Michelle’s Patisserie is an award-winning, locally-owned custom bakery born in Austin, Texas in 2002. Michelle’s Patisserie was founded by Michelle Doyon, who is a Food Network winner (Big Bake Holiday 2022), a member of Les Dames d' Escoffier, and a finalist for the Austin Woman's Way Award.
We believe in making the highest quality desserts with unforgettable flavors and designs and exemplary customer service! We offer over 25 different cake flavors, we have our own special recipe for a more balanced buttercream, and we source as many of our ingredients locally.

As well as wedding cakes, Michelle’s Patisserie can craft intricate groom's cakes, sculpted cakes, dessert stations and delectable pastries like macarons, cake balls, croissants, cookies, cupcakes, tarts, cake shooters and much more!
