Becky Navarro and Pearl Events were a joy to work with in planning our wedding. We had a three day event and they helped us select all the required vendors for it. The photographer, the florist, the various musicians, etc... Becky and team are extremely professional and are a joy to work with. They take care of every detail that needs to be taken care of. Becky has a great sense of humor which is an added benefit. If you want to have a memorable event and you would like for everyone to have a fabulous time- you need Pearl Events.Pearl Events Austin's reply:

Our wedding was all I could have ever dreamed and Maddy helped bring my vision to life! She is such a calm and encouraging presence, was always 10 steps ahead, and was so gracious in answering my millions of questions! I would have been a stressed mess without her - she cared about every detail and made the day so perfect!! I can’t thank her enough!!!

I cannot speak more highly of Courtney Davis with Pearl Events. After planning a 200+ person wedding (and rehearsal dinner / welcome party) over the course of 14 months, we got to know each other quite well and I am convinced Courtney should run for office. She is a dedicated and steadfast listener with impeccable organizational skills. Courtney is very creative - her ability to conceptualize my wedding vision was unmatched. She is incredibly well-connected within the wedding and event planning industry. Every meeting/email/interaction was worthwhile. Brittney Dolan of Pearl Events is an amazing wedding planner. She made the planning process so easy for us. We would have been lost without her guidance. And, she did EVERYTHING for us the week of the wedding from confirming with vendors, creating a timeline for the wedding day, being present at the rehearsal and wedding, and most importantly, doing all the set up for the reception. It is hard to even put into words how appreciative we are that Madison was our wedding planner. Working with Madison made the entire wedding planning process not just manageable, but enjoyable!! We already miss looking forward to our meetings with Madison. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tessa! She made every part of the wedding planning process so seamless and fun — two words that don’t often go together with wedding planning. She advocated for me, never grew tired of my questions, made me feel confident, and had everything under control!
Tessa thought of everything and put my mind at ease - which says something, because I am an anxious planner! She took the best care of me and my husband. Our families and wedding party absolutely adored her on our wedding day!
I was so sad when our wedding was over partly bc I couldn’t talk to Tessa every day (lol).

Jen was so incredible to work with from her promptness to emails, professionalism in handling all vendors, her attention to every little detail, and her love and excitement for us as a new married couple is unparalleled. I would trust Jen with my life. The morning of my wedding, the Best Man believe it or not left his tux at home.... a 6+ hour road trip drive away. Cannot say enough great things about Pearl Events and my planner Becky! It really made the the entire planning process that much more fun and special. She has such a fun energy, it was a bonus getting to spend the year planning with her. I now truly could not imagine not loving my planner - that would totally change the experience of planning and being engaged. Book them as your planner, that is $$$ you will never regret. Trust! I am sad its over and I don't get to chat with Becky or work with the girls anymore.

Jen Seals was not only wonderful to work with she took care of business. Planning a wedding is personal but also a business transaction. I would not want to plan a wedding without her. My husband and I are STILL talking about how much we love our wedding planner, Kelsey. First off, from the beginning she was so hands on and organized. She believed in my wedding vision and was my personal hype woman. The Pearl office was so cute and perfect for all our wedding appointments. It was super helpful that they had samples of things. Kelsey was magic the day of the wedding, I sound dramatic but she couldn’t have done any better. Our guest and our vendors were taken care of; I didn’t need to do anything but feel pampered. If you're looking for a wedding planner, your search is over, let it be Jen! Our weekend was flawless and an absolute blast! We wanted a fun weekend with friends and family and Jen delivered.
As a designer, I had a vision for our special day and wanted to be involved in the details like florals, stationary, etc. Jen was an excellent partner who stepped back when I wanted to get involved but stepped up on the pieces that weren't my wheelhouse. (Kayak and SUP rentals, anyone?) The planning process was both smooth and fun.
If you want to have fun and feel relaxed on your wedding day, I can not recommend Pearl Events enough....Pearl Events Austin's reply:

Highly recommend Pearl Events! Jennifer Seals was our planner from Pearl; she perfectly balanced stepping in when we needed support (flowers, lighting, draping) and letting us take the reins on things we wanted to handle.
Our wedding was last night, and I really don't have words for how supported we felt. Jen was there every step of the way, making sure we were prepared, calm, and even that we had food and drinks any time we needed them. She managed all the vendor setups, and the execution was perfect.
