Outstanding Experience with Austin Catering

As a planner in the wedding industry, I finally had the pleasure of working with Austin Catering for a recent wedding. From the pre-planning with KD and through the day-of the event with Shameeka and the team, everything was outstanding. While working with KD on the final catering details weeks prior to the couple's wedding, she was great at reviewing all of the documents I sent over, answering our questions with ease, and offered honest suggestions on areas to help make night-of service run smoother. This attention to detail is always appreciated. The week-of, she even circled back just to check in on a few timeline items to make sure her team was prepared and ready for the event which is much appreciated. Day-of, Shameeka was our lead on the event and did a fabulous job. She was available throughout the evening to answer any questions we had and always had a smile on her face. Every server and bartender there was helpful, hardworking, and hospitable to the guests and other vendors. Austin Catering will definitely be a caterer I recommend in the future and my team would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Austin Catering is DA BOMB

Austin catering was WONDERFUL. Our wedding food was incredible and we had (and are still getting) so many comments of the "best wedding food I've ever had". KD was a dream to work with. There were other options for our venue that branded themselves as the most budget friendly, but I did the math (the intense item by item comparison) and Austin Catering came out on top AND blew us away during our tasting. It was a no brainer.

Delicious!

Giselle & her team are truly incredible. The communication and patience they had with us during our wedding planning was unmatched. I honestly expected to have mediocre food. I’ve never been to a wedding with normal catering and thought “wow that was great food”. I kid you not, every single guest and vendor we spoke to RAVED about how good our food was. It was so much better than we expected and even better than our tastings! I’ll be craving that meal for years to come. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Awesome service!

Austin catering saved the day. We had some issues with our initial catering company a month prior to the wedding. Austin Catering jumped in to help us last minute and accommodate all our needs. The service was great and the food was even better. Highly recommend!

Five stars!

We had the pleasure of working with KD Tucker from Austin Catering Team and we have nothing but kind words. She was so patient and communicative throughout the whole process. We planned a wedding in 4 months and I couldn't imagine having had any other vendor, we don't think we would have made it! She was very quick to response and so helpful in assisting us with the wedding process including rentals. And the food! One of our top priorities is that our guests were well-fed. We had such a hard time picking after we did our tasting, everything was so delicious!! We got compliments from our guests after the wedding saying how tasty everything was (especially the Churro bar). Another thing we loved is that they were so flexible and open to our ideas (no matter how farfetched). The staff was so helpful during the day of the wedding, the guests loved the bartenders. They made wedding planning 1000% less stressful than it would have and we cannot recommend them enough. :)

1st year birthday party

We used Austin Catering services for our daughter's first birthday and they were simply AWESOME! Food was super delicious and the whole team, including beautiful Gabrielle, were super professional, helpful, kind and simply AMAZING! Thank you guys for everything. You helped us to make the 1st year birthday celebration epic!

Incredible food & service

We tried some of Austin Catering's food at an event at Villa Antonia and knew we needed to set up a tasting with them because they were that good. Not just the food but the people that work here are fabulous. After we'd had 2 tastings with other companies we came here and were blown away by the quality of the food. We had beef tenderloin, stuffed chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts for our wedding dinner and we also had a churro table with ice cream as a late night snack. Everyone loved the food and they made sure any food allergies were taken very seriously. They had the head chef come out and talk to my brother who has a dairy allergy to make sure he felt taken care of & that his meal was what he wanted. We also had some service team members with us checking in on us the whole reception to make sure we were never without a drink in our hand and bringing us desserts and whatever we'd like. Again, service was impeccable. They also handled our bar & rentals and did the drink recipes exactly how I wanted- taste and presentation. 10/10 experience.

Flexible and So Delicious

Food is such an important part of a wedding and Austin Catering was 100% the way to go! It was absolute perfection! The K.D. and team worked with us through multiple tastings to craft a delicious menu that was inclusive of all dietary restrictions. All the food left our guests raving. From the mouthwatering appetizers to our main courses, every bite was a culinary delight. The presentation was exquisite, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every dish. They were so collaborative with our rental company to help reduce delivery costs, rent items needed for donuts, and provide expert knowledge and suggestions. Not to mention the impeccable service provided by the waitstaff – attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. Our guests were treated like royalty from the moment they arrived until the last goodbye. We were so happy with our experience!!
