and handled all the details in a way that took the stress off of us! She had great ideas that helped personalize our wedding and was very on top of communicating with us and all of the vendors. If I could give Pearl Events 6 stars I would! We worked with Brittney at Pearl. To be honest, I didn't think we needed a wedding planner at all, but our venue required a "Day Of" planner. Brittney brought a wealth of knowledge to the table... things I never even considered. Brittney also had great recommendations on vendors to consider, always pointing out the pros and cons. She was especially helpful working with vendors as the wedding date approached and the details became really important. She was continually working on our timeline and incorporated the "ripple" effect of a change all the way down the line. To be honest, I could not have done it! I feel like she had just the right touch, especially for a mom like me who considers herself pretty organized and was resistant to help in the first place. In fact, we expanded our services with Brittney and hired her for more than just "day of"... go figure! More than anything, I know we were not Brittney's only clients, but I always felt like I was. She was always accessible, approachable, detail oriented and cheerful. My daughter thought her wedding day was "the best day of her life" and it was in no small part to Pearl Events and Brittney Dolan.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Becky and Pearl on my recent wedding. My wedding was the first wedding at a new venue, so Becky was crucial in planning and executing the logistics and ensuring no detail was missed. Becky Navarro and Pearl Events were a joy to work with in planning our wedding. We had a three day event and they helped us select all the required vendors for it. I recently planned my baby shower with Jordan from Pearl Events and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. Jordan carefully listened to my vision and curated the perfect brunch to celebrate my baby girl.
